Going solo to discover Gruyère for a day, I am not disappointed to have booked at this place. Once installed in a cozy room, I am ready to sit down at the table in their charming brasserie for a discovery of flavors (or rediscovery). The staff were really very friendly and warm. I highly recommend and not having had the opportunity to see all that Gruyère has to offer, I would come and settle down again in the near future.

It was excellent. Sea bream fillet and dessert, top. The only small thing is that I made the reservation online and said it was the 1st time. That we had heard good comments from friends and were looking forward to coming to eat. We were seated at a table under the stairs, but luckily the waiter saw our reaction and immediately offered us another table and it was perfect, well done to him. Besides, all the staff were very kind, thank you very much. We will come back with great pleasure.
