Le Vestibule in Lausanne

This place only serves drinks. But if you want some food, the will bring it to you from the restaurant next door. We only went here for the drinks. We all get very nicely decorated cocktail exactly according to our tastes! I love the fact that the two bartenders were giving really good suggestions on the drinks and they very friendly as well. Be cautious though, the bar is tiny!! So, if ur big group of people or during busy days, u might not find any place inside. Inside looks like an old house with very nice furniture. I also have to add, it’s a nice place for a date night!

An atypical bar with equally surprising cocktails! Le Vestibule lives up to its name, you enter this bar in the old town and you immediately find yourself transported to another time. Surrounded by well-stocked libraries, we drink in creations with an appearance just as intoxicating as their content. I highly recommend for a friendly moment!

There are very few places as nice to enjoy excellent cocktails, whether classic or signature. I like this atmosphere, largely due to the small size of the establishment.

Superb place that I highly recommend. It's small (on 2 floors), atypical, cozy, subdued. Splendid decor, more than accommodating staff. We will come back !

Although the narrowness of the walls seems to turn away the least informed, the immense size of the heart of the Vestibule will conquer each of you. A rich, thoughtful and passionate cocktail choice. Yet it's impossible to get lost thanks to the personalized and attentive advice from the team behind the bar. A sensitive and emotional monument of Lausanne that has become unmissable.

Bar with an atypical charm offering a wide choice of good and varied cocktails. The only negative point I find is that it is a little small.

A place with a very pleasant atmosphere. The bar is very beautiful and the atmosphere is very nice. I personally had a blackberry cocktail which was delicious. Prices are correct for Switzerland. In addition, the staff is very kind and smiling. I highly recommend this bar.

Go check out this bar. From the outside, you don't notice how nice it is. Cocktails of all kinds, of all colors, in short.... an excellent place. Go there, you won't regret it.

One of my favorite cocktail addresses in the region. Good cocktails, the guys always smiling and friendly (and always ready to make special cocktails according to my requests and desires of the moment, I love it!🤩) and a nice cozy (and a little hidden) corner to have a good time. chill.

I'm a regular fan of usual bar hours but wanted to add a review for the private cocktail atelier. It's a perfect team event for a small group and great value. The cost is flat 50 CHF per person, and it includes the workshop, a cocktail that you make during the workshop, and any cocktail on the menu to end and relax with. We had six people, and started off around 15h30 learning cocktail fundamentals at the bar. Then, each of us got to choose a favorite cocktail and get guidance to make it- it was fun to see everyone's choices and pick up different tips for different flavors. When we all finished, we could pick anything we liked off the menu and relax together at a group table. Much preferred to a team dinner (assuming all members drink- we did get tips for nonalcoholic cocktails but nobody chose to make one of those this time!)

Cocktails sorry but drowned in ice cubes is a fatal mistake. As for the sausage (horse :-?) and the tome, they are tasteless. Very friendly service overall.

Great cocktail bar in Lausanne!

Tried all (except one) signature cocktails. They were very good. And the price seemed reasonable for Lausanne. The service was high quality, and the guy was extremely friendly. The interior was super nicely designed and it’s located in a nice and calm street. On the things it can improve are: the variety of cocktails, the side dishes/aperos(such as toasted bread/cheese with dipping like humus), the sound of the music seemed loud for my taste and I wished there were english musics on the playlist. I absolutely enjoyed the night and highly recommend the place.

Great little cocktail bar hidden in the middle of the city! The welcome is really friendly and the cocktails are excellent! The decoration is clearly also worth the detour! This place is really very cool! Plus there's a small Italian restaurant right next door in case you're craving those magnificent cocktails! I recommend this bar 200%!

Great for cocktails - loved the Valais of Death🍹 It’d be great to see the menu on the website. I was told this was a speakeasy, but it was actually very public. Nevertheless, it’s a lovely bar off the crowds for good drinks with view of Lausanne Cathedral.
