Moreover, the delivery man seemed so happy to bring us the pizzas that he barely said hello and probably forgot to apologize for the delay ... Anyway.. Experience not recommended, but rather to be avoided...

Pizzas ordered at 6:30 p.m., delivered at 8:40 p.m., 2 hours and 10 minutes later. Cold obviously. It happens, but the problem is that it happens all the time these days and no effort is made to excuse these delivery times and this drop in quality. Unfortunately, we are going to stop getting deliveries since the service is no longer working. Too bad because the pizzas are still good and huge, but cold and with the random delivery, it's no longer good.

We have been ordering regularly for years, but the service and quality have changed significantly. The pizzas arrive cold, the toppings are almost non-existent. The daisies barely have mozzarella and look like focaccia (pasta and tomato sauce). We pay a lot more for pizzas with toppings and the resew’n pizza has a daisy, so why pay extra. Note made a new pozza is delivered "cold" and identical garnish barely visible. We were loyal customers and live barely 10 minutes away on foot, but ultimately we are going to stop making concessions and indulgences.

We placed an order this evening for pizza. The order sent was incorrect! The delivery man contacted the restaurant, they didn't want to know anything! Unpleasant with the delivery man and with me as well. Great lack of professionalism...and great incompetence...

It’s always a real treat there. Impeccable service and good atmosphere! And if you want to have it delivered to your home, delivery is free!!! I've tried it on site and to take away and the dishes are delicious.

Does this look like tiramisu? Seriously, super soaked biscuits, mascarpone which seems out of date to me, it is rather hard with an unpleasant taste... Disappointed

1h30 wait for cold pizza delivery....

Last week I ordered two pizzas and a tiramisu on UberEat. The tiramisu was never delivered and now Uber is blaming the restaurant and the restaurant is telling me to check with Uber.......

This is not the first time that we have ordered by the slice and we are extremely disappointed, yesterday an order was placed for a pasta dish (29.-) at 9:06 p.m., delivery was made at 11:07 p.m., and more no apology or commercial gesture. To top it all off, the pasta at 29.- was burnt. FYI we live 7/8 minutes from the restaurant. We will no longer order from La Tranche because once again this is not the first time this type of situation. Not professional at all

Never disappointed! A large Prosciutto and fungi pizza for 2 people does the trick every time and the staff is very friendly.

Almost all pasta dishes have increased by 5 to 7 francs, drinks are in cans at 3.90, before in bottles at 3.70. The quantity of dishes has been halved, which is a lot to blame on inflation. And delivery without comment! Last time I order from them and eat from them!

Good , very big pizzas , quality- quantity- price 10/10! Pizza of 50 cm , starting from 16 fr !! One pizza it’s more than enough for 2 person . We always get 2 ( margarita and salami ) for a family of 4 ( 2 kids and 2 adults ) . Kids really love their margarita , as it’s the real Italian taste . I highly recommend !

Excellent meat, the XXL steak made my happiness, the meat is matured and not very fatty, a delight. We were there at rush hour and unfortunately our starter was forgotten, which was absolutely not a problem given the size of my dish. The waiters insisted on offering us a dessert, as we were full they offered us a digestive which was very good. Disappointed with my order today. My order was supposed to arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. it arrived at 9:20 p.m. I called the restaurant around 8:50 p.m. and the person I spoke to on the phone told me that they had a lot of orders. I should have been offered a dessert for the late delivery but unfortunately I got nothing but above all the pizza was cold and a little word of apology from the delivery man would have been nice. Not sure I would recommend a pizza this early at La Tranche.

Intolerable. I won't set foot there again, I took away: an arrancini, rice dry and sticky on the teeth, a slice of pizza dry and with the taste of rancid oil. Succulent pasta and pizze, very generous portions, fast delivery (in advance!). But order debited twice by the deliveryman on 31.01... Reimbursement of overpayment on February 25.

Pizzas arrived cold. My focaccia had to contain garlic, basil, cherry tomatoes and ruccola. There were cherry tomatoes and a mountain of ruccola... Pizza never arrived! Pizza ordered and after 1h30 no pizza even though they are only 1.5km away. After several phone calls, no delivery man, 1h30 to deliver two pizzas is a lot. Delivery was very fast, but we only live 8 minutes on foot or 2 by scooter. However, the pizza slices were cold and most of the crust was burnt. The slices have nothing to do with the photos e.g. on the pulcinella the eggplant and mortadella were so burnt that we could barely distinguish them. Ultimately the taste is very average, nothing to do with their two other pizzerias which are located right next door. Much too expensive for what it is. The only positive point is the friendliness of the delivery person.

I ordered and asked for delivery my dinner two nights ago. I tried several tipe of tranches (Margherita, vesuviana, focaccia and focaccia with mortadella - this one my favorite one). Pizza really tasty and fresh - I loved it! Good quality price-portion and delivery fast. The guy who knocked at my door was really nice and kind, even if I do not speak french yet :) Definitely, I will have an other go soon.
