Good location and good pastries, but the service is terrible. The waiter doesn't bother to say hello or thank you, he just asks if we want to pay in cash or by card.

Very inconvenient times for students, especially the return of deposits, and the prices are quite high.

Food is okay. Staff is very rude to especially student customers.

Far too expensive! Remember that we are in a university, selling a drink 4 times more expensive for students than in stores is an aberration. The products are very industrial, nothing is done on site. The young people who work there are nice but the adults are cold.

Unpleasant service, not possible to recover your deposit in cash despite payment in cash for the said deposit

Its a scam, they try to keep the deposit, they didn’t want to pay back the 22 CHF they owed as they were trying to confuse us. They finally gave us our money after trying to keep it. I DONT RECOMMEND, STUDENTS AT THE COUNTER ARE DOING FRAUD WATCH OUT THE DEPOSITS. Next time this happens I will go to the police station with the proofs.

They closed 2.5 hours early and would not open the cash register to pay back the 5CHF deposit. They were even standing in front of register and could not be bothered to turn it back because they wanted to leave early. Awesome customer service.

Shockingly expensive prices for students. In addition, certain "Wraps" sold for 50% at the end of the day are outdated. Guaranteed stomach aches!

Very good, the juices are great, the meals are healthy and give you energy, it's a change from student cafes with old, poor quality sandwiches. Good initiative to put meals in returnable glass jars.... BUT why juices in plastic glasses + straw? It's completely contradictory, and it's not difficult to put in glasses.

The food from what I tasted is pretty good and made with quality local ingredients. The service is always friendly and smiling. The thing that's a shame: the price. Of course, good products have a cost, but the majority of potential buyers are students, who are certainly not ready to spend 10.- for a snack. A daily special or something else at a more affordable price might be a good alternative.

Good quality products, good coffee, great staff but their wraps, salad and such are very poor in terms of quantity : when you buy a beef wrap you don't want to be looking for tiny pieces of beef which is sadly enough the case here

Good products but waycToo expensive for students budgets. Thats a shame as it is in a student building

Very good, especially the salads, although it would be nice to vary the compositions. As the prices are a little high, setting up a loyalty card would be a good initiative!

An outrageous price for ridiculous quantities. I strongly doubt that an "organic, gluten-free, vegan" restaurant is what the majority of students are looking for, and that they can afford the 10.- semi-sandwiches. I hate to say this but... it was better before! (plus the paninis were really good in the old cafe)

Too expensive for the target audience. Plus it's too specific (organic, natural). The potential of commercial space is wasted.

The initiative is good (fresh and local products) but we could do something much better. It's a shame for these good products and too expensive for students

Too expensive and the food is tasteless! The owner should remember that most of the customers are students! The prices should be chosen accordingly!
