A discovery for me. Located in Crans, this Italian restaurant is a truly transalpine place. Indeed, the atmosphere is lively and warm. The kitchen is okay, nothing more. Some Italian dishes are revisited and it is not always a success. The service is fast and sometimes a little too much. However, we had a good time there.

It is not Italian gastronomy in the first sense. It is far too complicated a cooking process which ultimately remains mediocre, ordinary and bland. - so disappointed - a gesture from management was made - good atmosphere and welcoming service -

Great restaurant in the center of Crans, Italian food, very well prepared dishes, Ketti is a sweetheart and contributes to this warm atmosphere and above all the best cappuccino in Crans.

We went at the suggestion of friends and I would still suggest others to go there too. Very nice and welcoming place, very characteristic. Very kind and courteous staff. Excellent food prepared by hand in the kitchens, international, Swiss and Italian cuisine. I especially recommend the salmon with burrata and pistachio cream, the hamburger with onions, pink sauce and provola fondue and also the small mixed platter for starters. Generous portions but not too much and delicious food. Located in the city centre, it is easily accessible but there is not much parking nearby: the staff will be able to show you a nearby and convenient car park.

Both the lounge side with the sofas for aperitifs and the restaurant side are welcoming. A very wide choice of cocktails and a very tempting catering menu. A very good address !

Well located restaurant... a family atmosphere, a warm place, the staff at the top and always with a natural smile... I advise you to book, success does not leave a table free... the manager, a good living with this Italian accent, she doesn't speak, it seems like she's singing... very well eaten, it was really delicious 😉 looking forward to it

Without hesitation, the new management of the Plaza has revolutionized this establishment which had been in decline for several years. The welcome is courteous and warm. The decoration and table setting are graceful and coherent. As an aperitif, let yourself be seduced by the cocktails made to perfection by Marco. The service does not suffer from any false notes and will delight you. As for the food, I've tried pretty much everything on their menu and, although difficult, there is no dish that I didn't enjoy. My favourites ? La pinsa (type of pizza with a mixture of flours incorporating rice flour), fried squid and the exceptional elefante orecchia. Choosing the plaza is the assurance of never being disappointed. Reservation recommended.

We met some friends here for Sunday lunch. Very friendly staff and good view of the centre of town. For starter we shared a Pinna (like a pizza but with rice flour) with mortadella ham and buratta cheese with pesto sauce which was excellent. For main we shared a tomahawk steak between 3 of us with fries. Food and service was of a high standard. For desert we had a mint oannacotta. On the house we had coffee and lemoncello. Overall very good food and service with a good atmosphere. They also had a large tv with sport showing. Price for 4 was 350F with for Crans is the going rate as we did choose the most expensive thing on the menu… well worth a visit if you like Italian food…

Very good address, efficient and professional service, excellent Milanese veal steak. I was downstairs, in the carnotzet. Calmer atmosphere than upstairs. Remember to book, especially on weekends.

We found this restaurant quite by chance in Crans-Montana without any preconceptions or basic opinions. It was honestly a wonderful surprise. We ate very good dishes with great taste! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very well decorated, you feel good there. I highly recommend !! Very nice address!

It's a very good restaurant, I'm there very often and I highly recommend it to everyone, plus just behind there is a room for dancing and singing.

Small restaurant but very fine food and good wines! Friendly and from 6.30 p.m. you get something small with your aperitif, and not just nuts...

Very good, but no!! Much too expensive for what it is, 50.- for 200 g of beef on a grill that needs to be heated twice and 5.- for an extra small bowl of fries, it's a steal! We may be in Switzerland, but that's not how we're going to retain tourists... Move on.

The atmosphere is cold, very ordinary. It’s sad, the restaurant has lost its rustic side and its charm. The atmosphere before was very relaxed, family. There was a soul. When I arrived, there was no music. Very unfortunate for crans montana.

I’m sure the food here is nice, however, one of the male staff members sporting a eloquent quiff was rather rude and impolite. On arrival I proceeded to ask the young chap where the bathroom was and he kindly informed, rather bluntly, this is not a public toilet. At this point my wife and I went elsewhere for lunch. Plenty of great places to dine here in Crans Montana, customer service doesn’t mean much to this chap.

Really friendly place. I recommend it's like home.
