Like at home!!! Breakfast in a warm and cozy setting, everything I love! Well done!!!

The food itself was delicious but nothing too extraordinary. When I ordered the eggs with ham I expected it to be incorporated in the eggs themselves, not just put next to them. The croissant was very good and the spreads they have on the table matched perfectly. Also the ginger lemonade is very delicious.

They open at 7:30 am but by 8:30 am their kitchen is not open for breakfast. I’m sure the founders of “Le Pain Quotidien” would be proud of what the brand has become in Switzerland! Get your act together and get staff that is slightly more polite

Despite an event in a separate room, the staff were very attentive and pleasant. What a pleasure this good humor. And the salmon avocado toast is definitely worth trying!

I recently visited Le Pain Quotidien in Geneva and I would like to highlight the excellent service I received. The team was extremely attentive and professional, especially one bald employee whose first name I unfortunately don't know. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs was simply impressive. I would also like to thank his friendly colleague who helped us during our visit. His kindness and smile added a warm touch to our experience. Management should be proud to have such a dedicated team that cares about the well-being of its customers. I am sure that with such talent, these employees will have a bright future within the company. I will not fail to return to Pain Quotidien during my next visit to Geneva, hoping to be welcomed again by this wonderful team. Thank you again for this wonderful experience and see you soon!

The service this May is absolutely INDECENT. 15 minutes to be served a coffee by the waitress who takes all her time and has the charisma of an oyster. Serving customers is not his greatest quality. She is slow and passive... I work and I don't have time to wait 15 minutes for a coffee that I already pay very expensive for. This is unacceptable. I will not return to this establishment which recruits unqualified people or experiment in the service. This is immense contempt for customers. Disappointment at 5fr but I don't set foot there anymore.

Very dirty. Waitress “cooking” prepared food with dirty hands - they are smoking, touching cash without using any désinfection after. Will never come back and will never recommend to others.

Nice place for a coffe and bite to eat. When it gets busy, I noticed, that waitress is struggling with both serving and cleaning tables as it seems there is only one person at time for a large amount of customers

A beautiful place for the perfect brunch. They have lots of formulas and the ambiance is just marvelous. They have lots of chocolate spreads made by them. I adored this place and the eggs are perfectly prepared

The place is so very clearly understaffed and the waitresses look absolutely overworked to the point that it actually makes you feel bad for them... Consequently, they forget about basic customer service and start yelling at each other across the restaurant room, sigh at your face, throw cutlery at you... Food is ok, although a little too industrial and standardized to match the authentic and rustic vibe the brand positioning is aiming for and is clearly overpriced for the product quality you get!

We went for brunch. The dishes are very expensive compared to the quality. For jams, only 3 jars already well prepared are lying around on the table. Tried 1x never again

Very small place , hot and dirty I am not going there again

Very good surprise in the heart of the city of Geneva not far from the crowds and busy people: a little haven of peace for a full breakfast. 4 slices of wholemeal bread with butter and jams, pain au chocolat, orange juice and coffee. Served by Monica, smiling and sweet. The price of 16.50 chf can actually make you tremble a little but it is common to this Switzerland and especially to this canton of Geneva...

Water help! Water is the price of Champagne! Even if we have the bubbles, it goes badly. For a quick lunch break between two meetings, the wait is long (around 20 minutes for a salad and a toast) and the discovery of the bill (salty like sea water) is a very unpleasant surprise. Too bad, what will remain is a very unpleasant impression of exaggerated prices even if the salad is well served. I don't think this is a good way to attract customers.

Tuesday September 22, server not friendly, waited 15 mm left...

I use to live next to Le Pain Quotidien, just felt so good to go down the road and have quality brunch/breakfast.. Miss this place!

Breakfast during the week, only one employee who cannot leave the counter and seems overwhelmed. Since I can't eat dairy products because of my son's allergies (whom I'm breastfeeding), I ask if there is an alternative to butter for my toast. Unfortunately they have nothing to offer me (no almond paste, peanut butter or margarine). Damage !

