Well-structured online reservation. Customer reception, bike reception, ordering of equipment before the appointment, service and bike return to very professional customers. Making appointments, speed and quality of service, discussions with the technical team, everything perfect. We brought a Wilier and a Bianchi and since then our bikes have been carefully monitored.
