LaBrasera in Silvaplana

We ate a 4 course menu. The food was very good and the quantity was more than enough for us. The ambience was nice and the service was friendly. A successful evening. We had a dog with us, which wasn't a problem.

I wanted a short while strong Drinking a hot chocolate with my two children during a snowfall. The older waitress was very rude and snapped when the table was wet from snow. We also had to wait 15 minutes for the 3 Ovis. I won't be going there any time soon.

Very good local food, nice and helpful staff, fair prices and convenient location next to the Cristins ski-lift and Swiss ski school. Also, the terrace gets lots of sun throughout the day and is well protected by the wind.

Quality and delicacy. A relaxing environment and a top chef make it a winning experience. The desserts are also excellent.

The restaurant laBrasera is part of the Hotel Chesa Surlej. The currently rather mediocre reviews are a bit intimidating, but a visit is definitely worth it. In addition to meat and pasta dishes, there is also a selection of vegetarian dishes. The “Sciatt” (fried dumplings with cheese) and the chard roulades are recommended. A plate from the salad buffet is rather expensive at CHF 13.00, but the plate is large and so is the selection. The service is friendly and quick.

Nice place to go, and service was ok (3 stars). Food was too expensive (2 stars) and not the quality we have experienced elsewhere (2 stars) in Surlej or Silvaplana. CHF 12,- for salad buffet, CHF 39,50 for fish with rice/potatoes. Kids fish fingers and fries were very greasy. Welcome to Kids and pets

Lovely interior, but unfortunately very rude staff.

Really nice and quiet atmosphere and local food selection. The staff is multilingual and friendly. There is no separate kids menu and should only be visited with quiet kids in my opinion.

Fine Capuns, friendly service. Reasonable price/performance ratio.
