They really can't do anything about the construction site on the house at the moment, but the food (pizza) was very tasty and the service was very good. Thank you very much, anytime again!

Amazing pizza. Probably best in town.

I went to this pizzeria a few weeks ago. I really liked the food but a couple of things happened that made me turn up my nose. First of all, the coca cola arrived already open at the table (you should open it in front of the customer) and it seemed completely out of gas so I had the doubt that in reality it had not just been opened but maybe I was wrong, who knows. The worst then happened when the pizzas arrived... our table of 4 was positioned directly in front of the oven so we saw the pizzas coming out. Two of them arrived first and then while we were waiting for the others (including mine) I noticed that the waiter was bringing others to another table, I found it unusual as one usually finishes an order before starting one. but whatever. The problem arose when after a few minutes the waiter returns to the table where he had delivered those pizzas and takes one back... Just a moment later he arrives at our table with my pizza which, unlike the others that arrived before, was strangely already cut .. We try to call the waiter back but he was busy so we spoke to another waitress and in short our suspicion was confirmed: that pizza had first ended up in the hands of another customer who cut it (potentially with dirty cutlery) and then realized it wasn't his pizza and sent it back, and then it got to me. In short, something that was not at all hygienic and I think the waiter should have noticed it on his own, without being called to us; in fact, only after we complained was the pizza remade. Ironic then that in the meantime the fourth and last pizza also arrived cut at the table, almost as if it wanted to blend in with the other one and not wanting to make people understand what happened... I repeat, I personally liked the food a lot but at the moment I found myself in a very unpleasant situation with a waiter who told me "yes the customer cut it but he didn't touch it"... In short I would say it's a bit 'to review the service.

Popular, the atmosphere is great, I think they make the best pizza in Switzerland. I think it's even better than Restaurant Napule in Meilen or Vito.

Without a doubt the Best Pizza in Zurich!!! I have become a regular customer of this pizzeria which, in addition to pizza, makes fried foods and desserts that you can't find anywhere else. To round off this culinary experience in style I recommend the Babbà Napoletano. I would like to congratulate all the staff, thank you Guys, every time I come back to you it feels like I'm in Naples!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

As soon as you enter the restaurant, the delicious smell of pizza is in the air. We weren't disappointed, everything was super tasty and authentic. Be sure to have the polpette as a starter, the sugo is wow!!!

Wow, what a great Neapolitan pizza, just perfect, like in Naples! Baked at 450 C, the dough, which has rested for a long time, rises perfectly on the edges and is nice and fluffy and slightly crispy, the base is naturally soft in the Neapolitan style. The fresh, delicious ingredients stay nice and juicy. The tomato sauce is to die for. Friendly service with competent information.

Today was the first time I came there from Bern and it was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Service also great. Price ok, a little expensive but it's worth it 💪😀 keep it up. will come again

Pizza is very good but doesn't deserve the unfriendly behavior and the superb faces. I'm italian, I know what I'm talking about. After we tipped 20CHF one waiter REFUSED to serve one of our Friend a GLASS OF WATER. This was the very last time I got in. The previous time after we reserved a table for 7/8 person we had to wait a lot for that table to get free although the previous client were just chilling and going in and out to smoke. We asked couple of times to be seaten till we decided to leave. There are other good options in Zürich.

Great Neapolitan pizza in Wiedikon! Small place cosy atmosphere and great pizzas although a bit pricey

The pizzas are good but the waiter was so unbelievably unpleasant that we will never go back, despite the good food. On top of the terrible service, refusing to serve tap water (even for a fee) so that they can make you buy bottled water, is incredibly wasteful and should be forbidden.

The pizza is fantastic - probably one of the best in Zurich. In addition, all the employees at the arcade are very friendly. I recommend take away, as the arcade is located directly on busy streets near Wiedion train station.

Delicious pizza neapolitan style. Servers not very welcoming. Also they took my plate when I was ready while my friend was still eating. Big nono. Prices for special pizzas too high. Prices for classic pizzas are good. Toilets are very unpleasant. All in all: can recommend! Food was so good, I had to give 5 stars still.

Finally contemporary pizza in Zurich! Unfortunately also at completely exorbitant prices. A Margherita over CHF 20.00!? Come on…

We were very disappointed last night! Quality has deteriorated significantly. Four of us had pizza yesterday. All four pizzas tasted very burnt. It was very loud in the restaurant, everyone seemed quite overwhelmed and there were very long waiting times. The boss used to greet people personally, help out and ask if it tasted good and everything was OK. Now he just stands around somewhere calmly the whole time. Women's toilet very dirty and smelly and no paper. It's a shame, it was one of our favorite pizzerias so far. Price-performance is no longer right!

The pizza was very exceptional, a pity that when you order a glass of gespritzter weisswein it contains 90% water. For 9.50 francs you would expect some wine in it. Does it really worth to spare a bit more money, but mess up the overall experience?

