I ordered a pizza for delivery on a Sunday. I live a bit outside the city so I expected delivery to take a while, but it got here in just under 45 minutes. A very decent pizza with fresh ingredients. The price was reasonable/affordable by Zurich standards. The delivery person was super friendly, and even brought me a mini panettone for free, as a Christmas/advent treat.

I ordered 2 pizzas for 70 CHF and am absolutely disappointed. 1) On one pizza the salsiccia was clearly spoiled. When I tried to chew them, my whole body felt like I was fighting back. Ironic since they advertise "Salsiccia fresca" but then show up with spoiled Salsiccia. 2) Both pizzas had porcini mushrooms on them. However, these were inedible. They were very watery and extremely slimy. 3) According to the description, the pizzas had “garlic sauce” with them. However, there was no such sauce either on the topping or as an additive. 4) Based on the zip code, the supplier thought he knew the name of the town by heart, but his guess was wrong. We quickly noticed that he was clearly in the wrong town and told him what the actual town was called and asked him to simply enter the address into the navigation system as he received it when ordering. Finally, when he arrived late, he wanted to make it clear to us that it was our mistake and that he got lost because of us & showed the receipt of the order and pointed out the zip code as argumentative proof. Funnily enough, this was correct on the receipt and the mistake was that he tried to guess from memory which town belonged to this postal code. Instead of just looking it up online, he insisted that this wasn't our zip code and wanted to make it clear to us that we didn't know where we lived. I regularly order online using the same app and have never experienced anything like this before. Luckily the pizza itself didn't arrive cold, but was only lukewarm. While trying to eat it and after laboriously picking out the spoiled sausage and the slimy watery mushrooms by hand, the pizza was unfortunately cold by now. Considering that I paid a price of 70 CHF for 2 pizzas, I cannot recommend the pizzas and the "experience" more highly. This was clearly the first and last order from me. I am surprised at all the positive reviews and unfortunately they encouraged me to place an order. This shows once again that you can't always rely on other people's assessments.

A very disappointing experience. I wanted to try a new pizza, so I decided to order there. The delivery person was initially at a completely wrong address (however that can happen) so the pizza was lukewarm and the cheese was already hard. I paid 70 francs for two pizzas and I expect quality. Had to throw half away because it was inedible. I had sausage on the pizza that was expired. I had to spit out the pizza and almost puked (no joke). The mushrooms were watery and very slimy The 2nd pizza was ordered with extra salami and I got 3 slices of salami. Many thanks. I would have preferred to throw my money out the window.

I'm absolutely thrilled! I had 1 normal and 1 vegan pizza delivered today. The pizzas were fresh, hot and incredibly tasty! We were both completely full and the price-performance ratio is fantastic! The courier was very friendly. It's just a shame I only discovered La Pizza Buona now. ;) We will order again!
