Coffee is good with vegan milk options. The cake au citron is amazing. Prices are good too for coffee and dessert.

Prices have increased significantly, which limits access to a certain population. But good inflation obliges. Friendly staff, the food was good but there was a Fly in the sandwich (they gave a new one and everytjing was goof) and the fresh fruit wasn't fresh anymore. Expensive :). The chocolat cake was very good.

The greubon pruning is not successful. The pear tart has funny groats inside. The staff is very nice.

I ordered two coffees with two croissants and two glasses of water. Instead we had coffee and a reverso. To err is human and it can happen to anyone, no problem. What is unacceptable is that we waited more than 20 minutes to get the right order. In addition, the young waitress was excessively casual when we pointed out to her that it was too long. So not only is she wrong about the order but she is also mistreating us? And the worst part is that she wanted to make us pay a second time. As for the two glasses of water, they never arrived. We received no apology for the order error nor for the length of the service. I do not greet you.

The welcome varies greatly depending on the staff on duty, sometimes very good, other times much more expeditious. We regularly go to the Champel bakery on Sunday afternoons, the choice of products is sufficiently varied, the prices are average. The bathrooms located in the basement would greatly benefit from renovation; from another age, this place is dark and a little sinister.

I regret to inform that following my visit I ordered a slice of mille-feuilles and I noticed a lack of freshness in this product. I asked the waiter to replace it and I was refused... He clearly refused to bring me another one under the pretext that for him it was fresh... The photos say it all... (visible by clicking on the photos posted)! In addition, I noticed that flies had invaded the pastry, in short, it's a hygiene problem! I will never come back there again and I invite my friends to do the same... A little diplomacy would do them good...

Menu options and pretty terrace

September 3, 2019 10:20 a.m. Disastrous service on the terrace by a young woman.... visibly annoyed because I sat at a table that had not yet been cleared... she barely said hello to me and of course forgetting to say Sir, it seems to me That’s the least polite thing! When I asked her for a coffee she simply replied...mmmmh...not even yes...what is this politeness? Give them lessons... I left without drinking my coffee and what I had ordered to eat!

Nothing special... does the job if you need to eat quickly... ambience inside is horrendous and the place is ugly... it's like you're in a hospital cafeteria. Better sit outside if the weather allows it...otherwise just leave! Normally it's full of weird people and retirees so do sit outside!

A bakery is convenient in the neighborhood. Above all, there aren't many shops. Sometimes it's hard to find bread rolls. But the quality is okay. During lunch you can eat good salads or sandwiches. There are also pressed juices on their menu which are especially good. The terrace open 7/7.

Every Sunday morning I am there! Opens super early so great! The team is super nice. Always listening. I don't know if all Poulys are like this. But we feel a little at home. It's a little expensive which costs it 5th star but does the job, even very well!
