The whole concept itself is wonderful. You arrive and you can park at the door or even with the valet. The restaurant is beautiful, cozy, and elegant. The staff is very friendly, helpful, close, attentive, and professional. The presentation of the dishes is very good. The food is delicious, with a wide menu to choose from. A good wine with a good plate of Iberian ham… or a delicious risotto with truffa 😋 Without long waits to receive the dishes, or whatever you need, the staff is very attentive to all requests. The perfect wine list, for all tastes. It is a place where you can dine as a couple, with friends, business, even with family and children. Without a doubt this place has become Lis favorites! This Brasserie is located in a huge, stunning complex! We were welcomed by the chef, who took great care of each guest throughout the evening. He took us to their magnificent glass wine cellar, to have an aperitif accompanied by pork specialties from chef Foare who is quite simply a best worker in France (it was a QoQa offer)! Simply pure pleasure. Dinner in this Brasserie went smoothly! The room is warm and very well thought out. An unforgettable moment! We took the 5-course menu, a treat, fresh and quality products, dishes that tempt you without forgetting a very nice wine list A very nice discovery… we will be happy to come back! Well done again to the whole team, we really had a great time! Just a small downside: parking is paid (too bad for a restaurant located outside the city)

We recently dined in this establishment and enjoyed the 3-course evening menu: lobster as a starter, Simmenthal beef fillet as a main and a farandole of ice creams and sorbets for dessert. It was simply delicious and very well presented. Impeccable welcome and service, the only downside is the price of the formula is not cheap... But don't we say that what is good and rare is usually expensive?...

Good morning, 1st experience at the Brasserie du Millénium on 09/16/22). There were 3 of us and we arrived without reservation, warm welcome and support from the Maitre d'hôtel. Dish/dessert for the table, originality of the andouillette served in "large" slices and mustard seed puree, the very creamy quenelle and the very present crayfish, too bad very little accompaniment just a few spinach leaves! Wines "by the glass" are very expensive and difficult to find a Swiss wine, wide choice of French wines but hey... Good experience but basic service, little support, little "relationship" with the service, it was difficult to appreciate that we are at a MOF and in a gastronomic brasserie! I spent a day with the staff as well as the chef, worthy of a gourmet restaurant, under the direction and watchful eye of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, cleanliness and precision, excellent dish, pastry chef very good, so everything is great. I also recommend taking a little detour to the high-end grocery store!
