How can I put it, it was a real disappointment. From the outside or even via their website, this restaurant was a dream, but the reality is far below our expectations. The interior is pretty, it has many elements reminiscent of Japan such as the area at the back which allows us to eat on the ground with small pits to put our legs. Unfortunately the positives end there. We are offered to order with a tablet, something that is often done in Japan. So far so good, unfortunately it works every other time. No problem ordering or asking for the bill (how surprising...), but the button to call the waiters doesn't work or they don't care about customer requests. We can also add that our table was not even completely set up. A pair of baguettes were missing, a shame for an Asian restaurant. And to finish it all off, there was only sweet soy sauce. We had to call a waiter on the fly to finally get salted soy which was present on other tables. The service is not making up for this fiasco either. The waiters most of the time forget if we ask them for something or take a long time to come. Once our sushi arrived, it took him at least ten minutes to bring us bowls to put the sauce inside. I also waited for a glass of beer which never came... We already had to wait ten minutes for two poor beers. Strangely, the waiter was quicker to come and make us pay the bill... As for the food, it in no way makes up for this disaster. The sushi was honestly not great. The fish didn't have much flavor, the rice was too sweet and mushy, probably because it was overcooked. We spent more than an hour and a half waiting for unbelievable food, rather dismal service and a very salty note at the end. Although we are near a big city like Lausanne, 169.90 francs is too expensive for the quality of service and food. It comes to 84.95 per person, it's expensive for the evening... Clearly, I do not recommend this address. I don't understand the average of 4.7 out of 5. For me, it doesn't deserve more than the average for all these many errors which completely ruin this moment.
