The service was very slow but the poor waitress who had started two days earlier and who spoke French with difficulty was not helped at all by her boss who gave her orders sitting from his table in the corner of the room. The food was good but nothing more… We found ourselves in an aquarium of smoke from the start of the meal… not very pleasant to eat…. When it comes to cleanliness, the tables and cards were greasy and I'm not even talking about the toilets…. I will never go back there again.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to an offer for a Chinese Fondue menu. The setting does not attract at first glance, and the place quickly becomes noisy, but apart from that, we had a very good time. The meat is succulent, the sauces and fries are very good, and the soft chocolate perfectly completes this good meal. The server, very professional, knows how to manage "presence and discretion".

Good morning! I went with my boyfriend around 9:00 p.m., and the only downside was the waiting time (because we were served ~ 1 hour later) and the dirty tables, a little greasy... The food is excellent, the meat and sauce very very good! The fries and vegetables were very good too! The desserts are amazing! The chocolate cake was delicious! You can see and feel that everything is truly homemade and on the spot (the taste forgives the waiting time haha) I plan to go back!!! Thank you for the good evening I spent there :) Maria

When I entered the restaurant I was a little shocked. It looked dirty and smelled of grease. The kitchen looked like a collector's apartment and there were little bugs everywhere. The server was very friendly, but I would never eat there.

I was incredibly lucky to find this small, tasteful restaurant on a human scale. The service was impeccable, provided by a waitress who claimed to be pretty new. She even dragged a table outside for us to feel more comfortable. Merci!! The dishes are refined and plentiful. Excellent choice of wines too. An address not to be missed on your travels around Geneva. Reservations recommended.

There were 5 of us there on a Friday evening, the room was crowded and noisy but the waiter was very charming and efficient. We really enjoyed the food. Everything was good. Many thanks to the cook and the waiter! I have multiple food allergies, they noticed!

The first time we ate outside but this time inside it was really unbearable no ventilation the smoke caught our throats and even the clothes were soaked bulb broken already 1 month before we were in the night not pleasant at all long wait for a chocolate cake. Plus the meat and the friendly waitress.

You don't have to be in a hurry at Petit Raphaël, but this restaurant is clearly worth the detour! The beef tataki with soy/ginger sauce is divine, the game is super good and well served. Can not wait for next time !

We took our vouchers from realdeals for 2 beef tagliatta menus with main salad and dessert. When we arrived, we almost turned around... but what a mistake that would have been! Certainly the setting is not idyllic and the restaurant deserves a new decor. However, as far as the kitchen and the cook are concerned, nothing to complain about! The cuisine was impeccable and extremely well served. The flavors were there, especially with regard to this super soft chocolate which really kept these promises with its melting heart!!! We advise you to come and support this charming gentleman who gives a lot of himself to satisfy his customers. A big thank you for this evening!😊

We went on a reservation at La Fourche vert and to our great surprise everything was magnificent; beef fillet on the slate and on the plate; the entrecôte also in two versions were splendid with the vegetables and the house fries served majestically. The service is impeccable here and the desserts should be enjoyed in moderation. Sorry I didn't take the photos before...

Regarding the cuisine: If you like good meat, homemade fries, sauces made on site as well as good non-industrial desserts you are at the right address. Every time we eat a Chinese fondue we are super happy. The service: The service is correct, there is always a server and the owner who is in the kitchen (small team). Sometimes it can be a little slow but loyal customers know that, we chat with other customers because the atmosphere is like home and time passes quickly. The only negative thing if I can say so, is the non-existent decoration and the cleanliness of the WC. After all this information, you must be crazy not to go to this restaurant without any hassle because you eat like you would at home. THANK YOU

Cleaning of the kitchen and toilets must be done in 4 minutes. We say in the restaurant industry that the hygiene of the kitchen and the image of the cleanliness of the toilets. There is a server crash!? See, sometimes it’s the cook who serves! If it's a good day when the cleaning has been done, we eat very well there. Unfortunately it’s too up and down. I think the cook should find a colleague who will do this work of tidying up and cleaning. Finish decorating the room and install a ventilation system then change the devices that no longer work. Create a cellar worthy of the name and change its menu cards which are greasy. Even if it means writing it on the wall (black paint and chalk wall). If these changes are made, we have here an exceptional chef and a restaurant with refined cuisine which does not happen in his room and in age with his cuisine. Otherwise pleasant background music!

