My stay at Hotel La Furca was simply fantastic! From the delicious cuisine to the impeccable hygiene, this hotel completely impressed me. I slept excellently and felt full of energy the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and I felt really cared for. Nothing is left to be desired here - I can only warmly recommend the Hotel La Furca!

Stayed here for 1 night in a single room. Neat room! Close to the train station and yet very quiet. The owner quickly made me a sandwich because I had overslept and was about to miss the train. Great service!

Super friendly host family. The food was very good, there was a good selection on the menu, including regional delicacies. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the hospitality.

We arrived at this family-run hotel early and was greeted by the friendliest—and might we say, quite handsome—man (as the other reviewer had also attest to). While waiting for our room to be ready, we had lunch at their restaurant, which was tasty. Because I’m lactose intolerant, they unexpectedly and graciously modified their fish dish so I could eat it. We had booked the Superiorzimmer room, which has a balcony that was directly facing the mountains and had an amazing view. It was spacious and had both a double bed and a single bed. The entire room looked quite new with the beautiful wood paneling throughout. The bathroom, divided into a separate toilet and shower area, was immaculate. Our only minor feedback is that it would be great if the shower has a door to prevent water from splashing outside the door. Breakfast starts at 7.30am and was included in our rate. It was a full continental buffet breakfast, which we didn’t expect, and delicious to boot. My favorite has to be their melon (?) juice, which was the tastiest juice I’ve ever had. The location can’t be beat, as it was just a 3-min walk from the train station. The room was quite reasonably priced for Switzerland and the quality of the entire hotel, and the same can’t be said to the other places we’ve been. We loved our stay so much and just had to leave this review. It was a great way to break up our trip from Zermatt and onwards to Chur.

My wife and I missed the last train back to oberalppass and needed a last minute place to stay just for a night. La furca was near the train station so we walked in and were immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly and handsome man at the front desk. His cheerful attitude and kindness is what really made it a memorable experience. Check in was easy, the room was great, and breakfast was stellar!

We booked at short notice and spent a few great days hiking. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station, a small Volg for hikers' food is just around the corner. The innkeepers are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully renovated, clean and functionally furnished. The food in the restaurant is very fine. If we come back to this area, we would like to stay at La Furca again.
