Grundsätzlich waren die Speisen gut gemacht, die Portionen gut bemessen und wir zufrieden. Es fehlte mir aber etwas der Pfiff beim Essen. Alles war gut gemacht (Desserts etwas gar einfallslos), aber wirklich warm bin ich mit dem Essen nicht geworden. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich, wenn auch manchmal etwas hölzern, aber das war mein sehr subjektiver Eindruck... alles in allem ist es ein schöner Flecken Agglo-Stadt, das Essen gut gemacht aber ähnlich wenig überraschend wie die Tramfahrt nach Bümpliz...

Nach nun mehreren besuchen will ich das schloss bümpliz bewerten.Vorab: das essen ist immer sehr gut.Irgenwie habe ich jedoch das pech immer wenn ich mit kunden da bin das etwas nicht ist wie es sein sollte.1. Kundenessen Pferde entrecote bestellt aber Rinds wurde serviert (immerhin zum preis vom pferd).2. Kundenessen eifaches schnipo bestellt aber geschnetzteltes erhalten.Dazu werde ich einfach mit dem personal nicht war.... gezwungene freundlichkeit seitens personal.

Wir können dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Grosse Portionen und feines essen. Cordonbleu ist sehr fein.
