Cult restaurant in Interlaken with beer, food and live music (in autumn)

The restaurant was not busy when we went, our orders came on time. Regarding the food, it was a bit above average, the portions were very huge and generous but unfortunately it did not have enough flavour. For the starter we took garlic bread and nachos, the garlic bread was really nice 👌 and for the main course i took the BBQ ribs, it was a very large portion 💯 but it tasted very average. It needed more BBQ sauce and other spices. The Snitzel also tasted average and it was very oily 🙁 Overall it was a normal experience. So i will give 3 out of 5 stars.

I went there after reading the Naver review and was able to taste the Korean taste. It is certain that it is more cost-effective than other stores. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are very friendly. It was delicious and I enjoyed it.

If you are in Interlaken, be sure to visit this place, a super pleasant atmosphere with good music, the service is excellent, they are very polite and attentive, cold beer and WONDERFUL food, I highly recommend it.

We are tourists at Switzerland and food prices here are really not cheap at all, easily 30 to 40 CHF for one dish. This place was recommended by our Airbnb, and food was one of the more reasonable ones that we could find, averaging of 20 to 30 CHF. The giant ribs was pretty good, and they serve good beer too!

We have been coming here for more than 10 years for a bite to eat when we are on holiday here. Always top service and delicious food.

Although it is not my first time visiting this restaurant, I am deeply impressed by how the service manages to serve us even though the restaurant is hardly busy. The food is good, but the service should be trained better because you can expect more for the price.

I really don't have 0 points, so I'm giving it one star. Really, really, don't go here First of all, it was the worst burger I've ever had. The fondue bread felt like it was a few days old. I was really disappointed that all the food tasted like frozen instant food. I don't know if the French fries were given to people to eat. It was black in color and burned, so I lost my appetite. The ribs arrived at my table with almost no meat and charred, not like coals.

Food is the worst. It feels like everything is burned. Chicken hamburger patty. I don't know why this place has such a high rating. The surface of the ribs was dried because it was burned, and the French fries were charred from being burned, but that's just how it is haha;; The hamburger buns weren't moist at all and were hard enough to crumble, and the bacon was undercooked and couldn't be sliced. Is there a cook? I threw away all my money in Switzerland, where things are expensive.

We ate very well and for a reasonable price. Just a shame the burger bun isn’t homemade. The cocktails were very good and concocted according to our tastes by the bartender.

Overall great experience! A nice spot to go to get away from the crowds in Interlaken. The service was great and there was a large variety of beers. The bar had a very cool vibe as well.

The best restaurant in Interlaken out of the six my parents and I visited on our vacation. I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. My father and I both had the plate Magnificent Mix plate with spare ribs, wings, corn-on-the-cob, and fries, and my mother had a grilled chicken breast with assorted salads. My mother acclaims her chicken to have been good, but the assorted salads phenomenal and tasty. For the meal my father and I enjoyed, everything was phenomenal, including the "spicy" cocktail sauce. I typically dislike cocktail sauces, but this one was superb in all aspects, and not really spicy. The wings and ribs were lightly covered with a very tasty smoky and sweet glaze. The corn on the cob was sweet and fresh. Drinks shared by my parents and I were very good as well - I recommend the "I Love Hugo" mixed drink. Also very reasonably priced!

Always clean and well-trained staff. Unique restaurant in Interlaken where old and young meet. Pub food! Not too expensive and salads are always fresh. One star deducted for the mostly poorly tapped beer (for our taste).

The food was excellent and the service was friendly. Nothing to complain about except the depressing conversation between the people sitting next to us. Although you have to say that Brasserie 17 can't do anything about it...

The brew burger is very average, I don't recommend it... defrosted bun that turns into peanuts... very good meat on the other hand... too bad the fries are industrial quality... good choice of beers

Food ok, drink very good, staff so-so

I went there after reading the Google reviews. Business was only possible during certain hours. I ate the pasta recommended by the waiter and it was really delicious. Unlike the appearance of the pasta containing carrots, it was delicious enough to remind me of it in Korea as well. The ribs were ordinary, but they were the most delicious in Switzerland. I added french fries and wings.

Not recommended! The food is nothing special. For example, the burger bread was what you buy at a discount. The service isn't really helpful. Overpriced for what it is. Clearly aimed at tourists.

