Discovered this establishment on our transit at Martigny after a ski trip from Verbier, it was worth the 13 mins walk from the gare 😋 The restaurant has a very spacious space with simple warm interior behind the small entrance door. There was something special with the crêpe batter, it was crispier and more flavourful than other crêpe bretonne I ever tasted (my guess is they put cheese inside). What also surprising was the chèvre salade, as they wrapped the chèvre with apple and crêpe batter. The lady who took our order was very friendly and accommodating. It was definitely a fulfilling dinner❤️

A very nice random discovery in Martigny. Despite an error in our reservation which made us wait (with a free drink), we had a good meal with good buckwheat pancakes followed by excellent pancakes for dessert. A nice surprise in the center of Martigny that I recommend to all pancake lovers like us!

Fabienne and her team go out of their way for their visitors. The pancakes and crepes are excellent, the quality products and the drinks menu too, and the service is fast and super friendly. And all this for a very reasonable price. I've made several visits there, each time it was great, and I will return in the future. It's certain. Thank you for the “à la carte” pancakes!

The personnel is very kind and the service is excellent. Nothing to complain about the atmosphere, warm and kid-friendly. The taste of crêpes are actually good, but certainly not justified by the very high price. Almost 20 CHF for a salty crêpe and 15CHF for a sweet one are exaggerating. This does not even include a drink. So if you eat as a family of 3 or 4, you will easily spend 100CHF for just a few pancakes. Although they are good pancakes, they are not made of gold. For this price, we hardly go there. You have a lot of other decent choices with 100CHF per meal.

A magnificent place. The creperie is very well located. The savory pancakes are delicious with a crispy batter that makes the difference. Sweet pancakes are tasty. And on top of that, the staff is welcoming, smiling and does everything to ensure that we have a good time. Another advantage, dogs are also very welcome. Everything is done to have a delicious time while enjoying yourself. We will return with pleasure

After a day filled with adventures both elating and tiring, we arrived back in Martigny. Mentally and physically exhausted, but nutritionally starved, our quest for food took us through the city center, where we were confronted with the impossible choice between two equally inviting crèperies. Not knowing what would lie ahead, we picked La Romaine, for the simple fact that they offered galettes made with book wheat flour. We were in for a surprise. After ordering our menus and a short waiting period, our two galettes arrived and looked oh so seductive. Then, the first bite. The crispiness of the mantle, the perfect balance of flavours between the grilled bacon and molten cheese. At no point did one ingredient dominate too much. Instead, their embracing dance on my palate left left me wanting for more. Truly a masterpiece.

We came for a dinner around 6pm and the place was basically empty. Even though the lady serving us could not speak English (and we do not understand French), we managed to order. She was very kind and once her other colleague came, there were no issues. The pancakes were good and quickly made. However, it was not an exceptional food, rather a quick bite. The staff though was incredibly kind!

Requested to dine-in on Saturday at 19:20 and was told by the host that there was not enough time to serve us. The restaurant was schedule to close at 23:00. Walked by at 21:00 and guests were being served food. Would not recommend if you are from out of town.

Very welcoming staff, started from offering our dog some water. Crepes were tasty, it was the first time that I tried a lemon-sugar one, which was amazing. Good price. We went here twice since it was so good. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and quiet.

The best Crepperie in the region hands down, worth a visit.

Love this place! Got here for a lunch because my wife wanted some local crepes and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. The food: I tried classical buckwheat crepes with ham and egg and the dish was as good as I was anticipating... and slightly better thanks to an unexpected twist with rich and flavourful combination of a fresh egg yolk smoothening and empowering the buckwheat notes. I tired it before, but this time it was somehow outstanding. The drinks: it was fresh and breeze outside, so I've gone with a big milk coffee. Just right. You can't expect less and it is almost impossible to make it better. The location: juts right outside of the main touristy paths, a couple of minutes walking from the central market square. Perfect formy taste. Thr cleanliness: COVID measures were present and enforced gently enough, goof The conclusion: I'd add this place for a "absolutely advised for visiting with high priority, if you are hungry and is in the vicinity". Simply said "Yes, come here".

If you want to enjoy real Breton galettes & crepes, you've come to the right place! The 3 Breton women in the kitchen and service and the Breton man at the crèpesrechaud have it under control! Truly the most authentic galettes ever eaten in Switzerland! Dough and most of the sweet side dishes are homemade and of top quality. And all of this in a pleasant atmosphere and with very friendly service. We would come back tomorrow if we didn't travel any further...
