I do not recommend this establishment as I am a restaurateur myself, the products are misleading, in addition serving a slice of unsavory pork, this does not correspond to a semi-gastronomic restaurant…. Serving ravioli with caviar which confirms to us that it comes from Switzerland has never been seen before?!!!!! From fresh basil from the market to Swiss basil in March….. no, seriously, all these products that I site and a big joke on the part of the chef… I advise the chef to give a first warning about the announcement of these products! !!! Otherwise I will do what is necessary. May this never happen again!!!! In addition, for your information, a restaurant that says semi-gastronomic, you don't even have a napkin on the table, something you've never seen before.

Oh! What to say? From surprises to surprises. A more than perfect service. Advice from an annoying chef's wife: don't look at the menu in advance for a guaranteed taste bomb! I even liked the Swiss cumin. Congratulations to the whole team. A more than beautiful discovery. Test and you will see!

No complaints We can hardly do better. That was delicious. The products are local, homemade ricotta, bisque, Swiss caviar. A restaurant that highlights good Swiss products with finesse. Perhaps a little remark on the salt 🧂 in a quantity that was a little too generous but otherwise everything was great! The service also perfect

Overpriced for the experience. We were very disappointed, the food and service were absolutely not in line with the price. The price of a starred restaurant and not at all the same experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

This was the second time I came for dinner, and certainly not the last! The cuisine offers excellent diversity, with varied inspirations and the use of high quality local products. The ambiance and decoration create a warm and soothing atmosphere. In addition, the team is friendly and attentive.

Delicious from start to finish, superb welcome, effort for everything! The concept is nice and different, the products are worked in an original way but the price is high for basically having had a lot of plants and little meat or fish even if at the end of the meal the stomach was satisfied. The music was too loud, so people were talking louder and louder, so the atmosphere was noisy. Very bad sitting on these recycled chairs. The staff is very friendly and the waitress took care of us very well.

There were four of us there and we were very impressed on all levels. A great sustainable concept, super nice ambience, excellent service and the whole team is never intrusive, always super friendly. I think the first star won't be long in coming. The standard of food with the local sustainable approach is outstanding and refined. There is no à la carte, only a surprise menu, where intolerances are of course taken into account, and the menu is also available vegetarian. Absolutely fine for us because we generally like to be surprised by the kitchen. There is also a very interesting wine list. The wine accompaniment is very high quality and tailored to the respective course. An alcohol-free accompaniment is also available. So we were and are very excited and will be back!

A very warm place, where you can enjoy quality cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. I had a great evening and I can only recommend it.

Very nice address. It's not (yet) a 1-star Michelin restaurant but it's not far (but the price is!) Concept it's very nice, very environment friendly and staff is super friendly. The food is really good (6-8 dish), the view on the cathedral adds a little something and the wine reserve is small but with quality wine.

A moment with friends largely rewarded and facilitated by this place that is at once warm, chic and relaxed. It doesn't feel like a gourmet restaurant, and yet the plate bears witness to it. A refined cuisine, signatures of the local terroir from the stroke of the fork to the sip of Lavaux wine... all in a welcoming atmosphere and a attentive team, who knows their job. The cooks sometimes come to present their dish themselves, and it makes you hungry every time a plate arrives. The proportions are generous but you don't end up with a round belly, it's carefully measured. The menu of aperitifs, wines and digestives is beautiful, local but not only, and highlighted. The decoration is top notch, the open kitchen and the established bar are very well placed and we just want to come back, because the menu changes regularly depending on arrivals. Congratulations, keep it up, you’re doing a great job and it shows… 👏🏼

We must have really not come on the right evening when I see the other comments, it's beautiful it starts from a good intention with the decorations, the local products, and the concept of friends, but for the taste and the flavors we really is very, very far from a real good gastro or even a good restaurant unfortunately...

The concept is in the name. L'Appart is an original restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Like many apartments, the kitchen is open plan, allowing you to peek into the preparation of meals. The staff takes the time to present and explain each dish on the menu, made with Swiss and organic products, minimizing waste as much as possible. My friends and I had a great time eating absolutely delicious dishes. I highly recommend 👌🏻😊

Lots of good points: very friendly staff, original and good food, quantity in line with the gastro approach, menu a little expensive but in line with the gastro approach and offset by the reasonable price of the wine (according to Swiss standards), very nice and original place... I wouldn't go every day but I highly recommend going there at least once!!

New site, unique and very surprising as a place for gastronomy in the City of Lausanne. Very welcoming, modern, original and comfortable decor with a view towards the cathedral. Jovial service, very friendly, but professional and attentive. As for the table, a beautiful brigade very well led by a Chef who will certainly be recognized sooner or later for his view of pragmatic, creative and high-quality gastronomy, offering only Swiss products according to daily arrivals. Unique tasting menu with an interesting list of wines, including some biodynamic wines and above all many good producers from Swiss terroirs. Without a doubt a place that deserves further visits.

Great idea that the unique menu, depending on the market. Very pleasant welcome by a young, motivated and attentive team. Three atmospheres, depending on the “rooms” (open to each other). Magnificent view of the cathedral. Recently opened (end of March 2023), a few small details remain to be refined but it will, without a doubt, be an unmissable address in Lausanne!
