We asked to lower the music, the bartender refused and ask us to move to the restaurant, the music was so load, like in a club. Beside we were the only clients in the bar. Ironic 😏😏😏

Chemin des Faverges 17Nous sommes allés manger entre collègues à midi. Tous le monde a été servis plus au moins en même temps sauf moi. J'ai du attendre environ 15 minutes de plus ... J'avais commandé 1 steak à point et il était saigant-bleu.. Concernant l'addition, cela m'a fait CHF 22.70 j'ai donné CHF 23.00 et je voulais pas forcément donner 1 pourboire. Bref, déçu...

Pl. Saint-François 2, 1003 Lausanne, SwitzerlandI went to this Starbucks on Tuesday 03/26/2024 at 7:00 p.m. The person who served us was very unprofessional. First of all we waited 5 minutes before she served us even though there was no one there. Madame was looking at her Instagram notifications.. When she finally decided to raise her head to serve us, not even a good evening, not a word from the whole service, even when giving the drink she just placed it on the counter without say a word, before returning to the phone. Frankly, if she doesn't like her job, she should do something else.
