L’Ambiance in Interlaken

This is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Stepping out onto the terrace, you can see the Aare River, making your meal even more delicious. I used it for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast started at 6:30, but it was almost full at that time.

I liked the views from the terrace table. It was quite a memorable experience having lunch right beside the beautiful blue river (or canal. I’m not sure). Cordon Blu was just so so. But beef steak was good. It’s worth trying.

Beautiful view near the lake but not happy with the service. Ordered Campari orange, came out a campari soda, ordered medium beef filet, came out well done. The 2nd time it was medium but some part was impossible to chew. They didn't apologize neither take it off the bill. Not happy about it. If I am paying a 52 swiss franc beef I expect a better quality than this. Not recommended.

Perfect, even vegetarians will find wonderful dishes here.

We, group of 47 people, had one of our dinners here and it's a perfect dinner. Restaurant is five stars. It is classy, clean, spacious. The service is great. Staff are friendly. Food is delicious. We had lemongrass soup, sea food pasta and ice cream with fruit salad. Simple yet rich with flavours. Everyobody loved it.

We arrived past 2pm to Interlaken, looking for a place to eat we ended up in this place. Before we even could get a seat, the waitress approached to us and demanded to first check the menu and look at the prices before offering a table to seat because “I’m sorry, but this happens a lot”. With that “warm greeting” we didn’t want to eat here. Looking at the menu and seeing so limited options confirmed our decision and left. Surprise to see this kind of service -the lack of- inside a 5-star hotel.

The restaurant is in the same hotel as Leander Grand. The hotel is very beautiful, as is the restaurant. It overlooks the river and the food there is excellent. Its location is very beautiful. I recommend visiting it.

Starters: Red mullet and Giant raviolis Main: Veal cooked in Zurich style Nice dishes and good services.

Nice atmosphere, attentive waiters and wonderful food

After Work BBQ Last Friday we wanted to enjoy the after work BBQ with live cooking that was advertised in the local press. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the weather and even more so by the 5 star Hotel Beau Rivage. No trace of live cooking, just a salad and dessert buffet. The meat and fish had been grilled for a long time and carelessly filled into chrome steel bowls. kept warm. The salmon was already cold, the lamb chops lukewarm and dried out. There were also baked potatoes and ratatouille. We felt like we were in a self-service or company canteen. The staff tried hard but couldn't improve the quality of the food. As local guests, we were very disappointed with this evening, as we had consumed CHF 400.00, a shame, a shame

The restaurant is bitter, delicious, and the creamy tomato soup is great 👌🏻

It was amazing experience, we wanted just to have a lunch but it was more than that, 6 or 7 types of butters for the starters and all dishes surprise us by taste and dressing ! We were amazed by cheese plate with honey with truffle Bravo!

Great service and ambience. This restaurant offers great view of the opposite side of the river... it's like a winter postcard ♡

Very tasty food with warm service! The view of the Aare is simply great :-)

Very good cuisine and great service. Particularly recommended is the beef tartare as a starter, the chateaubriand as the main course and the crowning glory of a crepe Suzette. Simply delicious!
