Excellent service and delicious food

We came to eat our evening meal as a family, we didn't know this restaurant at all and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the cuisine. Despite the crowd, we were served fairly quickly and the staff were lovely. The dishes were really delicious and the prices remained very affordable. We even came back the following week. I advise you to try it, you won't be overwhelmed and your taste buds will be won over, you will have a friendly and relaxed time.

We spent -140 here for lunch with friends. We were the only people at the restaurant from 12.30 to 13.45 PM. The food here was simply not our taste. None of us could finish our dishes. Will not come back here again.

Unfortunately, a bad discovery, both in terms of service and flavors. Tested for a dinner on a Saturday evening with a table of 10. An incomprehensible ordering system via a QR code where you have to write your name, but the server cannot find them. So what's more normal than blaming the customer when you make a mistake on the order and "I told you to write your first name"? Or to blame your colleague "who started yesterday" when a bad dish is brought. Perhaps a good alternative would be to have a functioning control system? Once the dishes were finally collected, disappointment in their quality. Very bland coconut soup, mini-buns as a starter that have nothing to do with the photo, and an almost liquid bo-bun. Having tested quite a few Vietnamese restaurants, it falls not far from the lowest in the ranking. Too bad, the vegetarian options looked really nice on paper! Also note the effort on the decor and the nice terrace which overlooks a busy street.

A disaster. The waiter is a teenager who did not know how to inform us. I was assured that my dish did not contain shrimp but it did. I had to leave the restaurant urgently for medical attention. The boss still wanted to make my friend pay in full and didn't seem to care at all about the mistake made or my state of health. When my friend invited her out of the kitchen to hold her accountable, she claimed that the teenage waiter should pay because it was his fault and he "kept lying." , which my friend refused. Seeing the other comments, the numerous order errors, the additions that required the presence of the police and the restaurant's responses... I am less surprised.

As a real (Vietnamese) I took the Pho bo, but it had almost no taste, important herbs were missing, but a lot of onions! The other dish was grilled pork meat, also just bland and not very Vietnamese!

It is a fine restaurant; the food is good but not delicious. Though you have real vegetarian dishes which is delightful. Also the place is very well decorated Service was just ok, quickly served but never got asked for anything else like desert or drink or coffee. Could be improved and I will try again

Our dishes were all similar with a propensity for pineapple and zucchini and without much taste. Disappointed. The service was a little messy but friendly. Response to the owner: We did not have fried noodles... I think you are confusing with other customers. We finished our plates (partially) because we were hungry and paid enough money not to come out hungry. The dishes all contained pineapple (4x starters and 3x mains) and were unfortunately not to our taste. From there, the principle of Google Maps is to give your opinion, which I do here. We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for some good but not too expensive food. The place does not have a fake, excessively fancy vibe: it's simple, but decorated with love, and makes you feel at ease. Service was a little bit slow and chaotic at first, but everyone was nice and all worked out well in the end. The quality/price ratio was good for Swiss standards (we paid around 45 francs per person, but had a lot of food and portions were very generous). The food is really good and the ingredients seemed all fresh. We hope we can come back next time we're in Geneva, and we wish the owners (I think it's a family run business) all the best.

But the service really needs to be reviewed, the waiters don't even clear the table, they forget our dishes, the desserts arrive while you still have the starters and main dishes on the table. To absolutely avoid We were greeted by a trainee waiter who obviously didn't know what he was doing there. The size of the spring rolls was monstrous; the mint had replaced the shrimp. The dish arrived with a hair on the overcooked vermicelli, the waiter told us that fortunately it was not his. In short, an adventure like no other.

I came back from a tour around 6 pm and starving. I tried to search for a casual restaurant and found another restaurant. Unfortunately the previous restaurant haven’t open their kitchen until 8 pm, plus they don’t speak English. Luckily, I passed by this Vietnamese restaurant and saw their cute decorations, and my starving level was quite high 😂 So I decide to give it a try. It seems like the restaurant is managed by a couple with lovely children. They greet me warmly and very polite. The husband recommended a dish for me as I couldn’t decide what to have. The wife was the chef and serving too. Unexpectedly, it was so yummy. The beef soup is so aromatic with tamarind and sweetness. It’s called “Bo Bun”. I can see they did everything by themselves from serving, cooking, cleaning, and decorating the restaurant. It gave a feeling like you go to your friends’ house and they cook for you. Recommended 👍🏻

As a Vietnamese person, I really couldn’t finish the big portion they served. The location is in the centre which is very easy to find, and the price is expensive as usual. I would say, most of the asian restaurants in non-asian countries are expensive which is fair. The food was good in general, but it’s unfair to compare that the food of this restaurant isn’t yum as other restaurants because they have different styles of cooking.

Ordered 4 portions via Uber Eat, received only 2 after 2h of waiting. The receipt was attached on the delivery bag marked clearly 4 portions, and only 2 were put inside the bag. Shipper took a photo, promised to come back with missing order, receptionist at the restaurant did the same: promised to come back to deliver the missing 2 dishes, but they never arrived. Bad service or pure scam?

Very delicious food and nice ambiance. Our group enjoyed fresh spring rolls (rouleaux d'ete), bun cha, and different types of noodles soup not easily found elsewhere in Geneva. I was very happy with the fresh spring rolls as well as the crab noodle soup (bun rieu). The service staff was attentive and excellent. The nice owner lady also checked up on our meal. I also like the decor of the restaurant and outdoor seating. Overall, I was satisfied with the food, staff, and ambiance. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is great. -It's not cheap but still in popular price range. -Ingredients are of high quality, freshly prepared - a rarity for asian restaurants of this price range. -The taste is daring and creative -The volume is enough for big eater -Staff is really nice and please pay attention to this point: if you have any specification (northern, southern style, wraping...) or other special request in your order, please let them know UPFRONT and they will do it. This is really their strongest point. -Nice location, it's 5 mins walking from lakeside, a real oasis in the rather bustling area of Paquis. The place is clean and you also have covered terrace to enjoy the outside without being "on the road". I really enjoyed my Bún Cá-fish noodle soup, where could you have a whole dorade in your bún cá in Geneva?! The "noodle soups" bún, phở are my recommendations of what to get in this restaurant. So if you are looking for something nice and unusual, not an average asian fastfood, this is your place.

My food was good and tasty. My girlfriend’s food contained weird fishbone-like fibres that made the food almost inedible. Also, my girlfriend showed typical signs of food poisoning the night after. However, we cannot be sure that the food was the reason…

If I could allocate zero stars, I would. It’s not really Vietnamese…it’s as if your friend went to Vietnam once on holiday, comes back with dreadlocks and flip-flops and tells you “come over I’m cooking Vietnamese” and then serves you some pseudo failed Vietnamese dishes and you have to pretend it’s good. We actually cancelled everything after the first couple of dishes. Also the decor is so tacky and tables and chairs uncomfortable. I do not recommend.
