Delicious sandwich yet absolutely take out only. As soon as you pay and get your sandwich, if you attempt to take a bite on it in the corner of the store, the lady at the counter will immediately tell you to leave (in fact, she will tell you twice if you are not fast enough!). I have never seen such an intense take out place where the customer is kicked out after paying 12 chf for a sandwich. Wow. Really not an accommodating experience.

The Sandwich House is only worthy of its name... 1. Customer service to review! No explanation of the concept, the formulas... The saleswoman barely looked at us and cared about us. 2. So little attention that the saleswoman did not serve my colleague what he wanted; and that she was about to do the same for me. 3. You have to pay extra if you want to replace ingredients with others. Since when does a piece of cucumber cost more than a tomato? 4. No flavor, no seasoning. The bread is frozen, not good. Paying 10.40 CHF for a sandwich without flavor or taste is frankly theft! Considering the quality, you might as well go get what you need at Migros and make your own sandwich. PS: The person who makes the sandwiches could also wear their mask OVER their nose; and not below. Thank you in advance for your respect for hygienic measures!!

I looked carefully at the store door and saw the permits, I tried to enter the store, it was 4m² for 10 people, standing, without social distancing, nor the disinfectant gel in the store, I didn't even find it. I wanted to leave immediately. The counter with no space, 5 people were there, there were 4 young women and an old man among them, immediately gave me a bad feeling. I waited and waited for my turn, and the man invited me to leave the store. Don't accept my dog 30 cm at the store. And I said, there is no ban on pets in the store, nothing is posted at the entrance! And he said, “Get out!” I had to leave my daughter alone inside the store. She took her sandwich and shared it with me, which was delicious and the soft, fresh bread was a real treat. Until we found a hair on the sandwich. Okay, we ate the sandwich anyway. But I was very disappointed, it almost ruined my daughter's birthday with such negativity!!!
