La Cordée in Bagnes

This review is for the SPA only. The place is beautiful but the sauna was not working and there was no soap in multiple showers. We were note made aware of the problem. When complaining to the staff, they didn’t admit there was a real issue with the sauna, they didn’t propose any solution or discount. We paid full price still and the staff didn’t offer any solution or discount.

The rooms were clean, location is amazing, people are the front desk were kind and friendly and the spa is peaceful even with the aerobic community :) Thanks to the reception for their support. Especially to Coralie who accommodate and helped me through all requests. You made our stay wonderful and made us feel at home.

I stayed at LA Cordée des Alpes with my friend and we both had the most wonderful stay in Verbier. Hotel is beautiful with fantastic spa area, ski room and restaurant. We had delicious dinner while mixologist was preparing nice cocktails. Our room was cozy and spacious, bathroom design was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Dessert : quenelle de glace au chocolat et gâteau style opéra :)Tout était parfait, le sommelier nous donne plein d’explications très intéressante. Delphine s’occupe de nous durant le dinner, elle est très souriante, à l’écoute et spontanée.

Un genre d'excité qui force sur son accent italien essaye de vous faire diner le plus vite possible. Il essaye de se démultiplier pour s'occuper de toutes les tables en même temps, Il n'a pas compris que le service est un travail d'équipe et que toute celle-ci mériterait d'être formée... Une multitude de serveurs qui apparemment ne savent que remplir les verres sont sans arrêt autour de vous pour vous les "remettre à niveau" dès que vous avez bu une gorgée... Les conseils en matière de vins sont très très léger, pas digne d'une telle table.En résumé, il est dommage que le travail du chef soit desservi par le maître d'hôtel.
