Truly beautiful, excellent cuisine, innovative environment

To the whole team! It was a first for us! We really enjoyed this evening, as well as the meal where we were able to discover and experiment with new flavors. The only downside if we had to find one, would be that we would like to discover the wines of the Puglia region. Even if it means only having one glass per dish. But since we are not boring otters...hihihihi We would absolutely like to thank you for this wonderful evening and your generosity. We can only recommend and reiterate. Good week.

Several experiences at Stamm and each time unforgettable moments, both culinary speaking thanks to the different origins of the chefs (Thai, Argentinian, Peruvian, Italian) and the menus offered which are creative, beautiful to look at, tasty while being light. The choice of wines offered is also well done. Our taste buds are tingling and what's more, we have improbable encounters at the tables shared between guests from different backgrounds. The service is provided by a whirlwind team on hand. The background music provided by the DJ is great. A unique moment guaranteed. I look forward to the next proposals.

A fantastic experience at Stamm de Qoqa! We took part in the dinner prepared by Chef Italo Bassi. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant, complete with entertainment. The arrangement of the large shared tables was well thought out, encouraging conversations and making the experience all the more convivial.

Qoqa.ch is the base! When they do things, they do them well! Swiss quality, great service and a warm and generous atmosphere!

Second Qchef experience. Gorgeous !!! Italian cuisine revisited. We had a very nice table, with super nice people. 8-course menu, served for more than 100 people. A great feat of cooking, of the chef and also, naturally, of the service. I read in an opinion that it is a little noisy, indeed I affirm it!! I leave you a little trace of this meal in photos.

Dinner with a good QoQa Superb culinary experience with an eclectic menu full of discovery. Very friendly service and close to the customers, it's very pleasant. We liked the wines average but not serious. The setting is very nice, friendly and warm. For the occasion there were only large tables that we shared with strangers, it forces us to talk with other people and it's rich in discovery. If I have the opportunity I will go back with great pleasure

Excellent experience with Guy Ravet, everything was perfect. Much less with the Italian chef whose cuisine is correct but nothing more, with an increase in price due to the fact that drinks are now extra.

We had our first experience at Stamm with chef Federico Gallo and we really enjoyed it. The place is very beautiful, the Stamm and chef teams are very friendly. We had the opportunity to observe the cooks while plating the plates as well as to chat with them. We also enjoyed the large tables (8 people) to share the meal with the other Qoqasians. The Qoqa team had even planned a few surprises during the meal. The menu was very good and original and the quantities were very generous. We will come back with pleasure.

Each time a success, top menu with vegetarian/allergy options taken into account, nice and relaxed atmosphere, a well-stocked wine list, a warm welcome... in short, a good time.
