Thank you very much for everything. From the moment you enter the restaurant you are greeted with a lovely smile, the ambience is beautiful, the menu is rich in various delicious ingredients. As soon as you get your order, your eyes are amazed at how beautifully the menu is presented, wow, it's excellent. The service is very attentive and leaves nothing to be desired. Ms. Sarah Müller is absolutely nice with every guest. The prices are very normal for such a great restaurant and with the hostess and the team. We have 2× starters, 2× zander crispy with the delicious salad, 1× fine dessert, a beer, half a liter of white wine, 1lt. Ordered mineral water and 2x coffee. It will definitely never be our last visit, we will 200% be happy to come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality. March 29, 2024

Simply TOP!!! We were served by Janos for the third time. Friendly, smiles and talks/advises at eye level. The on-site management does its job, because you can see it in the staff, who carry out their job with heart. Therefore it will also be a place where we go with our family friends.

Last week we had lunch again at the Landgasthof Mühleholz. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The cuisine is uniquely good! Very tasty, high quality and creative food. We have rarely eaten as well as we did here! The service was particularly attentive and friendly. They repeatedly asked if everything was okay and whether we wanted to wait a little longer before the next course, etc. Also very great: the ambience, the panoramic tables covered by cute roofs, the loving decoration, the clean toilets, the large parking lot, etc ., everything is simply beautiful! We will definitely come back :-)

Beautiful location on Lake Baldegg; large parking lot; disabled access; efficient, friendly service; But above all, very enjoyable, balanced dishes prepared with healthy herbs. It was our first time in this excellent restaurant and we spontaneously reserved a table again for next week. PS: Our quiet dog was also welcome (a bowl of fresh water was already under the table)!

We had rarely met such an unfriendly gentleman in a restaurant. It would certainly be better if he didn't receive the guests. So much arrogance, you just don't need it. Food was ok but nothing special! We'll definitely never come back!

Valentine's Day! Everything is packed! But eh; they run the place brilliantly. The service team, including the buffet, quickly scurries around between the tables and brings wonderful dishes to the tables. Everything a la carte. How many cooks are struggling in the kitchen? And where do they get such good cooks from? The food is awesome. Beautifully decorated with flowers. I couldn't help it and even dipped the flowers into the sauce and ate them. I would have liked to lick my plate at the end. Perfect.

We spontaneously got a table for 4 on Friday evening. Were greeted warmly and shown to the place. The service staff was the same as six months ago, which shows a good working atmosphere. The aperitif came very quickly. The menu was clear and had a wide and creative selection. We were particularly impressed by the game on offer. The meat is served in a hanging pot - brilliant. We were asked again and again if everything was OK. be. We really enjoyed the food. The decoration on the plate and in the restaurant was very inviting. You have the feeling of being in a hut. With the decorative elements on the ceiling and the entire ambience, the rooms were designed into a very romantic place on Lake Baldegger. The price performance ratio is very good. With the large portions you have more than enough. We really appreciate that you get something for your money. We will be back soon. Thank you for clearly investing your passion in this place. We celebrated my father's 65th birthday on Friday, October 13, 2023 at the Mühleholz restaurant. We received a warm welcome and it was no problem to register two more people the day before. I always recommend making a reservation, they are always very well booked! The waiter was super friendly and accommodating, the food we ordered came quickly and was incredibly tasty. You can also order smaller portions. The food is a bit more expensive, but I think that's justified. We were very satisfied and it was a successful evening!

Sunday August 21, 2023 My family and I were thrilled; it is very child-friendly, from the coloring books to the playground. The food was perfect, not to be beaten in terms of freshness and quality. The ambience is great, you have a great view of the lake, and we also found the atmosphere to be very pleasant. We will definitely come back. Thanks;-)

It's a shame that they charge 9 francs for the tap water, especially since we had an aperitif followed by wine. Salad excellent, the pork fillet too dry and the sauce too thickened. Rather mediocre performance. The service was satisfactory. The ambience on the terrace is harmonious, it's just a shame that the guest can't choose the table themselves. The prices are rather in the upper limit.

