Very disappointed, one year I go to this bakery! This morning I came to pick up several things, I realized later that there was no one there who made a mistake! It’s not the first time but today I decided to come and tell them kindly! All the staff looked at me and got involved, I just asked to be exchanged for what I wanted in the first place! There was not anymore ! So I'm asking for a refund, the gentleman after several unpleasant comments like THERE ARE PEOPLE DYING OF STARVING IN THE WORLD! Yes absolutely that's why I've never said anything except today where I think I'm spending money and I would just like to eat something I asked for and not have to! He refunded me and asked me never to come back! So yes I won't come back anymore because being treated like that is not normal

Since we have lived in Lucens we have been going to La Sarrasine, quality products and friendly staff. The bread is excellent for the weekend, it is better to reserve because the bread goes quickly. There is also Sarrasin which is a cheese shop next door with regional products and organic fruits and vegetables.

Bad experience ! ordered cake sold frozen, the saleswoman did not warn me at 12:30 p.m. when it was time for dessert, the cake was not defrosted!!! Thank you Saracen

Very disappointed with the village bakery! Despite the work done by the baker behind the shop who deserves the star in the evaluation, the unpleasant staff alone managed to disappoint the customers. Whether by telephone or direct contact in the store, bad experience. Very unfortunate for a small bakery like that which considers itself a luxury store.

Catastrophic management of the COVID19 crisis. Lets 2 customers into the store when we can't pass each other at a respectable distance. Endangering the lives of its customers, unacceptable at this time.
