An hour of waiting order certainly forgotten suddenly fillet of beef ordered at the right time arrived blue and the octopus was not roasted but just heated therefore hard and in addition covered with an indefinable mass of vegetables and salad. Too bad the setting was magnificent we expected more care. We won't come back.

Magnificent setting, impeccable service and staff, delicious cuisine but the best part is the cellar, there is something to please yourself.

It would be useful to put the kitchen hours on Google without pretending that you are open all day… and the waiter was rude too. Too bad, the meat looked good.

A paradise for meat lovers, without leaving others aside. If the prices may seem high, once the dish is served, the prices seem entirely appropriate; very nice generous portions where the dish as well as the garnish are a treat. We sent back the tartare 3 times because it was too spicy and in the end we couldn't eat it. The chef didn't even come to find us.

Really disappointed. I had fantastic memories from 2019 of mouth-watering cuisine and fantastic flavors with fantastic service but now... I won't be coming back... I don't know if there was a change of team-owner but then the waiters very unfriendly. The music doesn't go at all with the place or the atmosphere, a little too cool in the room. The dishes themselves were very edible but too much sauce in the salad which was drowned by it, vegetables with very little flavor and good meat (chateaubriand) but which was not really highlighted either by the accompaniment or by the sauces. As a result, at the time the prices and quantities were of the semi-gastro type, there is enough quantity it must be said but it is not worth the prices. We eat better for less not far away. Too bad the place remains what it is...a very nice place where we would like to be well received, served and leave with flavors that stay on our taste buds and a great memory...

Very disappointed with the service!!! Knowing that we were also coming to celebrate a birthday, the disappointment was even greater! The waiter was nonchalant and really not friendly at all! The additional menu was tempting but more than half of the dishes were no longer available... It would have been customary to warn us from the start, in order to avoid false joy! What saves this bistro is the quality of its dishes. But it is unlikely that we will return... Too bad, a year ago we had a better reception.

Not a bad place, nice setting. A little disappointed with the meal where I expected much better compared to the ones taken. The two servers were much too serious... too bad. Reservation made by telephone, we are reserved for the grill and as soon as we arrive he starts telling us to hurry up and choose the wine, etc., plus no one explains to us before going that we can't choose the meat, he we tell us that the cook has already cut the meat for 4 people and we had a vegetarian person, plus he didn't speak to us politely... Afterwards, we ordered risotto for the vegetarian person with the recommendation of the service, we had requested no meat or fish and to our surprise there was shrimp from…. Instead of apologizing, he told us that the plate was like that and that she couldn't do anything... so finally they offered a solution to make us ricotta and spinach ravioli, and it ended up being horrible! Does not match the description of the plate. (not even the ingredients or vegetables) Dégolas! Honestly we left very disgusted!! I had to go down twice to look for service, we had nothing to drink, and we were completely abandoned upstairs. For 300chf/4 people without dessert or coffee with this service you won’t want to come back… The first time we were it was really different it was a few months ago. In the end, we also had to listen to comments from the service saying that it was our fault because we arrived too late when we had reserved for 9:30 p.m. and they told us that it was until 8 p.m.… but in all In my case, I find that the restaurant notified the kitchen hours, telling us that it was a closed menu and that we could not choose the meat for the grill, and also never blame the service on the customer please ... the excuse was fatigue, and our arrival time... we would have preferred that they called us to announce us or cancel because the person who had taken the reservation was new and she did not know how to take them properly info… On the positive side, simply a very well decorated restaurant, but poorly polite service and much too undesirable quality. It was a great disappointment, certainly well rated by some, also less well by others and this time, I am of the 2nd opinion. Scallops, very delicate, well cooked, yes, but so salty, while the leeks were hardly seasoned. For the sweetbread, it's more than disappointment, it's punishment, and I regretted my visit, I forced myself to finish it, apparently it's poached. The puree, once again too salty. The morel sauce, a variable seasoning, that is to say depending on the location of the plate, it can be not seasoned or too much. The vegetables are cold, the single eggplant slice only serves as decoration, it's just hard. I will save on plating, I can tolerate a brewery good for the taste and less for the presentation. Well, neither the taste nor the presentation is good. After that, I don't just pay the price of this meal, a little less than 70.-, including the starter + main course + soft drink, I especially pay for the trauma of this sweetbread which is one of my dishes appreciated and is occasionally served in some restaurants. For me, for sure, I wouldn't go back there. There is a serious problem with this team in the kitchen.

Very nice discovery. We opted for fish dishes, one served with leek risotto and the other with black rice. Both dishes were excellent but a little too salty for us. The desserts were very good but the thousand and one leaves could use a little more garnish. It only had cream on top. Otherwise it was only made up of layers of puff pastry… so a little too dry. We have been there several times. It's hearty and rather well cooked. Finesse is not the strong point, especially for desserts, but there is taste. The service is generally good, welcoming. Some errors (forgetting the entry, incorrect information on a wine). The last visit was less convincing but the 4 before were good. More like 3.5 stars.

Good restaurant but reception which really leaves something to be desired!!!!! Do not go there with children!!! When booking, 4 adults and 4 children were specified. A nice little room out of the way, but deplorable service. We asked if there was anything for children and the waiter didn't answer; No!!! Then during meals, the waiter avoided us, even though the children were rather calm and quiet. I had to go get some butter from the kitchen! An experience that spoils good cooking, too bad!

I went to eat with my friend. The prawns sautéed in garlic were way too salty. I found the value for money disappointing for this type of establishment. The service was tense and cold. I won't go back there.

I reserved a specific table (no. 6) for Friday 03/18/2022 and, when we arrived, said table was already occupied by another couple. As we had already experienced the same problem previously, we asked to speak to the manager in order to resolve this problem; a waiter told us that he was absent for the whole evening... strange that the manager of a restaurant, which is more of an upper average restaurant, would be absent on a Friday evening. Anyway, we left and went to eat in another restaurant (there's no shortage of good spots in the region). Correctly noting an appointment for a restaurant is the pyramidal base of good organization; I think that even my 11-year-old daughter would be capable of carrying out this little administrative work, which is simple, but which seems to pose big problems for some restaurateurs!

The setting is very warm, you feel good there and you eat very well! The little extras: being able to pick up your bottle of wine yourself directly from the cellar (very nice menu by the way), the same for the meat where you can choose your piece in the window just like at the butcher!

It's just great class. The prices are super fair. The service was very good. I highly recommend. The location is great with the different small spaces. For group meals, it's great. I found the wine prices very fair with an emphasis on Portugal, but it is excellent.
