Very good time spent in this restaurant! With the sunny days returning, we were able to enjoy the sun on the terrace, while enjoying the good meal of the day, served with kindness. In short, everything was great and we will come back, for sure!

We made a very nice discovery during our family walk on a Sunday. As we stopped for lunch, the owner delighted us with a captivating story about this place. We were certainly not disappointed by the atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant, which is resolutely local with products from the region. This seemed to be the case with the superb lion's tooth salad we enjoyed, followed by a delicious artist's burger. The portions were generous, but I was a little disappointed with the service. Although the restaurant was not too busy, I had to wait a long time to get my sauce with my fries, and even after several requests, it never arrived. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but the head waiter seemed unconcerned, content to wait behind the register. Additionally, we had to wait over 35 minutes to get the bill, and I even had to go to the bar to pay. This is not ideal. Despite these inconveniences, I encourage you to discover this place and form your own opinion! Children are welcome."

Very nice Valentine's Day evening in a warm and atypical setting. Nice piano performance for the atmosphere. The dishes were original and tasty (except the veal with fir sauce, which was a little bland, but hey, it doesn’t matter) Just the service a little too fast for my taste.

Delightful restaurant bar. After a quick Sunday morning dip in the lake we were looking for somewhere to take a hot drink. We were welcomed personally by the owner who explained the fair-trade and green ethos of the establishment. Complete absence of fuss relating to us just wanting a hot drink rather than eating. Lovely atmosphere, interesting art and amusing 'bum' shaped chairs. Would certainly return.

Excellent meal, great discovery, I recommend. Just, the wait between each dish, much too long. Arrival at 7:30 p.m., meal finished at 11:30 p.m. Nothing serious in itself.

We went there with my partner. The Lake Menu was incredibly good! The only small regret is that the portions are perhaps a little small for a good eater and the wait is a little long for the coffee. For the rest, however, it was perfect.

Unlike other comments, the wait was reasonable, the dishes are good but the quantity is a little limited.

A new concept: several meat, fish or vegan menus. Each menu has 4 dishes, we tasted the fish menu, delicious, balanced with magnificent flavors. Efficient and friendly service. We'll come back to that.

It's rare that I give my opinion on the internet but this time I want to not go to bed without doing so! This is to congratulate the friendliness and professionalism of a waiter named Soulimane who knew how to welcome me with natural warmth as at home. The dishes also live up to the welcome and the magnificent setting, I recommend without hesitation!

I have been to this restaurant 4 times already and I have always been very well received even if it is crowded and I have not reserved each time I have felt welcome and I have been given everything. immediately taken care of... the cuisine is delicious and original! The service is impeccable, always attentive, everything is there.. I highly recommend!

We reserved a table for 3 on Saturday July 8, 2023 1 hour before and there were no problems at this level. Very well received. We spent a very pleasant evening. The meal was very good and very well presented. Small weak point: the wait. The atmosphere was really nice and the servers were really friendly. Thank you for everything !

A disaster !! I don't even know where to start because it was so bad. I'm a server myself, so I know what I'm talking about and recognize that there may be errors. We order for the first time, wait 30 minutes without receiving anything. A second waiter sees us sighing, he comes to make sure we have placed our order, we hear him ask his colleague to come back to us. The order was not placed due to lack of network. Ok it happens, we recommend. We ask for a second time for a bottle of water which will never arrive. The tartare arrives with two small pieces of bread, the vegetarian Caesar salad comes with tofu, a weird but ok mix. We ask for toasted bread again. We wait 15 minutes. Last bite of the salad, vegetarian I remind you, and there a large piece of anchovy!! It's not possible, people can be allergic, and we don't advertise something as vegetarian if there may be pieces of meat or fish, that's the least we can do! We ask for bread a second time, we are told that we will take care of it personally, but still nothing. My girlfriend goes to the bathroom and, in line, she hears the exchanges from the kitchen: people shouting, insulting each other... all the orders are wrong. The cooks are in flip-flops, no special clothes, their arms in casts. She comes back after 10 minutes, still no bread. We asked again a third time, annoyed. The only minimally competent and pleasant waiter brings us some, the bread is cold, toasted for a while. We sigh and look at the waiters to pass the time. One of them comes towards us in an annoyed manner “You’ve been looking at me for a while, what’s missing? ". We want to leave as quickly as possible, we ask for the bill, the waiter tells us again that he will take care of it personally and... he goes out to smoke his cigarette in front of us. I get up really annoyed and go to pay inside, I repeat everything that went wrong and no commercial gesture. We leave disappointed and annoyed. Never again.

