From the moment you book, you feel perfectly welcomed by Mr Tissot, in this enchanted interlude during which time stops and you travel thanks to the overflowing imagination of chef Bedouet who delights the taste buds of all those who had the good idea to book at l'Aparté for a special occasion or simply who decided to make an ordinary day a celebration. The chef is very accessible, very pleasant, he willingly shares with his guests and who better than him to present his dishes 🙂 The service is impeccable, Mikael and Julie are very professional and attentive to customers. They have a sincere smile, a love of their profession and a touch of humor which makes the meal even more pleasant. The expertise of Julie, the sommelier, allowed us to discover a real Corsican gem, a wine perfect with the menu. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you again Chef Bedouet!

I've been wanting to go there for months because a lot of people recommended it to me and I'm angry with those people who didn't force me to go there immediately. For me it is the best restaurant in Geneva if we take into account the quality/price ratio, the seasonality of the dishes and the tenderness of the chef who comes to the table to present each dish. This is a Michelin 1-star restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The chef explains the menu in person. It's really delicious, and considering the prices in Geneva, it's surprising that you can get this quality at this price. It's a must-visit place.

Magnificent place, in the center of Geneva. The chef was present during our visit, very warm welcome and service upon our arrival and throughout the meal. Plates as good as they are magnificent, clear explanations, flawless! The wine, Château Margaux, excellent. Go there with your eyes closed, a very good address, I will come for the 5 course option for sure!

Very good cuisine. Each dish is a work of art. We don't choose our dishes, we let ourselves be captivated by the chef's choices. Limited space, you must reserve well in advance.

The room is tiny with horrible decor, table without tablecloth, lukewarm and cold dishes too little to fully appreciate them! Not worth the trip despite good reviews.

Had an incredible lunch at L’Aparte today. One of the best meals I’ve had in Geneva. Every dish was a 10/10 and the service was excellent.

A very interesting restaurant. A creative chef in a good way. Registration is scheduled two months in advance. I was alone, and they found a place for me in the dressing room). Both the cook and the service are super. The only thing I didn’t understand was the approach to wine. You can not do it this way. A young girl waitress, introduced as a Sommelier, poured the remains from one bottle into another in front of me. There are no good wines by the glass at all. Phenomenal cuisine with sophisticated and unexpected touches - like nowhere else. Flavors, textures and temperatures swing and we never cease to be amazed. The service is second to none and the pairing with the chosen wines is perfect. The chef himself came to present each dish. It was very nice. All in all, a meal that leaves a big smile and the desire to come back. On my second visit, the Chef prepares a different tasting menu for me but just as inspired and inspiring. Real magic! Very disappointing Absolutely not worthy of a Michelin star. Empty restaurant. Very casual service. Very average quality of dishes. Any wines. We wonder how Michelin was able to put it. 1 star for this restaurant whose location and setting are also very unpleasant.

I loved it. The chef came out after every dish and explained passionately about its ingredients. Every dish was equally satisfying, and I enjoyed everything immensely. The fish and meat had an exceptional texture, with exquisite sauce. The restaurant had a very calm atmosphere. Additionally, the bill was very reasonable compared to other Michelin restaurants. I strongly think that this restaurant deserves way more than a 1 star Michelin.

Very good meal with an accommodating staff. We arrived shabby and sleep deprived on a stopover. Overall, we enjoyed the meal, but not every dish was a home run in the 5 course tasting menu. The local wine was spot on. Staff was very nice. Worth a visit if you can get a reservation.

Terrible experience, we book a table for 3 people by phone on Sunday 19 February. We specify that we intend to book at l'aparte', a starred restaurant and they confirm the reservation for the following day. On Monday 20 February we arrive at the restaurant and they tell us it is full. In disbelief we show them the reservation and very sorry they apologize saying that there was a mix-up and that if we wanted we could have dinner at the bistro. In conclusion we left given the serious disservice. Strongly not recommended

We were there in January 2022 and chose the 5-course menu. They brought us 6 dishes at the end, with an extra appetizer on the house. The food was incredible and the chef himself comes out to present and explain the dishes. It is traditional food, with a lot of French touch but with an incredible mix of flavors. It is very worth going and enjoying it. We drank a delicious Swiss white wine. Magnificent attention. The price is more expensive than those in Spain but it is totally worth it.