Never thought I would ever eat such fantastic pizza outside of Italy! Our pizza (Margarita and Diavola) were typical Neapolitan style (sourdough) with excellent sugo!!! Big airy edge and thin middle, but not too thin, so everything was edible without falling apart! Our cameriere, Christian, was extremely attentive without being intrusive and gave us expert advice (salami caliente really wasn't very spicy!) In general, the whole team was very, very friendly without seeming artificial! Ambience a bit loud (not the baby 😉) and quite warm! Luckily there is a covered terrazzo outside for next time! Thank you for an authentic Italian dining experience! Bravissimo!!!

More edge than pizza, the edge was burnt and therefore not edible. 23 chf for the pizza was not justified. Service was overwhelmed, the woman had to do everything alone and I, the boss, stood in the door and just watched. The dough and toppings tasted good. Nevertheless, I wouldn't come back, the pizza arrived after almost 40 minutes...that's probably why it was burnt

The pizzeria is located near a busy road. The background noise can be a bit disturbing. The pizza is of high quality and tastes excellent, but it is also quite expensive. The same applies to the Meloncello, which is somewhat overpriced at 6.5 CHF per glass. The staff is friendly, but the service could be a little faster. In addition, the selection of pizzas is not particularly large. Overall I give it three stars. I would give more stars, but the bill was just too high.

Until recently, my favorite tomato soup and delicious pasta dishes were available here. Now the menu has been changed and there is only pizza and no pasta and no more tomato soup. The menu is now in Italian and not German. It's a shame 3 stars before it was 5 stars for me...

The Pizza Chef Simone) is a true enthusiast of his work and you can immediately tell from the first bite of the Pizza. The team is very attentive and thoughtful, they do their best to make customers feel at home. Definitely one of my favorite places in the city.

Great pizza but the more amazing is the service, the friendliness and the consideration. It is highly recommended to go there. Having ordered by mistake a pizza that contained ham, the restaurant has decided to replace it at no cost, didn't want us to leave unhappy. Thank you. I will come back for sure!

The place is nice, I tried the pizza and I must say that it is very good, the service is impeccable, the staff are welcoming and very friendly, the environment is like a normal bar-style pizzeria, I highly recommend it. I recommend the sausage and broccoli pizza, good dough, light and digestible, you can't find any others in Zurich

The pizza was delicious, the young lady who greeted us was so kind, and the large gentleman who was helping was extremely friendly. We don't speak German, French, or Italian, so we made sure they were okay with us speaking/interacting in English before we were seated, and they even offered to translate the menu for us. Somehow this offended our server despite him initially saying he was fine speaking English with us. We were seated, and from then on, he treated us with disdain and outright contempt. The young girl came over several times to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything, but he completely ignored us. When the food came out (which was surprisingly fast), he dropped the plates on our table with more force than necessary and left without saying anything. We finished our meal and waited and waited. We spoke with two other employees and asked if we could pay, they relayed our readiness to the server in sight of us and each time he walked away to do some mundane task. He purposefully held us prisoner for more than 35 minutes and when I asked a manager if we could pay, the server then yelled at me. He was perhaps the rudest person I have met in several years, full of unwarranted self-importance, and treated his customers with contempt that was unwarranted. Though the food and the rest of the staff were wonderful, his treatment made sure I would never return to that restaurant, and would recommend others avoid his patronage.

But is it possible that there isn't a decent pizzeria in ZH!!?? To have a quality pizza, the ingredients must be of "... Level..., it's not difficult to understand

Fantastic pizzeria, we went on Saturday 18.03.23 with six people and I must say that the pizza, appetizers and desserts were spectacular...not to mention the service was always attentive to the customer. And what about the waiter Gabriele, a nice guy who served us the whole time and took care of the customer, making us feel at home!!!! I highly recommend this pizzeria!!!!!!

Simone and her staff fanno la difference. The pizza, the best around. (I've actually eaten a lot of pizzas in Zurich and the surrounding area☺️). But the meat, fish, especially the pasta and starters are also world class. My final tip is that pistacchio tiramisu. Heavenly! Simone bravissimo….continuate cosi!

I had the best pizza here in a long time. Ordered and eaten within 30 minutes. Price performance is also right. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back for a pizza. I can recommend it to everyone, whether alone with your partner, friends or with the kids. The service is also top and very friendly.

I went to the Arcade last night to start, I had an aperitif, a professionally made Negroni Sbagliato then I ate an Arcade pizza, truly delicious from the dough to the products, all top notch 👌 for dessert a spectacular pistachio tiramisu!!!!P Very friendly dining room staff, Grande Gabriele very nice and helpful.

In my opinion one of the best pizzas in town. The fact that a bottle of water costs 10 francs is cheeky even for Zurich. It is not possible to order tap water. Borders on rip-off. Sorry

Avoid the mixed salad to start, straight from a packet with generic sauce from a bottle for 9.50fr. Pizza is however fantastic.

Great pizza “Neapolitan style”, I.e: with thick, doughy and very tasty crust, aka “cornicione”. Fresh ingredients and good service. Inside space limited, reservation recommended. Kids menu available (but no “bolognese” sauce option).

If you love Italian food, then you've come to the right place. You can get the original Italian pizza here, made with a lot of love. The staff is super friendly and quick. I'll be back! 🍕😍