Great frame Poor service Salad can wash Fish tartare from Lake Neuchaâtel. Good presentation but tasteless. Too bad for the place

Very unpleasant experiences for a restaurant. The setting is fabulous but the rest is not there at all. Arrived there, no reservation on their schedule even though we had to call to reserve. You had to be patient to receive dishes, despite an average crowd, 1 hour wait between each dish. In addition to the wait, you have to ask 2 to 3 times to end up receiving what you asked for (coffee especially at the end of the meal). The chocolate ice cream sundae arrived with spoiled chocolate (acid taste and not chocolate) The waiters came to "apologize" several times for the wait, giving crazy reasons, 75° in the kitchen so the cooks were feeling unwell, there was even one who vomited. 🙃 At the end of our meal (3h30 later) one of the waiters offers us dessert + coffee to apologize for the total disorganization of this service. The bill is paid, 30 minutes later, the time to drink the coffee that we still hadn't received, another waiter comes to see us, tells us that he has canceled the old payment and that we had to pay again all with dessert, because dessert is not offered and the first server did not have to do that. Clearly unprofessional behavior. The only commercial gesture for a 3.5 hour wait, very average service and a spoiled dessert, the 3 coffees offered. Joker. Not recommended.

We had a nightmare in the kitchen! We waited 1 hour for the starters then another 1 hour for the main dishes! Apparently the cooks work in deplorable conditions, extremely hot in the kitchen, (as one of the waiters said) several cooks left their post during service. Despite the incomplete team and extremely slow order fulfillment, the servers continued to install new customers (obligated by their boss). The waiters were really not polite despite our great patience! Other customers started complaining about waiting times. You had to ask for coffee 3-4 times to finally be served! It's really disgusting to see the team in the room completely ignoring you. The atmosphere was far from relaxed. I will never go back there again!

Our server was excellent, friendly and made us feel welcome and special. The food was very good, pretty to the eye and generous portions. I especially liked the potatoes, among them yams, sweet potatoes made into fries, excellent! The prices are acceptable and we had two water, and we were offered to take free tap water or a paid bottle. Very kind. My girlfriend and I will return with our friends. The lakeside terrace is pleasant and quiet.

We expected better. The perch fillets from Lake Geneva without any stipulation “according to availability” leave one perplexed as to the origin but let’s move on. The fillets were overcooked, not seasoned, lukewarm and on several plates. The slow service despite average influence is very unfortunate. The waiter unable to bring sugar, the other forgets the bill, misses glasses of water. Frankly, it's been a long time since I ate and served so badly... Too bad!!

The setting is great, nothing to say... but it took 5 to 10 minutes for us to be given a table of 3. Yes the restaurant was closed outside, but there were more than 10 tables free inside. Then at least 10 minutes for the cards to be brought to us. It took a while to serve us but I had no problem understanding that since the kitchens had to be working at full capacity. In terms of food I was surprised to taste a hot salad!!! it's very surprising and as appetizing as a good warm beer. Otherwise for the rest I will put on the fact that the cooks must have been under stress. I would come back for a second opinion but the first is not negative but mixed. The prices seem to me to be in the high average...

Idyllic location but frankly chaotic service (30 minutes to get the menu, without drinks)... Menu that tempts you, but the plates lack a little generosity to adjust to the prices offered and the tastes are just there, without more... With two establishments that hold their own much better next door, I don't recommend it, for the evening meal in any case: perhaps for an aperitif?

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially with regard to the service. It seemed to me that there was a shortage of staff that evening, which could explain the long wait times, the late arrival of our wine, as well as the missing orders. Additionally, during a previous visit, we experienced similar service-related issues. However, it should be noted that the dishes were tasty and well prepared. The waiter also spilled a beer on my friend, although I recognize that accidents happen. If understaffing is a recurring problem, I hope management will take note of it to improve the situation. Despite the quality of the dishes, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. In light of these experiences, I fear I will not return to this restaurant in the future.

Very nice discovery Careful cuisine, super attentive waiter. We were treated to a visit from the chef to find out if we liked the meal. A big crush on the little lamps on the tables. Unfortunately the waiter didn't know where the owner had bought them 😀. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

After a good first experience in the very early days of the establishment, we left very disappointed this evening. A “Jules” salad, a sort of Caesar salad where the tofu is supposed to replace the chicken, therefore arrived to us without the tofu and mushrooms announced on the menu. In summary, 26- for an egg, three cherry tomatoes and a salad with the core. The fish ravioli were very good, but the portion for 32- is simply ridiculous. Suffice to say that we quickly returned home to cook ourselves something with the feeling of having been fooled like .......tourists.

Slow and absolutely unprofessional service apart from a very friendly waitress “Lele” who works well.

A 5-minute downpour created a moment of panic and everyone, except 3 tables, went inside, causing a big mess for the staff! Having stayed outside, we had 4 different servers and it was a bit of a mess, but everyone was pleasant, and we ate good perch fillets. It was a complicated evening for them, but we will go back.

Bad first experience. Very slow service (eg: more than an hour to get cocktails) and casual servers. Error in order, overcooked steak (despite having insisted on cooking), no advice on wines.

An idyllic setting, cuisine that awakens your taste buds. Personally, the service is always impeccable, I have never been disappointed! Take the time to discover this place, non-constructive criticism does not take away the dedication of the waitress and waiters!!! Thanks to the whole team and well done.

