Best bubble tea in Switzerland, the quality of the tea, the nectars, the possibility of adding more or less sugar and ice cubes, the tapiocas always cooked perfectly! Having tried around thirty bubble teas in Switzerland and elsewhere, I remain undecided! IT'S THE BEST ! not to mention the incredible and caring team at the Nyon shop!🖤🇨🇭

Twice I come and there is only one person who takes the order and prepares our drink...the number of customers waiting increases...there is a serious shortage of staff...

It's a typical bubble tea place with a lot of options to make your tea from. Everything is well organised from placing the order to the delivery of tea. It doesn't have too much space for sitting and spending some time there. However the atmosphere is good to sip in a tea.

Good milk tea, fresh tapioca, and a lot of options including alternative milks, quantity of sugar and ice. Staff friendly and speak English.

the servers are so nice and everything tastes good so i usually just ask for the servers to make me their favourite it's a fun thing to do :)

Plastic glasses and the aircon working with open doors. So unacceptable anymore in 2022. Gonna get a tea somewhere else where they' generate so much waste!

I can't speak French so I was extremely nervous but at least for me, the worker there understood everything and was really understanding. Also most places in America pump a lot of ice in the cup but here you watch them work and they put ice in to cool the drink and immediately take most of it out to not waste cup space without me saying anything which was really nice.

Very good concept but since everything has just reopened it would be smart to also open on Sunday... when everyone is off and people are visiting the old town from the station.... a shame to be closed when other less good businesses are open....

Excellent bubble tea, on the other hand I find that serving the same drinks, one without ice and "stealing" from the customer, is not honest (look at the photos). Terrible customer service.

Not happy for my daughter experience, she love bubble tea and she took the train to have this treat. But how you deal if the counter service ignore o didn't listen NO ICE in the middle of winter and covid pandemic.

Bubble tea at the top, the selection is large and full of combinations or ingredients that are not found in more traditional bubble teas. I ordered matcha latte brown sugar, a little sweet but otherwise very good. (You can adjust the sugar level)

The matcha lattes are delicious! but the prices are high. It’s also a shame that the hours aren’t wider.

Innovative concept, original drinks for all tastes with new products to discover to replace certain toppings (good initiative to avoid excess sugar). Good advice from sellers. Nice and modern place. Loyalty card advantage. The only downside is the price, a little expensive to come there often, but always a pleasure to return.

We were poorly received there by unfriendly-looking staff who were clearly in a hurry to close up shop. Damage.

Too good!!! There's bubble tea! Lots of choice which is great compared to other stores!!! The service is very simple!!! It’s very quick and efficient! I recommend you create a lemoncha card, it's free!!!!!! You say your name etc... and you receive the card. Then each time you come back, you present the card and you will earn points! After 100 points you can get a free drink! There are also other prizes like a collector's bottle!!!! Dear Lemoncha, I publish to respond to your commentary on Nathalie Lawrence's publication I add a comment since I witnessed the scene. I was with my partner Nathalie Lawrence and I remember that we asked for the ingredients for a "pumpkin latte", the lady had answered us but had not in any case specified that there was coffee inside. But the problem doesn’t come from there, once we discovered that there was coffee in the drink, and since none of us like coffee, I MADE the decision to return to the cashier so to ask a favor from the store. Here is the discussion: Me: Excuse me, we didn’t know and we weren’t clearly specified that there was coffee in our drink, would it be possible to have another one or to have a reduction? The staff: No, everyone knows there is coffee in the "Pumpkin Latte", it's known. Yes in "Pumpkin Latte", it makes sense that there is coffee ... we have to be specialists and know everything? I thought that the staffs were there to serve us but also to advise us and give information on what they offer to customers. I do not criticize all staffs, there are some that are great but there is one (I will not name) that should change behavior and try to smile a bit… And as we can see in the discussion, there was no reduction of 20% (as you mentioned in your comment), I am sure of that otherwise I will order another one drink. I thought your goal was to satisfy your customers, know that tonight, it wasn’t the case at all. Usually, I never comment here, but the fact that you treat a public liar one of your client and then you (or your staff) allow yourself to lie with your 20% discount, I find it a little childish , sorry for the term. We do not write here just to criticize and downgrade (we were regular clients) but we just expose the facts. Take into account instead of treating your clients publicly as liars.

Nice place , delicious with a great variety drinks. Their mixed coffee and matcha tea are just incredible. The team has smile and help a lot. Really the best place to be, alone or with friends !

Very good team always ready to advise, beautiful layout and decoration. The teas are brewed on demand and that changes everything! Lots of customizable options, I highly recommend trying this place!

The lemoncha from Nyon (just like that from Geneva) is just splendid! The new design of the cups and the arcade, not to mention the taste of the bubble teas, I’m won over!!