Locates in Interlaken West, about 30 min walk from OST, but it was worthy. Decorated in an American 60's or70's style(my guess), their food taste go on well with their style. They were tasty enough for a man who is having a cold like me. Price is very acceptable. Their staffs are friendly.

The restaurant is very bad and the service is worse. If you want to ruin your day, I recommend this restaurant. The worst service you can experience in your life. You are not obliged to go to this restaurant at all.

We recommend! Great selection of dishes, all freshly prepared with a lot of love. We appreciate it when the food isn't on the table within 5 minutes of ordering. Good things take time, smile. The mussels, like the chicken wings, were excellent. There is also nothing wrong with the service staff. The atmosphere is rustic and romantic. Not for people in a hurry who think they don't have time to wait for food. I recommend Mac Donalds or something similar to them. Had a good meal again. The prepared schnitzel and the fries were, as always, perfect. You'll see us again.

Fine, hearty lunch, beautifully prepared and decorated. The knuckle was well seasoned and tender. Instead of sauerkraut, we were allowed to choose a pumpkin ragout, which tasted excellent, even with the boiled potatoes. Fast and friendly service, even during busy periods.

Run by Dutch owner. I called them beforehand to ask if it was possible to watch Nations League football, the dutch national team. They said no problem, but when we arrived we discovered they did not have a chanel where it was broadcasted. Apparently they did not took our question serious on the phone.

Busy bar, lovely atmosphere, and good food

A pity! I come very hungry and am not served until I ask after 25 minutes. I was 5 minutes late because the kitchen had already closed at 10:30. Unfortunately, I was actually there early enough, but I just wasn't served. I used to go there a lot and it was great. But this time it was the last time. Such a shame.

I would prefer not to give a star. I've been waiting for 20 minutes, the store is almost empty and I'm simply not being served. I drew the team's attention, but unfortunately I was ignored. Once and never again. It's really such a shame. Don't come a second time!!!

We have already experienced many great moments here! Fun, cool people and reasonable prices - this has been the case for years. You can also eat here, but we've never tried it - we'll do that at some point. For me, every visit to Interlaken is associated with a visit to Brasserie 17.

Really a great restaurant, the location is quite good, but the food tasted very good, the staff was really friendly and I missed the restaurant very much. The Corona measures were tested very quickly by the staff so I can't complain. The food may have been a bit too much, but overall it tasted good, highly recommended :D P.S. If you are a foreigner traveling, the waiter will only give you a part of the menu, expensive and difficult to eat the amount of little to almost nothing, but also called "fine", you will think you ordered the wrong meal, in fact, the waiter simply did not provide the correct menu. In Europe have been to many countries and places, never encountered such a situation, this rip-off behavior is too ugly.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be true. It's a shame the locals don't treat you kindly. First you are offered a table and as soon as you sit down you have to go to another table. For me it was the last time. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it.

Recently stopped here for dinner while in Interlaken. Pretty broad menu with good selection. Food was very good, prices affordable. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful throughout the meal. Place was full on a quiet Tuesday night- always a good sign. Would definitely recommend.

Here for the 3rd time today 😊 two days ago I ate a very fine autumn plate with hare saddle fillet. It was outstanding. Here late yesterday for a few beers. Enjoyed tapas variations today, which were again excellent. I can highly recommend Brasserie 17. Good food, friendly and fast service, good beers and all at fair prices.

I haven't been for a long time, but the visit was worth it. Super fine spare ribs and very friendly service. I will visit again often.

We spent one night with family. Everything was very clean. We had a huge room. Only downside: very poorly insulated. The brasserie is perfect for an aperitif, we didn't eat. Simple breakfast, but good and not expensive.

Best ribs in the world: Paradise Ribs Forever. Every time i stato in Interlaken brasserie17 Is a "must have" place.

Meh..maybe we placed the order for the wrong food but it was so-so. And it took a long time to come. Probably about 30min and other tables where in the same situation. The beer and hugo was good.

You will certainly feel at home in our restaurant and bar, the Brasserie17. This is the place in town, where people meet. Taste one of there 6 different beers on tap or enjoy the famous ribs & wings! Besides preparing good food and cool drinks they create a good atmosphere, where everybody feels at home.
