All very good excellent service I recommend it

The restaurant is very pleasant, quiet, the staff are friendly and helpful. Speak English. The menu has several options. The burrata was good but very simple, anyone could make it at home. I think it lacks a chef's touch when making it. The pasta was good and well made, with very generous portions! The tiramisu is good, 8/10! For Swiss prices it's not absurd at all.

This restaurant is truly a corner of Italy that carries our traditions with pride and quality. Usually I have never felt comfortable in Italian restaurants abroad, but here I changed my mind. The quality really impressed me, a nice place where it's like feeling at home in a foreign country.

The food is good to very good, the service is friendly but poor. 4 waiters, the resti is half empty and you have the empty plate in front of your face for ages. The neighboring table wasn't cleared for ages. For the price I would have expected a cloth napkin instead of the cheapest Alligro paper. And then there is the boss... whoever was there knows what I mean.

This was a spectacular eating experience — truly authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. Christiano, our host, was very lovely and helpful with recommendations and information. We would give this restaurant six stars in each category if we could!

We have been there several times now because we live very close by and have to admit that we are increasingly disappointed. We had a shared appetizer (fried calamari and shrimp) that didn't have a single shrimp. For the main course we had pasta. The pasta is not homemade, not even fresh pasta, but at least the spaghetti just comes from a package. You don't have to go out to eat for this. The times before (end of 2022/beginning of 2023) it was better.

There were four of us in the restaurant and ordered bruschette and pizzas. The bruschette were inedible as the bread was rock hard. The pizzas were very oily and not very appealing to eat. Olive oil on the salad tasted stale. The service employee was very friendly but the boss was less so. When we pointed this out, he said that that was just the case with pizzas with Parmesan and that I should order a Margerita pizza next time. We weren't impressed with a previous visit, but now after the second attempt we won't be going there anymore. Ambiance is also rated extremely well - amazing.

We just ate at Salvo's, and had a great time. Mouth-watering pappardelle with Neapolitan ragù, followed by grilled sea bream enjoyed in religious silence. Dessert, wine, limoncello to top it all off. Very friendly and attentive staff, fast service. And, last but not least, a very reasonable bill (for Swiss standards, of course!). In short, a very positive experience, to be recommended - and above all to be repeated. Salvo and his team will definitely see us again the next time we pass through Zurich.

Probably the best pizza in Zurich. Salva and team are great! Kids are always welcome and yet a serious place for business lunches.

Lovely food. Knowledgeable and friendly staff - a bit like Cheers, Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came… … but Italian Cheers. In the summer they have a lovely outdoor dining area, just gravel, but they make a great job with it. And there are some small village playgrounds if your children are old enough to go back and forth between you with your wine, and the playground. Approx 100m away but pretty much in eyesight. Delicious food. Take away pizza has to be the best in our surrounding villages.

The restaurant is nice, the food is mostly good. The service wasn't good. We were a group. We each had to draw attention to ourselves three times to get what we wanted.

Italianità in purezza!!! I recently went to Ristorante Leone, an Italian restaurant in Uitikon, with my work colleague. I was immediately impressed by the beautiful decor and the warm service. The menu is full of southern Italian specialties that are deliciously prepared and presented. Our waiter, Christian, put together a unique menu for us and it was absolutely top! We had the Polipetti alla Luciana (a Neapolitan dish) followed by pasta with fresh vongole and my companion pasta with fresh "Ragu d'anatra" (duck ragout). Salvaroe, Christian and the whole team are exceptionally attentive and we were very well looked after during our stay. I can only recommend Leone. It is a wonderful Italian restaurant that is worth every visit.

Great pizza birthday party with 13 children. Pizza's made by the children themselves. A huge success for every child thanks to the Leone team, very professional, uncomplicated, warm and fun atmosphere. Price-performance ratio unbeatable. Can only recommend it and not just for children's birthday parties.

The food was very tasty. The portions served were generous. So you don't have to leave the table hungry. The deli pizzas are particularly worth mentioning. The innkeeper offered us two Proseccos as an aperitif. We would like to come again. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no information on the menu cards other than the name of the dish you are going to eat. Since we don't speak Italian, this is a problem for customers. In addition, there is no mention of vegetarians on the menu cards, which represents an additional difficulty. Another problem was that most of the spaghetti we ordered for 22CHF consisted of cooked tomatoes cut into 4 pieces and the skins of the tomatoes were not removed. The real problem, however, is the small portions. If the reason for going to a restaurant is to fill your stomach, there is a big problem. Because unfortunately we left the table hungry. P.S. In addition, the olive oil used was quite acidic.

We have been guests for many years and have always enjoyed great and courteous service because Salvatore is a great host. You immerse yourself in a culinary world that is simply fantastic.

After a long, exhausting day at work, I ordered spaghetti carbonara to pick up. The telephone conversation was already very nice, a special request from me (ham instead of bacon) posed no problem. When I arrived at the Ristorante, I was greeted very friendly and since it was still two minutes away, they very courteously offered me a seat to wait. A short time later I left the restaurant with the very delicious spaghetti and was in a much better mood than before. In addition to good food, it is these little things, the hospitality, the simplicity and the attention, that make a really good economy. Recommendation!

I ordered 2 children's pizzas. One was 23 francs. The boss came to "explain" it to me, because that's what he was there for... The reason was that it had chicken on it. impudence. He made the children's pizza with chicken on it at least 5 francs cheaper. Was the first and last time.

Location very nice. Our food tasted very good, but the pizza was lukewarm at best! The service can be improved greatly! There was practically no clearing away and reordering was very, very difficult! This didn’t just “annoy” us…other guests also complained about it. Clearly not enough service staff when the garden is full!

Super authentic Italian! The food is sensational. The service was very attentive and super friendly. The owner is a typical southern Italian, is communicative and takes care of his guests. I can't understand the negative comments because the restaurant is very typically Italian - exactly how you want it to be and it's not a stuffy, quiet restaurant. “Dolce Vita” is still really lived there...
