An exceptional experience in an exceptional setting. I heard about the establishment just a few weeks ago and I absolutely wanted to discover it. There were two of us discovering the place for the first time and we were won over by the entire experience. All the dishes were very original and really appealed to us, the service was very good and the restaurant is very friendly. The only small negative note and the fact that we were not able to see the Chef at the end of the meal is something that I particularly appreciate, especially when I go to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Apart from that we took the large menu, the value for money is very good and everything was very good.

Restaurant with a terrace with a breathtaking view but the show is also on the plate! The lunch menu, announced by Michele the maître d'hôtel, and therefore ephemeral, is particularly accomplished. It's hard to believe that it changes every day because the dishes are so spectacular and tasty. That day, special mention to the duck foie gras, divinely combined with nori seaweed and a dashi broth, and also to the Mediterranean garden which accompanied the guinea fowl (divine cooking) and which would make a wonderful vegetarian dish. At this rate, the second star should not take long.

Visited for Christmas Eve. It was a set menu for 210 francs. 5 or 6 course taster menu, wine not included. Service was good and food was as should be in a Michelin restaurant. Nice place to come for a special occasion….

What a nice evening with a great sunset, personalized service and good food. You feel like you are at the top of the world. its quite a drive from the village but its worth it. We also got a tour of the hotel after the dinner and the rooms are amazing, exactly the place where you want to spend Christmas. We will be back.

The best restaurant in the area offers a great view, is open all year round and employs, among other things, a gifted pastry chef who knows how to really pamper us sweet tooths! I came here for the a la carte patisserie, but my expectations were more than exceeded. The service was also very warm and attentive. I was also impressed by the very hospitable reception; many other five-star hotels can learn a lesson from that.

Visited for lunch. Amazing food: delicious cod appetizer, mouth melting deer, very nice dessert; great local wines; attentive and accommodating service; breathtaking views. Definitely will be back!

Best view ever on a restaurant. Even if the food had been bad I would have wanted to come back. Luckily the food was good too especially the desserts

We love this restaurant, it's the 4th time I've eaten there and it's the hotel of my heart, we spent 2 nights there two years ago, a wonder ! This time I was able to enjoy the magnificent terrace with a panoramic view of the mountain, the service very good, we took the famous menu 55 available only at midday during the week, very good, very fine fish as the main course at to fall !!! I am still a little disappointed with the delicious melon foie gras starter, nothing to say but the slices of liver were really mini-mini, it's a shame we're left wanting more, in the past they were much more generous, then the pre-dessert was a copy of the dessert that followed, too bad it adds nothing I think!!! That said I fully recommend and everything is very good and fine but I was more amazed the other times!!!
