We had very high expectations from the café, as there was a lot of positive advertising, but… Extremely long waiting times, reserved 3 days in advance. Waiting time over 1 hour. As an apology we were offered a free drink, but unfortunately that was no consolation given the waiting time. Guests who ordered 20 minutes after us received their order before us and were given priority. Personally, I will never step foot in this café again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The Service was very rude and unfriendly. Only interested in making money and just trying to go quickly from customer to customer. The price was too high for the quality of food. The Humus and Avocado Toast were awful. Tasted like it was cheaply bought from somewhere with the lowest quality. Just because something looks beautiful outside doesnt mean the whole package is good...first and last time i went there.....

The food is very good. The atmosphere was very nice and our male colleagues also accepted it. It's just something special! Unfortunately, the service during lunchtime was a bit overwhelmed and the waiting times were therefore too long. 30 minutes until we could order. Then wait 20-30 minutes for the food, which is absolutely fine if it's freshly cooked. Everything came together - very well. Then eat and wait for payment. I can only recommend it if you have a lot of time at lunchtime - you should expect 1.5 to 2 hours.

During my last visit to La Jolie - The Beauty Café I was absolutely amazed by the quality and taste of the food. I had a deliciously creamy lotus cheesecake and a perfectly made latte macchiato, both of which enchanted my taste buds. My companion enjoyed a smoothie that was not only refreshing but also tasted great. The price-performance ratio was very reasonable at 10-20 CHF per person. I can highly recommend La Jolie for a cozy and tasty lunch. Not to be forgotten is the ambience, which is stylish and inviting, and the service, which looked after us in a friendly and attentive manner. A real highlight for anyone who values ​​good food and a nice atmosphere.

Me and a friend ordered the schocki fondue. The prices were intentionally unclear. This is very unfair in my opinion. The waffles were dry. I think 45 francs for a few fruits and chocolate is just excessive. That was the last time I was there.

Ambience is very nice. But please stop serving menemen if you can't do it. It's a real insult to Menemen. Very disappointing… then waited another 50 minutes for cold service, please remove Menemen from your menu.

DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I had a reservation for 15 people, which is of course a lot, so I asked if the reservation would cost anything. Answer was no. The email said that because it was the weekend the maximum occupancy time was 2.5 hours. After more than half an hour, the manager comes and suddenly says that the woman apparently told me on the phone that you should spend at least 40 per person, and that this was also on the email. This was not true because I was neither told this before nor was it in the email. When I said this, he said that he was sitting next to her and overheard her saying this to me. When I refused he said I was accusing him of lying. Later I showed him the email - all three emails - and asked where it was. He then told me to show him all the emails because one with the reservation request was missing, which I never received. Then he wanted to prove and show me that he had written me an email and that I had opened it. But he could never prove this to me. So he accused me of hiding the email? Later he came and claimed that it was just out of his generosity that he was letting us stay there until 4:00 p.m. (instead of 5:00 p.m.) because we weren't actually allowed to stay there. I said that if such a condition already claims that he has mentioned it before, it should be on the confirmation. But he didn't want to listen to me anymore and kept walking and demanded that we leave the store immediately. It is unacceptable for a managing director to treat his customers so disrespectfully, unprofessionally and shamelessly. We wanted to celebrate a birthday with you, which he totally ruined. And then treating customers like that because of a mistake they made themselves and accusing me of lying is unacceptable and extremely cheeky. We as customers felt and were treated very disrespectfully. The manager has no sense of kindness or anything. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have done so without hesitation. Edit: I reported the cake I had brought with me when making the reservation and said we wouldn't eat it there but would order it from you. The employee then said that it wasn't a problem. Because we also know that it is not an event location but a coffee, the woman was aware that we are 15 and that it is about a birthday. The fact that the drinks were offered doesn't change the fact that we were treated like that, I would have preferred to pay for them myself if the man had let me (but the ones we paid for were barely 2-3 drinks)

MY 25th BIRTHDAY WAS FAILED. Disastrous service. As soon as I arrived, my family and friends had to leave the restaurant, even though they had reserved until 5 p.m. They can't ignore criticism either, they also blocked me on Instagram instead of answering properly, but with such poor service and this isn't the first time, I can understand why you can't answer with such an imposition. Just cheeky! You don't throw 15 people out of the restaurant, and certainly not when you agree to make a reservation yourself and then claim everything is fine only to be unpleasantly surprised when you arrive at the restaurant. An apology is the least I expect for myself, my friends and my family.