One word: Disorganized level 1000! We were served 1 hour after our arrival, even though the table next to us ordered at the same time as us. The service then began but in a completely disjointed manner, i.e. cold brunch coffee, non-existent orange juice. There were parts of our brunch missing that we had to request... As for tastes, an unripe avocado used for Madame's toast, jams that we are still waiting for, a soup without seasoning. A very, very bad customer experience this Sunday.

It was meh at best. They brought our food out intermittently which was terrible because things were getting cold while we waited for the rest of our food. They also got the food order wrong. Anyway we never complained. Some insight about Geneva; so most restaurants that we’ve eaten in, maybe 8/10, the people serving in the restaurants have been very miserable. Shame really. But I think this is typical of french speaking people. Seems to be the norm with them.

This bakery has managed to preserve a warm and conducive character for a good moment of relaxation. We feel good there, and the service is pleasant. Everything is good for your health! Organic breads and desserts. Even the coffee is organic 👍🏼😄

0 really unacceptable reception shameful for a business in Geneva I had never been received in this way yet I am a very friendly person it's really bogus very familiar expression like the person who supposedly must receive

Had a sunday coffee and cake at this coffee shop. The seating area was rather cramped and when looking in the menu is seems that the selection had reduced compared to the past. Despite the size there was only one waiter / counter cleck, who was competent and fast.

This restaurant is really a huge disappointment compared to that one on Boulevard Favon...the staff seem totally overwhelmed and badly organised, and the food is below average. Such a bad service and poor quality overall... over 20mn waiting for a burnt quiche, which was apparently a normal thing to get according to the waitress!!! Also, the lentils dahl was over-watery (it looked more than a cheap soup than a proper dahl). Finally, when asking to pay, the waiter at the counter was ready to charge us 4 dishes instead of 2: the problem is that they don't give the customers a proper bill before they pay, they just mention a total amount verbally then the customers need to mentally make sure the amount is right. We won't come back for sure to that place.

25 minutes waiting and no one came to ask about our order

The bread is good and the coffee too. Only one person serving for the entire restaurant, which was very full that morning. She remained quick, smiling and efficient.

The taste of the coffee is very average. The setting is very nice with a pleasant little terrace.

Unattentive staff, rarely smiling. Sitting down at a table on the terrace certainly means confronting a cake or other dish with a full ashtray. Bebel's plagiarism: "this is the wrong place". Or maybe it's because of the music, which gives this pseudo-intellectual something. We’re in Genèèève! Too bad because in general it's good but expensive.

Great quality food and atmosphere but tiny portions at exorbitant prices (around CHF16 for small breakfast)

To share a breakfast with gluten-free or other bread as well as soy milk. A wide variety of marmalades. The big table is my favorite. I like sitting around a table with lots of new people. There are also tables for two. The daily bread is a real sharing that is always helpful, early in the morning.

Small restaurant, kitchen is not open all day

Despite a very nice place and very good breads (that's what earned it our 2*) the brunch went very badly. Long waiting time to place the order, forgetting several elements of the brunch (and this was valid for all tables, we discussed with other customers) when paying, I said that we were missing some croissants, so they offered us to take some to go, but, after checking, they no longer had croissants (for a bakery, that's a shame) I was then offered to choose a vanilla cross and a vanilla bread. Not liking either of them, they offer me an orange juice because they can't give me a discount on the price of brunch. There were only 3 waitresses that day, clearly not enough, given their obvious stress.

Breakfast at LPQ Geneva with my kids. I thought there was a global standard for the chain. The Geneva branch is obviously not previewed. Service is slow as it is understaffed. The pastries are dry as they are not fresh. The avocado toast is straight out of a vintage museum. The waffle with berries is taken off the shelf and some random berries added on top overflowing the plate. Cappuccino served with powdered Chocolat on top ... they stopped doing this in the 90s... And to top it all a broken record of classical music that keeps skipping. This place is a disaster and needs some serious attention. LPQ Management please take note.
