Fantastic staff, good food and pizza

JustEat order placed at 8:05 p.m. The order is still not ready at the restaurant and it is 9:30 p.m. (we called twice, the first time at 9 p.m.) Journey from the restaurant to our home 2.4km. Not the fault of JustEat but of the restaurant which simply did not take our order into account. If you are not interested in home deliveries, then remove your name from the delivery sites. Scandalous... I'm already afraid to discover the quality of the meal.

After ordering on XYZ XYZ, there was a dispute over delivery, the kind of dispute that we encounter too often, the thing is missing. I called the boss who remained calm, unlike me and cool and resolved the problem personally while I lost my temper over nothing much. My apologies to the boss and you can go without further notice. We had already ordered from them and we will return.

Very regular customer of the restaurant, the service has dropped significantly and so has the quality. Very disapointed. I ordered takeaway, a pizza and calamari with vegetables and fries. They forgot the support. I called them to inform them and the response was clear: “it’s not our problem”! Top respect for loyal customers.

We lucked out and found this cute, traditional Italian eatery very close to the lake. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive . Pizza / salad and wine was perfect amount for us both . Reasonable prices . Great set up both inside and out and the icing on the cake was the meloncello shot we were offered at the end of our meal, compliments of the house . Delicious ! Thanks ragazzi! The pizzas in this restaurant are good but not really transcendent, the service is not very attentive but what I found especially outrageous was to see on the menu (even if we had drinks) that if we only consume no drinks we are still charged 2 CHF per person. I think it's very rare to go to a restaurant and not consume any drinks, but to unscrupulously display it on the menu I found that a little too much.

We arrived on the Saturday evening of the Escalade, without reservation: 4 adults and 2 young children. We were made very welcome and, while waiting for the meal, we were offered a pizza to share with the aperitif. The pizza and penne were really delicious and well stocked. At the end of the meal, we were offered a digestive and lollipops for the children. Hat !

Excellent food, kind/nice staff (Salvatore first and foremost), obviously coming from Italy I can't expect the prices to be like Italian ones! I would like to underline an anecdote: I would say that keeping your feet on the chairs while you eat is inelegant! P.S. it should be the staff who take them back in certain cases. Thank you.

Long wait to order and receive the food: 40 minutes!! Servers completely overwhelmed by the workload. They have plenty of tables to serve in addition to takeout orders, which go before seated customers. In the end we received a dish which was not the one ordered. For the pizza, we went back to get it because we saw that it was cooling while waiting to be served. The lady, who didn't speak much French, didn't even apologize. To avoid...

This is the third time I've been there, I recommend this site, the pizzas are very good.

I recommend Italian food, seafood dishes and pizza recommended by the Italian owner. Italian wines also taste great for the price. However, the serving speed is a bit slow.

I arrived around 1:30 p.m., after the big midday boom, and unfortunately the service was terrible. It took 15 minutes for someone to see me and take my order. When the salad (charged CHF 7.-) arrived, there was paper left on the plate!!! 15 minutes to be cleared and no apology from the restaurant owner after my complaints. They just said they weren't going to charge me for the salad. Another 15 minutes to get a waiter to come so we can pay and leave. In short, very bad experience that I will not repeat.

I really appreciated the typically Italian cuisine and done well then the excellent wine pairings "paccheri, sausage and broccoli" combined with an excellent Aglianico Irpino. Then the courtesy, kindness and joy with which the management of the place welcomed us makes me, alone, want to return. I hope they continue like this. What can I say, superb.

I strongly advise against it. It had been a year since we had returned to La Gondola, we didn't know that the owners had changed. But we realized it when they brought the pizzas to the table (Nera and Margarita). Both were very bad, but the Margarita was very disappointing, a very low quality product (melted grated mozzarella that turned into a ball in the mouth, very difficult to swallow) and ONE leaf of basil in the middle. The only slightly good thing is the waiter, who was very friendly, but not brilliant enough to compensate for the stomach ache we suffered when leaving... A shame.

Ideally located a stone's throw from the lake. Food question: just ok. For Fr.25 the pizzas are large and sparsely garnished and have no particular taste. Not very good value for money. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Road isn't very busy, really only delivery drivers. Pizza is quite nice, but not 5 stars because not best pizza. Staff was also quite nice and didn't rush us out.

Owned by a family from Ischia, it has excellent pizza and several other dishes. Insalata di mare will probably be a delight if you're a seafood lover.