So I was told this place and to be honest I'm a little disappointed. The waitress is super nice but a little head underwater and very poorly dressed, she looks like she just came out of the gym. Your t-shirts really don't show off and are really misshapen. I asked for a candle for. My friend's birthday over dessert and nothing she had forgotten. I will come back for a juice in the evening.

If I give the service 2 stars it is because the so-called manager prefers to spend his time on his smartphone instead of helping with the service. A real scandal when we allow ourselves to use the waiting time as an excuse for an internet outage. In short, if you are the owner of this place, fire Romain and keep the rest of the team who are working miracles to keep your establishment's head above water. We will come back as long as Romain is no longer there.

Local on the lake in a good position, too bad for the price I expected a thousand quality dishes, but the worst was the service, we arrived at 7:30 p.m. and just to drink a beer we had to wait 45 minutes and the dish arrived at 9:50 p.m.... 3 hours for a charcuterie board, 4 salads and a burger is a bit too much... I do not recommend it!!!

Very good dish and nice restaurant. But huge disappointment at the poor service we had from start to finish (and the end was worse!!) Being a group of 7 people, we paid for what we took and the waiter with the glasses tells us that 40frs are missing. (This person will recognize this) and having counted several times what we gave him, we told him that it was not possible and that he was wrong because he was in no case missing 40frs (on the contrary we had paid more than that). that we had to), he immediately accused us that it was our fault and constantly cut us off! Unprofessional and childish at all! Detestable. Fortunately a nice young waiter came to take matters in hand and we were able to resolve this matter in complete peace of mind. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. 5 stars for this young man.

Cozy restaurant. Pleasant environment. The food ordered was delicious, as was the appetizer. The waiter was friendly, he just didn't have time to serve everything himself (outdoor seating, indoor areas, preparation of drinks, dishwasher service,... overall guest service). In this environment and time from 5 to 8 p.m., 2-3 waitresses are needed.

The place is pretty and bright, in addition to being very well located. I found the cuisine a little bland and shy on seasonings, such as cod acras, I prefer a more "Martinique" and spicy version. On the other hand, the name "The gallery" is well chosen, I really liked the works on display!

I returned to the Gallery this afternoon following the excellent dish of the day that I ate there during my last visit. Once again I enjoyed an excellent dish of the day for only CHF 21.-. The salmon was perfectly cooked, served with white butter, fresh market vegetables and sweet potato puree. It's beautiful to look at and it's delicious. Next time I'll ask who the chef is to compliment and I'll taste the beef tartare that tasted good at the next table. Apparently the fries are very good. The welcome and service is as good as the meal. This is a restaurant well suited for me to make it my stamm

Restaurant on the quayside, with original and contemporary decoration. A varied, healthy menu that makes you want to taste everything. “Homemade” is emphasized, the service is fast and the daily specials are more than adequate. Two daily specials, including one vegetarian. Two visits to this establishment were enough to convince me. Excellent discovery and... Open on Monday!

Nice location, but poor food. An 18chf starter with two invisible pieces of aubergine with caviar to share….. They made me choose between truffle or mushroom risotto, I chose the mushroom one and there was still truffle. Not specifying the ingredients is unacceptable. As well as rice that was already pre-cooked and looked like concrete. I wanted to choose a lactose-free dish (marked with the sticker) and by chance I said I was intolerant, I discovered that there was lactose anyway. Second time, absurd, and I said you have to say what's inside if someone is allergic there's a risk. Indecent price. I liked the service and the waiter was embarrassed…I won't say anything else.

It's a shame that I can't put zero stars. We ordered, FOR 18CHF, eggplant caviar to start. It was a portion to share but the size of 2 thimbles and not eggplant caviar. It was an under-seasoned, bland half-grilled slice of eggplant with cream cheese on top…that had an overpowering taste of raw garlic and nothing else. The main course was a pre-made vegetable burger for 26 CHF. I tried my friend's risotto and it was like wallpaper paste. Overcooked and even the staff admitted it was pre-cooked. Maybe the chef got covid and lost his sense of taste?

What a disappointment!! We had the prime rib of blue cooking. The meat arrived AP, and lukewarm. The sauce indicated was not the same as on the table. We kindly told the waitress that the cooking did not suit us and that it was way overcooked. She said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. When paying, even though we left 3/4 of the meat... not a commercial gesture! Really disappointed !

I am delighted to have recently discovered La Galerie. The dishes are extremely delicious: from starter to dessert without disappointment. With each bite you feel the freshness of the products gently invade the palate. When I learned about the attention paid to the choice of regional products, it made me all the more happy to have frequented a restaurant with commitment and values. Added to all this is the great cocktail and the elegant and cozy atmosphere perfect for a coffee, an evening with friends but also a candlelight dinner. Without forgetting the proximity to the lake which immediately makes us feel like we are on vacation. I won't be long in going back there soon with my darling, I still have plenty of dishes to discover.