Just wouah! Privatized the small restaurant for our team Christmas lunch and it was just amazing - “surprise menu” will blow you and the wine they offer are perfect match to the meals - let’s not forget a very professional service by friendly staff

Very disappointed with the service

We are regular customers of Aparté, we were there on 28/10 and the level of quality of the meals is still exceptional. Chef Armel is undoubtedly one of the best chefs in Geneva.

What can I say..... a delight both in the dishes and in the people! Located in a hotel, near the Cornavin station, this Michelin-starred restaurant (1 mac) with around ten seats offers generous and tasty, balanced cuisine. A treat from appetizers to sweet treats. All honored by a service of rare kindness and professionalism. The chef comes himself to present each dish. Special attention to the adaptability of the kitchen for specific requests!!! Bravo and thank you! All at an equally nice price!

Very nice surprise when discovering this restaurant and its cuisine concocted by a Breton chef with known and recognized culinary knowledge. A unique menu with a succession of dishes presented by the chef and around the sea. The flavor, the cooking, the presentation everything is there. A delight !!! Without forgetting the light and efficient service always with a smile.

At least twice a month it's worth the trip for the shrimp. Portions are a bit small for my figure, but you can easily order 3 times.

The Hotel Royal is not on the most pleasant street and the view from the windows of L'Aparte of the shops doesn't exactly make you want to spoil yourself for an evening. However, when you enter the front doors, the sophisticated ambience created by cloudy lamps, pleasant music, partially lowered blinds and pleasant isolated niches with tables makes you forget the stressful world outside. The service staff is discreet, very attentive and polite, although not all common languages ​​have a perfect command of the menu. The presentation of each course, introduced by the Chef de Cuisine himself, easily made up for it. The menu was accompanied by delicious wine, harmoniously matched to the individual courses. A real highlight were the crayfish, combined with coconut, ginger, beetroot and black nettle, a real treat for the palate with a sophistication that I had never experienced before. Overall, the menu was clear star cuisine. So if you are staying in Geneva and like to eat fine cuisine, you have come to the right place. In any case, we were not disappointed. Amazing restaurant! Really good service, chef was explaining everything in French and a waiter was translating for us in English! If you visit Geneva try it and go for the Discovery menu! Upcoming restaurant that will gain a lot of attention. Menu is mostly fish based but really nice combinations! The interior is modern but also cozy!

Magnifique découverte gastro. Un menu 5 plats à 95chf super rapport qualité prix. Le chef vient en personne vous présenter les plats. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Cadre moderne sans chichi. Vin suisse merlot de chez houtins.. four gras poilé délicieux. La langoustine. Exceptionnelle.

Première fois dans ce restaurant, l’expérience fut magnifique. Le menu est excellent avec une mention spéciale pour les moules et les chanterelles dans une émulsion de fruits de mer ainsi que la langoustines au salsifis. Le service est professionnel et le chef accompagne et présente tout ses plats. Tout cela pour un prix très compétitif. A faire sans hésitation.

Service impeccable, menu à tomber et haut en couleurs avec des saveurs et des textures qui mettent vraiment les papilles en éveil. Bref un régal sans être excessif niveau prix. L’étoile est bien méritée alors à quand la seconde?

Lorsqu'un restaurant est classé n°2 sur tripadvisor depuis belle lurette, on s'attend à un moment d'exception. A l'Aparté, pas de mauvaise surprise. 4ème visite, repas entre amis, menu 5 plats à 95 Frs (auxquels il faut ajouter amuses bouche, pré dessert et mignardises).Ce soir là, le chef Armel Bedouet était absent, son second a admirablement tenu les rênes de la cuisine et est venu présenter les plats en salle, aidé par ses deux collègues, tous professionnels et à l'écoute. Durant toute la soirée les assiettes s'enchaînent à cadence régulière, 9 au total, c'est coloré, parfois épuré, les quantités sont maîtrisées. L'ingrédient principal est mis en avant avec deux ou trois ajouts pour le mettre en valeur. Les goûts sont présents, identifiables, les assemblages et les cuissons sont maîtrisés.Une carte des vins variée, le sommelier guide et conseille des flacons en fonction du menu surprise.Il va sans dire que le rapport qualité prix de cet établissement classé 1* au Michelin et 17/20 au GM est unique à Genève.Bref, une adresse d'exception où il est conseillé de réserver longtemps à l'avance, la salle étant étroite (15 personnes max).