We went there today: What was our surprise to see: - a restaurant defying all hygiene - a mixed salad: expired, wrinkled tomatoes, having a more than doubtful taste… - a fondue pot with the previous nuns again!!! (see photos) - a dirty room - cobwebs above the tables. I am absolutely disconcerted by this total lack of hygiene. Cheese is a commodity to be cooked with attention and caution! We reported this to the restaurateur, who denied it, who spoke of a worn fondue pot (no! it's dirty!!!). Of disconcerting bad faith too! A denunciation will be made.

We had reservations and when we arrived all the tables were full lol. Apparently, you absolutely have to book via Real Deal or Fourchette verte. But hey, it didn't feel like it at all. A bad thing for a good thing!

Small, discreet restaurant which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The food is delicious and the quantities generous. The service at the top.

Not good at all and it stinks of sweating and no ventilation and hygiene. The young waiter is very nice. Meat freezer convert dirty and dirty plate. Great experience and especially last time sory invested a little boss it's lousy what you're doing.

The meat is really excellent! To choose I prefer to go there in the summer and eat outside. The setting is not extraordinary but the dishes are very good!

We went there with a voucher for beef tenderloins. It was complicated to get a reservation over the phone. It seems that they work more with Thé Fork and that they practice over booking. Arriving early we had no problem. The server is very welcoming. On the other hand, the place is outdated and the cleanliness is questionable. Still, the dish was very good, we have to admit. I really encourage the manager to improve the situation because the dish was really good, I repeat, and you can see in the comments that it is the strong point of this restaurant.

CATASTROPHIC! Restaurant to absolutely AVOID!!!! After reserving a table for 8 people at 7:00 p.m. on La Fourchette (TheFork), the restaurant manager had the nerve to cancel our reservation 1 hour before the meeting time without warning. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! And yet, I had called the boss the day before, to be sure that the reservation had been confirmed. To which he replied that it was all good... But on the big day, once there, we had the unpleasant surprise of learning that our reservation had been refused at the last moment! Instead of finding a solution and fixing the situation, the boss was rude and unpleasant. Obviously, he denied having confirmed the reservation by telephone and constantly changed his version of the facts in order to get out of the situation. HYPOCRITE!!!! In short, we received no apology from him! Worse, we were thrown out and treated like undesirables. The restaurant owner is just pitiful and hateful and has no respect for his customers. The bad reviews on Google are there to prove it! GO YOUR WAY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR EVENING!!!!

Catastrophic!!!! We ordered perch fillets: 1h15 wait including 40 minutes without drinks. The service is deplorable, the waiter is nice and willing but he is alone and is completely lost: often leaves empty-handed, forgets orders, no sense of priorities etc etc. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, the plate arrived: a few fillets of dark-colored perch, not very tasty, no lemon and a few fries chasing each other... basically: not good! There were two of us, we asked for bread: we got three slices of bread after 15 minutes of waiting. The dessert took over 30 minutes extra to arrive and was not good either. There were several tables of us who couldn’t take it anymore…. Honestly to avoid absolutely!!!! There are much better places around.

At first glance we wonder where we are going😬. Shy welcome, the waiter is not professional but does his best👌🏻. Meal wise, a treat, for my part it was a tartare in the beef fillet cut with a knife. We had 4 different dishes at the same table (5 people) and all served at the same time. A good taste 👍🏻 Book through the green fork and we had a discount. Remove the decor and we had a great time.

I've known this restaurant for two years and the food is still incredible! Although the facade and the decoration can be perplexing, I assure you that once you have tasted the chef's specialties, you will be completely satisfied! To avoid a long wait, come at the start of the service around 7 or 7:30 p.m. The meat is of a much higher quality than other restaurants where the prices are higher. In short: don't trust appearances, seen from the outside you wonder where you're going... but once at the table, it's great. The price is right, the menu is varied, relaxed atmosphere, local wines. Fortunately we had reservations because the restaurant was full for a Saturday evening (there are around 25 seats). A superb discovery! I encourage you to book, you will not be disappointed.
