Excellent welcome, very good meat and fish meal, excellent crispy fries, nothing to complain about and what's more, the desserts are just delicious 👍

Excellent cuisine carefully concocted by Chef Christophe Lechenault. Whether it's the varied daily menu (suggestion: truffle pasta), the burger, the beef or salmon tartare. The desserts are delicious and so good! Everything is designed to delight our taste buds and delight our stomachs. The service by Serena is fast, efficient and smiling. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decoration modern. All the ingredients are there to come back and become regular customers like us. We love ! Nuno, Claudia and Leandro

Arriving somewhat by chance during the holiday period, we were pleasantly surprised. Quality cuisine with fresh produce and beautiful presentation. All this with very affordable prices, frankly we will come back with great pleasure! See you soon!

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Le Tablier in Bussigny in the industrial suburb of Lausanne. I had the special of the day: pasta with truffle sauce. Cooking was ok but sauce was generally average (not much truffle tasted).

My godfather's 90th birthday. Usually closed on Saturdays, open to groups of more than 10 people. M were offered 2 menus. Dishes prepared with delicacy, very well presented and delicious. Everyone was delighted. Welcoming and friendly owner, chef having worked with various great chefs including Paul Bocuse, accessible and happy to talk, family-friendly, you immediately feel at ease there. Parking available. Well centered and at the same time barely visible.. Really deserves to be known!! They also have theme evenings, to see on their site. Thank you very much, we all had a great time!

A fresh salad but in soup with vinaigrette, good ravioli but expensive for Aligro, a slice of horse presented like at home, a good homemade dessert. Good service and we appreciate the chef's visit at the end of the meal. Mixed, very simple but hey, that's what we're asking for.

Be careful, you are in Switzerland, you have to almost double the price of a small restaurant in France. The restaurant is very well maintained, the decor is very light but intimate and, most importantly, the cuisine is excellent! Good address