La cuisine est somptueuse, tout comme le service et la sommellerie. Probablement une des meilleures expériences culinaires à Genève. Le chef, très bon communicant, accompagné de son équipe, vous propose une expérience hors du temps, et des plats d'un équilibre sublime. Toute l'équipe est très à l'écoute de ses clients.Une belle carte des vins, avec des références genevoises, suisses, françaises et internationales, à prix accessible.Mention spéciale pour la langoustine au lard du Valais!A recommander sans aucune hésitation! Parfois on oublie que la cuisine peut être de l'art! Dans ce restaurant le chef est là pour nous le rappeler. On perçoit la recherche des saveurs, des couleurs et on découvre la beauté, du paradis en bouche et des musiques nouvelles! Bravo et merci! Le top c'est que même après le menu gastro à 9 assiettes on ne repart pas alourdi, tout est dosé subtilement! Génial je me réjouis déjà de revenir

Première venue dans ce restaurant qui fait partie de l'hôtel Royal situé à la Rue de Lausanne. Il vient d'obtenir en 2020 une étoile Michelin et est coté 17/20 GaultMillau. Le cadre du restaurant est beau, agréable et bien agencé. C'est un endroit intimiste car il n'y a que 15 places au maximum.Lors de notre venue, le Chef Armel Bedouet n'était malheureusement pas présent mais c'est son second qui a oeuvré et qui a assuré la présentation des plats et le service. Tout s'est très bien passé et le service fut de haute qualité avec des serveurs professionnels, souriants et agréables sans être obséquieux.Le menu est unique pour l'ensemble des convives du restaurant et basé sur un ensemble de 5 plats comprenant 2 entrées, un poisson, une viande et un dessert (CHF 95.-). S'ajoutent à celà des amuse-bouche, un pré-dessert et des mignardises. Les plats sont exceptionnels, raffinés, joliment servis avec de bons goûts (réductions, yuzu, herbes...). Tout fut parfait tant au niveau de la présentation, de la cuisson et de la fraicheur des produits.Un restaurant qui vaut son étoile Michelin. La qualité de sa gastronomie est à la hauteur de son rang (no 2 sur Tripadvisor). Il est synonyme d'EXCELLENCE.

J'ai invité une amie et ni elle ni moi ne connaissions l'Aparté et nous avons été toutes les 2 conquises. Il n'y avait pas de carte, le chef cuisine selon les saisons nous a-t-on dit.On nous a demandé quels aliments on ne mange pas et le chef a adapté ses plats. Le chef présente tous les plats lui-même, c'est très appréciable.Des mises en bouche jusqu'au pré-dessert puis le dessert, tout était excellent.Une cuisine raffinée, une présentation super soignée, une belle vaisselle..c'est beau et c'est très bon.

Nous nous sommes rendus à l'Aparté pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage et la soirée fût inoubliable. Mon épouse, qui connaissait déjà le restaurant, m'avait fait des éloges et nous n'avons pas été déçu.La cuisine du Chef Armel Bedouet et de son équipe est tout simplement exquise, tant du point de vue visuel que gustatif. Les plats sont magnifiques, les cuissons et assaisonnements maitrisés et les associations de saveurs fabuleuses.Quant au service, celui-ci est à la hauteur de la cuisine. L'accueil est chaleureux et souriant, le service se déroule tout en décontraction mais sans perdre de vue les standards d'un restaurant de ce niveau.Enfin mention spéciale au sommelier, Geoffrey, pour la sélection de ses vins qui était en parfaite adéquation avec les plats.En résumé: un restaurant qui mérite amplement son étoile et cette soirée est la première d'une longue série!!!