So beautiful, we are happy to take an hour to enjoy such fine food in this beautiful, friendly place.

Not recommended, guest is not welcome. Reservations online are not answered. If you make a reservation by phone you will be shouted at in a very unfriendly manner: "I don't have time" during the week at 3 p.m. Completely cheeky and a total NO-GO.. I will never show myself there again. It's a shame for an actually nice restaurant.

We have been to Mühleholz several times and are always thrilled. The food is super fine and lovingly prepared. The entire restaurant, from the ambience to the menu, is coordinated. The young, very likeable landlady really knows how to run a restaurant and she and her team look after the guests at the highest level. We would love to come back and we can only recommend everyone to stop there (but you should make a reservation).

Unfortunately only moderately satisfied. We tried calling several times yesterday afternoon to make a reservation or to find out if anything was still available. Unfortunately, the answering machine came every time after a long ringing. We couldn't make a reservation online; we were told to make a reservation by phone. So we went there on the chance and there was still a free table in the sun. Ok, clearly our mistake, it was pointed out and we said yes... unfortunately it was so hot that I could hardly enjoy it. Why is there no sun protection for this table or at least a hanging plant? There are numerous flexible methods for installing simple sun protection there. It would have really helped us a lot. If only that had been the case, I wouldn't have written any feedback, but unfortunately I wasn't served the menu I had ordered. I even read out the menu from the card, but the server was so engrossed in typing it on the device that she probably missed everything that followed "Entrecot"... unfortunately I got the entrecot with grilled vegetables instead of the strawberry one. chutney. But I didn't want to return the menu because I had already rummaged through it and the thought of it being thrown away made my heart bleed. When we asked whether it might be possible to consume the dessert in the playground (there were no children playing and the playground had nice shady spots), the answer was "the sun will soon set," which we interpreted as no , and so skipped dessert. Nevertheless, you have to say that it is a beautifully maintained restaurant with a great view and a very appealing menu. In any case, my partner was enthusiastic about his gyros and the wine.

Sunday June 11, 2023; It was our first time at the Landgasthof Mühleholz and we were all very satisfied and certainly not the last time we would be there. It was busy when we arrived and we were told from the start that it might take a little longer, but everything was still served quickly and was very tasty. Large selection of Swiss cuisine, but also vegetarian menus. The staff was always nice and occasionally made a little joke, but that made it all the more likeable. The Lastgasthof and the view are just great, no matter whether you go there by car, bike or motorbike, there are also plenty of parking spaces. We will come by again.

Location & food awesome! Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly! Food order was taken with a derogatory comment! For dessert I wanted the sauce separately, he rolled his eyes. I didn't receive any sauce at all... What a shame!

The food was great, really good. The service basically also extends to the chef de service. If you write that you're open until 10 p.m. and at 7:50 p.m. you loudly object to the service "but you know the kitchen will be closed in 10 minutes" you feel "very" welcome. We were in the restaurant for a birthday party with about 30 people. We were in a beautiful hall with lots of decoration. The staff was attentive and friendly, the only thing I didn't find funny was the jokes they made, but that's a matter of opinion. The salad was beautifully prepared and also delicious, and there were various fine banquet rolls with it. The pre-ordered main course, cream schnitzel with vegetables and noodles, was sensational and the portions were large enough. The cremschni for dessert was good. Enough parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Beautiful view of Lake Baldegg. The restaurant is expensive, but I think the price/performance ratio is right. Apparently we had to buy 4 menus and take them home from 4 people who were sick or unable to attend. 1 star deducted.

I almost didn't know what to order because of all the choices. The food was an absolute dream. I always come back for dessert.

On the first visit: Super fine food, friendly and fast service plus fast food delivery - despite the restaurant being completely full. On the second visit: Just wanted to eat dessert on a Sunday afternoon. Despite the empty tables, we were turned away due to lack of space. There is also no option to wait a moment if someone else is ready. Only 2 people are seated at all tables of 4. But that's just typical Bünzli Swiss restaurant visitors, preferring to sit alone and not give up space even though you have enough.
