This is not the first time we have ordered from them but they are not able to make the pizzas requested. In addition, when we ask to cut them, they tell us yes yes, but they never cut them for deliveries. Really disappointed with their professionalism.

Absolutely disappointing, a complete disappointment!. The staff was really rude, I felt like I was bothering them. Disgusting cuisine: I asked for advice on choosing between pasta or pizza depending on their specialty and they replied: “It’s up to you to know what you want to eat!” Tagliatelle with tasteless boletus swimming in margarine and non-existent boletus: two small pieces of mushroom to pretend. Unacceptable: I don't know how they managed to get a 4.5 rating!! To avoid!!!

I have rarely eaten such good pizza. A little far for us but worth the detour.

1 star because there is nothing less... We ordered pizzas and we were shocked when we went to get them. The person present at that moment simply did not want to serve a black person who was in charge in front of us. This person left without pizza and without eating. I have never had such good pizza! It truly is pizza heaven. The dough is delicious, soft and airy and the filling is top quality. An explosion of flavors. In addition, the room staff is really competent and gives good advice, friendly and accommodating. The prices are absolutely correct.

We discovered this pizzeria while eating there directly. The pizzas are excellent and I highly recommend the restaurant. However, I do not recommend delivery or taking pizzas to go. On delivery, the pizzas always arrive barely warm with a soft crust (even though I live in Lucens) In addition, certain ingredients such as rucola are not delivered separately and are added when they come out of the oven, which means that the lettuce melts and falls apart on the pizza and it's really not appetizing. We have also had several occasions where half of the filling remains stuck to the lid of the cardboard box when we open it. We also tried to pick up the pizzas ourselves on several occasions to avoid receiving them cold like during home delivery but again, even by showing up 5 minutes before the indicated time to collect the pizzas, the latter We were already barely warm when we arrived at the restaurant. It’s a shame that there is this problem of timing between the preparation and receipt of the pizzas because, as already said, when you eat there it is really excellent. In addition, the pizzas are not inexpensive, so we necessarily expect better even with delivery/collection.

2 hours of waiting to receive 2 pizzas delivered (cold as a result) even though we live 6 minutes from the pizzeria. At 25.- the cold pizza we called the manager to point out that it was not the first time (1 hour 30 minutes of waiting the three previous times). Madam very humbly replies that they are victims of their success and that we can look elsewhere and leave a negative review on Google. That's it, we were loyal customers but very disappointed with the deplorable behavior of this boss.