Nous avons dines à l’Aparte hier soir, et avons été ravis. Les plats sont à tombés, tous aussi bon les uns que les autres. Le service est également exceptionnel avec une présentation des plats par le chef en personne. Le sommelier nous a également fait découvrir de très bons vins de La région. En somme une très belle expérience que nous recommandons vivement à chacun.

Après une absence forcée... nous avons été très heureux de retrouver le chemin de l'Aparté, la cuisine d'Armel Bedouet et la chaleur de toute l'équipe. Ce fut un moment délicieux et nous nous sommes fait vraiment plaisir avec la découverte de nouveaux plats.

Profi:Moderne Struktur: ein kleiner Raum mit vier, fünf Tischen, ein zweiter größerer Raum mit fünf Tischen. An ein Hotel angeschlossen gibt es auch ein Bistro. Renoviert. Personal freundlich, drei Kellner, manchmal fehlte die Koordination (der Chef de Service überzeugte nicht ganz; Christian war Sympa und hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht). Chef Armel Bedouet sitzt sehr oft mit den Gästen an den Tischen, präsentiert jedes Gericht, beantwortet Fragen usw. - er "besitzt" das Zimmer, wenn er hereinkommt, ein echter Profi. Er bemerkt, wenn Kellner Details verpassen und teilt ihnen dies sofort mit (mit Diskretion, aber klar ...). Entspannte, informelle, eher junge und urbane Gäste, ein Gast trug Shorts, was hier kein Problem ist. Essen: Michelin-Stern verdient, Top-Zutaten, komplexe Zubereitung. Guter Wert für die hervorragenden Produkte und Zubereitung.Con: Menü viel kürzer als auf der Website veröffentlicht. Immer noch gute Wahl.Ich würde zurückkehren.

Ce restaurant est actuellement mon préféré de toute la région lémanique. Le talent du chef s’exprime dans ses plats d’une très grande créativité. Une présentation tellement délicate, que chaque assiette est un tableau. Nous avons la chance d’aller manger presque chaque semaine et à chaque fois la même délectation de découvrir des plats raffinés et subtiles sans cesse réinventés. Le choix des matières premières est exceptionnel et la façon dont elles sont mises en valeur relève du grand art. Le service quant à lui est à la fois très professionnel tout en étant chaleureux et particulièrement attentionné. Les conseils œnologiques sont toujours très judicieux, quel plaisir de découvrir des petites pépites locales!Une équipe en salle et en cuisine au top, enfin récompensée par l’obtention d’une première étoile bien méritée ! Nous sommes toujours chouchoutés à l’Aparté et le nombre restreint de convives est un plus car il permet d’apprécier ces moments magiques en toute tranquillité.

Exceptional!!! A very good time during a lunch at the Aparté Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect...

J’ai eu l’occasion de partager un merveilleux repas au sein du restaurant « l’Aparté » de l’hôtel Royal à Genève.Derrière un cadre contemporain et un service en salle magistral, nous y retrouvons le chef Armel Bedouet qui allie avec perfection et subtilité, saveurs, gouts et textures. En présence de Monsieur Gilles Pudlowski et Monsieur Albert Nahmias, J’ai pu déguster dans un premier temps la magnifique crevette Obsiblue accompagné de son caviar Giovari osciètre, langoustine en vapeur douce. Dans un second temps mon choix c’est porté sur le turbot de Bretagne, artichauts, betteraves et poulette de coquillage.Un délice !!Je tiens vraiment à féliciter le chef car il a réussi à mettre la gastronomie au service de l’environnement.Il mérite deux macarons au guide Michelin !

Wir haben L’Aparte für ein Geburtstagsessen ausgewählt und waren begeistert von dem wunderschön präsentierten Degustationsmenü (Carte Blanche), das erstaunliche Texturen, Aromen und Aromen in einen Strom wunderschöner Gerichte bringt! Es ist so schön, so fantastisches Essen, einladenden Service und eine entspannte Atmosphäre zu finden - Bravo!Wir waren auch beeindruckt von der Sorgfalt, nussfreie Versionen aller Gerichte ohne viel Aufhebens und mit viel Charme anzubieten - danke! Dies kann in anderen Restaurants häufig zu großem Stress führen.Wir werden zurück sein!