WORST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL PLACE EVER!!!!! We booked a few tables for me and my friends for my friend’s birthday. The manager Yassin came to us and said that we need to order for at least 45.- PER PERSON or we would have to leave in 45 mins. Even though the confirmation email didn’t mention anything about minimum payment, Yassin claimed he sent an Email with this information. Yassin couldn’t provide proof of him sending an Email and insisted we pay 45 francs per person or we’d have to leave. My friend tried to negotiate with him but instead he accused her of lying and said we have to leave immediately. Yassin ruined my friend’s 25th birthday, kicked us out and shamelessly claimed we were disrespectful. I’ve been to so many places in Zurich but this is the worst and most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. Yassin has no values and no manners and only cares about your money.

I was there with friends, it is very lovely as in the photos in Instagram..Breakfast was fresh and delicious...I will go there more often now. Only for Oerlikon you shouldn't set the prices so high...in the breakfast for 2 people for 70fr there are only 2 orange juices, there is a little more in the way of drinks...cafe definitely and at least water for free..More professional service is also needed

An absolute girl's princess dream. A girlfriend's breakfast with everything your heart desires. Over a pink butter, up to a LOVE MOSCHINO latte macchiato. Milk alternatives are available and in our opinion the Royal Brunch is enough for 3-4 people. So be very hungry. Definitely an experience/worth a visit.

Everything seems more than real. There were 6 of us, we waited over 1 hour for 6 coffees, and only 2 came... 2 hours later the plates came, which were inedible! The best thing was Hero Confi and Nutella...the ambience is artificial roses which are dusty, just as fake as the pictures on the homepage...The service staff was overwhelmed...300 for food which was like a sponge. ..never again, very disappointing.

Very nice and sweetly decorated. Perfect for Instagram! :) But: Too expensive for me personally. The food and everything looks exactly like the pictures. The taste was good, except the croissant was a bit too dry for my taste. You have to see it once, but otherwise I think the prices are way too high and so I wouldn't go there again.

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to share our recent experience at your restaurant, which left us deeply disappointed. On October 27th, 2023, my five friends and I visited your restaurant for a shared brunch experience. We had reserved a table for 10:30 and arrived at 10:35, which was a little late on our part. However, to our surprise, our reserved table wasn't even prepared. After we were finally able to sit down, we ordered the Oriental Brunch, which unfortunately was only shown in a picture without any description. Since we had already enjoyed this brunch at other cafes, we knew more or less what to expect. After a 50 minute wait, during which we were hungry and excited, the food was served. Unfortunately it was a bitter disappointment. The taste was not only disappointing, but also completely inedible. Given this situation, we called the waitress to express our concern and asked for possible accommodation regarding the price (60-.) or other solutions. To our surprise, she called her colleague for help, who reacted extremely aggressively and blamed us for our discomfort. The customer service we expected seemed completely absent. After this unpleasant encounter, we were even asked to leave the place. This experience left us deeply disappointed as we have been loyal customers from the start. It is unfortunate to lose young customers in this way who would have liked to continue to visit your restaurant. We hope that you will take this matter seriously and take measures to improve the quality of the food and especially the customer service. We hope that our future visits to your restaurant will be more pleasant.

I had a very disappointing experience at La Jolie where I had to wait 40 minutes for my food. When the dish was finally served I was very disappointed. The food was cold and tasteless. The long wait raised my expectations even further, but the final product was a huge disappointment. Customer satisfaction is a foreign word in this coffee. After my request for accommodation, the response was very aggressive. The best way to lose customers. I hope the coffee can improve its service and quality standards in the future.

Kitschy - beautiful is the right name for this cafe, stylish ambience and yet modern. Here you eat really well in terms of price/performance, from the presentation with show effect to the taste...smoothie, brunch cage and especially the baggles are very special. Definitely worth your visit
