early customers! we came from the Vaud Rivièra to find the object of our delicacy: raclette cheese, the welcome was very friendly, friendly and friendly. now PFFF... * our choice is always the Liddes, this x the Liddes was NOT up to par very bland less creamy, but easy to scrape. for the rest the Fromathèque super market has changed a lot, the saleswomen* have had smile surgery, the last time we went the person who served us: poorly dressed, teeth..., unfriendly, very unfortunate, the super market has become a tourist stop! We realize that we need to change supplier because we still appreciate a minimum of consideration, not just the cash drawer... which is normal for you, just as it is for us, your loyal customers from the very beginning. Good place to stop on the way from Val de Bagne & Verbier for a drink or smg. Great selection of local produce: various types of cheese (raclette, etc.), beers, wine, cold cuts, etc.

The prices are excessive... raclette cheese 25% more expensive, for the same cheese (Bagnes 98), than at the Etiez dairy. And if you clean it yourself, it's more than 45% more expensive.... To promote Valais cheeses, you also have to be attractive to local residents.

We are almost prevented from buying the raclette we want to buy, according to some concept of "perfect raclette". So there is a fridge with little choice in trays and vacuum-packed half and quarter wheels. Awesome. You have created a great, friendly and local concept. It was clearly better before.