Um restaurante super exclusivo , poucas mesas, recomendo fortemente reserva com antecedência. Sequência de pratos para se “comer de joelhos” . Fica no Hotel Royal, região central. Um espetáculo.

Was soll ich sagen? Nie enttäuscht und ich liebe diesen Ort. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, verschiedene Küchen und Restaurants zu probieren, von allgemein bis Gourmet. L'Aparte hat auf jeden Fall einen besonderen Platz in meinem Herzen. Zuerst komme ich zum Essen. Chef Armel ist talentiert und ich kann nur genießen, was er für uns vorbereitet, entschuldigen Sie die Formulierung, weil er sich tatsächlich um uns kümmert. Er teilt seine präzise und kreative Küche und vor allem seine Leidenschaft für großartige Zutaten. Zweitens für den Wein. Ich muss zugeben, dass Geoffroy nicht sehr fair ist, weil er ein Juwel ist und er lässt mich seine Vorschläge mögen, bevor ich die Gelegenheit habe, den Wein zu probieren. . . Natürlich genieße ich seine Weine und sein Service ist großartig. Das gesamte Team ist einwandfrei. Drittens das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ein wichtiger Faktor ist. Ich denke schon über den nächsten Besuch nach und bin hungrig nach mehr.

Venue pour mon anniversaire avec ma meilleure amie, nous avons pris le menu de dégustation et n'avons pas été déçues. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable car la cuisine est excise, extrêmement bien maitrisée et en bonus, le chef vient vous présenter ses plats. Je vous recommande le menu en 5 plats (qui s'avère être accompagné de nombreux hors d'oeuvre en plus). Le service est très prévenant et sympathique. Nous avons en sus pris un cocktail (38 Mule) à la chartreuse qui était délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! Le petit plus: le chef est breton, et donc au menu des produits de la mer de luxe comme l'araignée par exemple. Bref, foncez! (attention seulement quelques tables).

Dès l'entrée, on avait déjà un petit air de Noël qui nous accueillait en ce 11 décembre 2019. Accueil toujours sympa de l'équipe.L'Aparté est un endroit que l'on souhaiterait presque garder secret!Tout est top : accueil, service, carte des vins... avec Gaétan et Geoffrey qui se passionnent pour le vin!Puis choses sérieuses et dégustations commencent avec les plats originaux d'Armel Bedouet qui vient nous les présenter en salle... et bon appétit!

Lorsque mon patron m'a demandé d'organiser une soirée d'entreprise dans un excellent restaurant je n'ai pas hésité, j'ai sélectionné L'Aparté, situé dans l'hôtel Royal Manotel (17/20 au Gault-Millau).Le nombre de tables est restreint (environ 16 places), une toute petite salle au décor épuré, un joli mur en bouteilles. On s'y sent bien. Un accueil agréable.Niveau menu on part sur un voyage gastronomique en 5 tableaux gourmands pour un prix de 85 CHF défiant toute concurrence. Sans compter amuse bouche et mignardises.En résumé, le résultat est exceptionnel: des plats inventifs, des quantités calculées, des mélanges de textures surprenantes, des assemblages réussis, les cuissons maîtrisées. Toutes les assiettes racontent une histoire et les papilles sont aux anges.Mention au chef pâtissier qui nous a concocté une oeuvre de toute beauté.Détail insolite, avec l'aide de son équipe en salle, c'est le chef en personne qui présente et décortique ses assiettes aux clients. Une attitude peu répandue dans la profession et très appréciée par l'ensemble de la table.Afin que le repas soit parfait, la carte des vins est éclectique, avec une prédominance pour les nectars de France, à des tarifs corrects.Un service attentif, agréable, un peu taquin par moment, mais toujours professionnel.Bref, une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, c'est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs rapports q/p de Genève. Fermé le weekend.
