It has much more of a bar vibe than restaurant, and therefore one would expect good drinks along with food. We had booked a table for dinner, and they did comply with our request for a window table, but the restaurant was basically empty when we came so it felt natural. Service is friendly enough, though it seems they only were two people servicing the entire area (which did eventually become busy), but they were still attentive to us which was great (though they were visibly and understandably in a hurry). The food was alright, tapas was great, the risotto had a picture with much more seafood and shrimps, but came with none of that (it was a shrimp risotto with no shrimp??). We did order one drink (whiskey sour) which unfortunately was too disappointing so we only tasted it and couldn’t even finish it. There was basically no sourness and no sugar in it at all, it would be completely believable if they later said that they accidentally swapped their syrup/sugar with regular water. It was an expensive 16 CHF for two disappointing sips… anyhow, the vibe seems nice enough but our experience was sadly not the greatest. might be better another time?

Our dinner was excellent -- we both had fish (a whole sea bass and a cod steak). Both were perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the 5porte cocktail, and the lava cake (not usually a fan of that sort of dessert but this was delightful and made in house). Prices were a bit of a shock, but I think that's Geneva for you.

This is a great spot for a good meal without a ton of fuss. It's across from the Novotel, where I stayed for work, but I didn't actually go until I was staying farther away and I wish I had gone at least once more when it was convenient. The staff are busy, but attentive and the menu is small, but has everything you'd need without a crushing amount of options - a nice bistro with a good selection of meals, wines, and cocktails. The steak was cooked just right and the ratatouille was a great compliment as well as the roasted potatoes and light salad. Really solid and fun place to grab a meal.

I was very disappointed to discover that there was not a single vegan main course food available. I think restaurants should at least have a main course vegan option, or the possibility to veganised vegetarian meals. A vegan can only eat small entrees at this restaurant.

The food is amazing. If you add up all the Michelin stars I have eaten in my life you're over 30 stars, and while of course those meals may have been more artistic and complicated, from a taste standpoint this was maybe the most delicious I've had (we had the half chicken and the cod filet). I saw some review criticize the service but it is actually very good service just in the French style (2 people do everything, you signal for them when needed). They accommodated the facts that I had no reservation and brought a baby with me.
