We went to the snow sports camp with the class and had meals in the restaurant. The food was a highlight, we have never eaten so well in any camp. Sandra and the whole team took perfect care of the needs. Everyone was served with enormous friendliness and even short-term requests for changes were accepted. The breakfast was very rich (salmon, egg, fried egg, crepe, orange juice, ...), we had plenty of choice for sandwiches at lunchtime and everyone really enjoyed the dinner. Nous avons commandé deux boissons chaudes et nous voulions aussi prendre deux parts de tarte aux pommes, mais la serveuse est partie à peine nous avions dit deux chocolats chauds, nous avons dû la rappeler pour lui dire deux parts de gâteaux. Après nous avoir jeté les boissons sur la table elle n’est jamais revenue avec le gâteau, après avoir terminé nos boissons nous voulions payer et tant pis pour le gâteau, ça faisait déjà 20min que nous attendions. Elle nous a dit vous avez commandé du gâteau ? Vous le voulez ? Nous avons juste voulu payer et partir car le service pas sympa, pas accueillant et médiocre. Je trouve aberrant d’être mal servis surtout qu’en ce moment les temps sont durs pour les cafés et restaurants à cause du COVID.
