La Muse Gueule in Genève

A very beautiful place in the heart of Geneva, a welcoming, dynamic, efficient team... The cuisine is top notch! Only small downside, music too loud at the end of the evening (for my taste)! But I will come back and highly recommend this place!

The waitress allows herself to make an inappropriate remark because I am the only person among my friends not to order alcohol. I really don't recommend this place.

Nice place to relax for a while. The (vegan) burger was good and beautifully presented. Cozy atmosphere with nice background music. Thoughtful staff (enthusiastic young woman with ponytail) served expertly and cheerfully.

This is a place where it's good to drink, eat and chat! Ultra helpful, smiling and generous staff...especially when it comes to drinking shots at the dzou counter! Great address in Plainpalais. Little extra: their evenings with DJs and a great dancefloor to keep you wild until late at night!

Frankly, it gets boring after a while... they have very good burgers with very good value for money but they are not able to keep the times they indicate. I came today because I seeing that on Google it was marked as open but once there not a rat and several times when it is indicated that it closes at 2 a.m. they close before because there are not enough people finally a shame to move for nothing because the place and the food is great. So advise calling before coming to be sure.

5 minutes of waiting at the entrance to find us a table, we were offered no aperitif or anything, 15 minutes later we left because I imagine the waitress(es) were overwhelmed (especially the barmaid who was stirring the air ). Ps: the music was way too loud, we might as well open a nightclub.

I love this place and I recommend it without hesitation. The cocktail menu is very varied and if you want something else, just let yourself be guided by Nikita who manages the bar expertly. Nightmare in the kitchen arrives in Geneva. Half attacked by the waitress when we sit down at one of the many empty tables, because, I quote, "we could have waited 2 minutes to be seated". Full of good will, I try to make this lady, clearly worn out by her job and borderline, understand that nowhere upon arriving does a sign indicate that you have to wait while standing. It's 10:30 p.m. and at this time, the muse mouth looks more like a bar than a restaurant. Very professional, Madame therefore logically invites us to leave if we are not happy. You shouldn't have told us twice. In summary, nice looking premises and ambiance, but to say the service was unprofessional is an understatement. Too bad for the other employees who are struggling.

Short stop in this charming establishment, for a refreshment at the end of the morning. The shaded terrace is pleasant, the young man who served us very friendly. And a little extra for the toilets (yes, we often forget to talk about them) which were impeccable. We will come back with pleasure to taste the Burgers!!!

We wanted to sit down for a drink because it started to rain outside. You sit, wait for service for half an hour, meanwhile they serve all 20 guests who came after you and pretend that you are not even there, just because you are foreigners

Really like the place in general because I came a lot for take out. However, yesterday I came for a drink and some dinner with some friends and the waitress (a blonde woman) was extremely rude. Not only did she want to correct the pronunciation of the dishes by a friend of mine (who was pronouncing them right), she also made uninvited comments about their choice of drinks instead of food. In general she also made a bunch of passive aggressive comments to people who were not totally ready to order, she said “she didnt feel like serving the people in the back” etc. This went on during the whole service, despite the fact that most of us had ordered both food and drinks. We would have stayed for another round but we didn't because of such behaviour. I understand someone could be in a bad mood but it’s no reason to take it out on clients. This is really bad service and I hope this restaurant does something to remedy this because we genuinely liked the burgers and the salads as well as the poke…

I have nothing to say except that the food is great, delicious cocktails and the service is great too. Thank you to the staff for making this place pleasant!

Hamburger with a good quality steak, the fries are good

Cuisine: 3* because I haven't tasted it, but I've only heard positive things about it. Service: 2* because when I went there for a business meal, I found the service particularly long. There were other company meals that evening, and the service was overwhelmed. Major lack of organization for an evening that cannot be organized overnight. Atmosphere: the DJ had the volume way too high and didn't allow us to hear each other speak. Too bad, because a slightly more relaxed atmosphere would be appropriate.

We celebrated my sister's 30th birthday. Great evening, great service and we were secluded, on the mezzanine so super pleasant. The burguers were good and above all we had more than enough with the burguer and charcuterie boards.

Excellent experience for the first time in this restaurant, warm and elaborate Christmas decoration, spacious room, friendly and accommodating service: the waiter and the cook made sure to serve us the "burger of the month" from the previous month (which we liked more than that of the current month) using the ingredients available on the day. Very good “closed” burgers, very good service/price ratio.

You should not be in a hurry to eat very long waiting time some people will be served before you even if they arrived AFTER you, if there were to be a medal for non-compliance this would be awarded to you automatically

Cool atmosphere and the burgers are hearty enough to satisfy my hunger pangs. The team is pleasant. I really like coming there because you can come in chill mode. It's a bit like at Mac Do, "come as you are" but with quality of course. Haha

Nice restaurant in the city of Geneva. We ate very well there on a welcoming terrace, the only problem was that the group next to us was smoking cigars and talking loudly, but that is in no way the restaurant's fault. The dishes are a little expensive compared to other restaurants with similar dishes, but at the same time it is in Geneva where everything is more expensive. My Poke Bowl was very good, but I would have appreciated more meat for the price, and the rice, even if Asian, was a little overcooked for my taste. Overall, we had a very pleasant time, and highly recommend it.

Disappointed with the Muse Gueule. The bar restaurant was not full, the menu was given to us 15 minutes after our arrival and we waited another 15-20 minutes to be served. In the meantime, friends arrive and want to consume. One of the waiters tells us that the establishment will soon close, because not enough customers even though friends had just arrived.

Overwhelmed staff... we left without being served.
