Despite promptly ordering, our request to expedite the kid's menu was ignored. My initial choice, souris d'agneau, was unavailable, forcing me to select an alternative. It took over an hour for our meals to be served with the unsatisfactory explanation that "Everybody arrived at the same time," overlooking the basic expectation of a restaurant to manage concurrent arrivals, especially given their high prices (CHF 52 for lamb, which is hardly extravagant). Despite the disappointing service and lengthy wait for merely average-quality food, it's worth noting we were offered a complimentary Portuguese digestif. Overall, the experience was marred by poor service, lengthy waits, and a bill that didn't reflect the dining experience's quality.
