Wanted to order a pizza again today. Unfortunately no one picked up the phone at lunchtime (tried 3 times). First in the evening. The lady put us off on the phone for 3:30 minutes and then probably forgot about it. We tried twice more and no one responded.

We really liked the food and ambience. Service was friendly and accommodating. Good place before an event at Bierhübeli. We can recommend.

Pinsa was ok! But the house “cake” was a disappointment. Calling a whole (uncut) pear with a little cream a cake and selling it for 6.50 is almost funny. When we saw the “cake” we actually had to hold back our laughter for a moment.

Very cozy on the terrace, delicious menu, take away is also very inexpensive.

I was there with my partner and we had the best pizza/pinsa we have ever eaten. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, despite the full house (Saturday 7:00 p.m.). Unfortunately, we got a somewhat bad seat and it was very loud, for this reason I only give the ambience 4 stars instead of 5, since there is a nice restaurant is.

For evenings where you want to attend an Explora lecture afterwards, I recommend the Seidenhof, 5 minutes away. There is also a new Italian restaurant. Why: We have reservations. Were there at 6:00 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. the spaghetti still hadn't arrived and the lecture started at 7:30 p.m. Not cool. Eat only midnight after the lecture. I don't want that anymore. The photos below with food were from a previous visit. When there is time pressure, such as Explora lectures, we no longer go there.

The Pinsa was excellent!! The service professional. Despite the very loud atmosphere, I would go there again for the delicious pinsa.

We arrived and we decided to have a drink outside. The drinks arrived (without any nuts or something) and the lady even didn't clean the table. Later we went inside to eat. Noone brought us a menu. After a while we asked.. same with the wine menu. The main course arrived, when we were still having soupe... we asked to bring it later, that was not possible. In the end they charged us 4.- extra for my pizza, cause I asked for cheese instead of meat, so we paid for a pizza eventually 30.-, we tried to explain to the waiter that we meant instead and that they didn't inform us, he seemed not to care, so we gave way less tips instead. Very tasty food but a very unpleasant general experience. With these prices we would expect a more professional service!

Average food for rather high prices. Rosemary potatoes came without rosemary and floating in oil... Calamares were fried too long or too hot, and were therefore dry and literally atomized in the mouth... The risotto (with long grain rice) is ok, but not enough saffron flavor. The very intense yellow color probably comes from somewhere else...;) The finishing touches are simply missing on everything.

La Vita - what else? We always enjoy going to La Vita! Every time we are welcomed with great and genuine warmth and joy by Marija and Daniele - the two of them are the face of La Vita! Your boss Giuseppe, who is also very friendly, can be proud of having such good employees! The kitchen is very good, the food - even when it's busy - is always warm and lovingly prepared. The price/performance ratio is excellent - you'll always be full and happy. All in all, highly recommended - the terrace with the chestnut trees is one of the most beautiful in the city of Bern!

We were in Bern and discovered this Italian restaurant. I had lunch there with a colleague. The spaghetti carbonara we ordered was very tasty, the portion was good and there was a small salad on the side. The spaghetti was absolutely delicious, I can only recommend it.

She was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a warm smile and I immediately felt welcome. The food was truly fantastic - freshly prepared, full of flavor and of the highest quality. Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented. It was obvious that the chefs really knew their craft. But the standout aspect of my visit to La Vita Restaurant was the staff, especially Ms. Marija. She was always attentive and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Her service was absolutely outstanding and she made all the difference. Overall, I can only recommend the restaurant "La Vita" - it is an excellent choice for everyone!

The meal was okay. The perch fillets were a little too soaked in butter. The grilled fish was fine, but the portion size was a bit tight. The meal took over an hour to prepare. However, we were a larger group.

We had lunch. The atmosphere is very cozy and we were able to discuss business very well. The food was also very tasty, although not everything that was advertised on the menu was on the plate. The Nüsslersalat was still a bit sandy, so only three stars for the food. After eating we waited too long to pay. That can happen sometimes, but it shouldn't if the restaurant doesn't have a lot of occupied tables and lunches if you don't have forever. But we would still like to come back and see if that is the norm or if we were just unlucky.

Very tasty pizza, although I don't like pizza in general. Our Swiss friends said that it takes almost 2.5 hours to prepare. They gave us a try. I especially liked it with tomatoes. And it’s also good with a lot of greens. We haven't tried it with other ingredients. We ordered seafood with vegetables, a very large plate, and the price was a hefty 42 francs. The shrimp and fish that we couldn't eat were wrapped up for us and given to us.

Unfortunately, this pizzeria is absolutely not convincing as a take away option. We ordered two pizzas by phone on a Sunday evening and were told that we could pick them up in an hour. The result was really a disappointment: the ingredients were carelessly placed on top, the Parmigiano was completely melted into a lump, the rocket wilted and the raw ham was overcooked and tasted really disgusting. The pizza was inedible both visually and in taste! Conclusion: Based on the reviews, the restaurant seems good for eating pizza on site. However, not suitable and recommended as take-away!

The staff was very friendly. A friend and I both ordered spaghetti carbonara. Unfortunately it was very bland and there was almost no bacon with it. We ordered profiterioles and panacotta for dessert. The profiteroles were bought/thawed - they definitely tasted that way. The panacotta was OK.

Got take-out pizza, definitely would NOT recommend going with them. Calabrisella and Prosciutto e Funghi Pizzas were ready at pick-up time (minimum 40min to prepare), but were already only luke-warm. It was easy to see at first glance that no care and pride went into preparing the pizzas. The ingredients were in not even close to evenly spread, the salami paste was chucked on in huge clusters. The gluten free base was terrible, the normal base was alright but burnt on one side. Prosciutto e funghi: Ham and mushrooms very average quality, cheese too greasy. Calabrisella: Salami paste mostly hot and little flavour, eggplant average, and maybe worst of all - sheep's cheese in (supermarket-) slices not even fully melted. Prices for take-out are fair.

It's a shame there are so many flies. You can't enjoy the wine without "defending" it.

Well, at first the calzone was so burnt that it was no longer covered. After the complaint, we were given a free bottle of wine and another calzone, this time it wasn't burnt, just not cooked through! The dough was still raw except for the thin middle and there was a lot of ham in it.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Lange Wartezeiten. Enttäuschend ist, dass mit Ausnahme eines Mitarbeiters am Empfang, alle anderen Mitarbeiter die Maske immer unter der Nase tragen. Zudem wurde das dreckige Geschirr angefasst und anschliessend das Brot für die Gäste abgebrochen/vorbereitet ohne sich vorher die Hände zu waschen.
