The food is always good and we eat well

I booked February 13th for February 14th. People ask me if I prefer the 1st floor or the ground floor. I ask for the difference. They explain to me that the upstairs is reserved for the Valentine's Day menu and that on the ground floor you have the choice between the à la carte and the menu. I therefore choose the 1st floor, expecting a calm atmosphere with only, or at least almost only, couples. We arrive and there we see a table of 20 to 25 people who were having their annual meal. Teachers from Yverdon if we are to believe their speech. Frankly, out of honesty, at the time of booking, they could have told us. It was very noisy. Impossible to hear each other without shouting. For a Valentine's evening.... The meal was good but a little light in quantity. It’s also a shame not to have offered a welcome drink, like a kir or something else. At 99 francs per person for the menu, it's all a shame.

The salmon almost jumped on my plate. Admittedly, one side was well baked, probably 1mm. It's not worth half the money given for the meal.

The food was always very good, an attractive daily menu and delicious desserts. The service depends on the occupancy, when it's full, it's not always nice, but it's quick.

Le Pavois is always a bit of a lottery in terms of service: you can get mediocre sometimes (when there are a lot of people) as well as very professional ones. The setting, especially on the outdoor terrace, is grandiose. The food is almost always very good, even if relatively expensive. By far the best setting and restaurant on the Morgien quays.

We had dinner at Le Pavois 1er three evenings. The food was very good and also beautifully presented and seasonally adapted. For example, there were numerous game dishes. The perch fillets from Lake Geneva were also very tasty. The service is rather slow depending on the person.

Service was bettween a waitress with a finger in the nose and waiter complaining about our understanding of my order. Never to return.

Food was pretty good though it’s really costly. The 3 course set meal is at 69 CHF, which makes sense given most of the main courses were at least 40 chf . Service was friendly too. Just hated the incessant smoking at the terrace .

Dogs allowed inside, slow service, however good food with wide range- Indian to perch. Decent wine menue of local wines. Would be a 4 star if it wasn’t for dogs and slow service.

In a corner, a cozy calm, upstairs, with a view of the lake, for lunch with the family, it's simply perfect. Excellent cuisine, and the service that goes with it. Well done.

Idyllic place, impeccable and warm service without being ostentatious. All the dishes were delicious and served in crockery adapted to each dish. The wine list is grandiose, favoring regional and Swiss wines. Excellent meal. I'll go back as soon as possible.

A sumptuous terrace, but a morbid atmosphere. The card is really plain and uninteresting. 2* for the restaurant 5* for the terrace

Establishment very well located on the quays of Morges with a splendid panorama which possibly allows you to discover Mont-Blanc emerging from Lake Geneva being perfectly in line!

A beautiful place with a beautiful view of the lake. It’s a shame that the service is singularly lacking in flexibility (no change possible) and that the wine list is too limited to local wines, far from being the best.

The food was good at the time but now it is average... especially on the terrace. The location is superb, nothing to complain about... what bothers me the most is the attitude of one of the maîtres d'hôtel towards a younger waiter. We have been eating in this restaurant 3 times in a row and the eldest speaks badly to the youngest, barely 1m from the customers. I find this unacceptable.

Careful service and exquisite cuisine by the lake. During sunny days, remember to book on the terrace, under the foliage.
