Very satisfied. The food was excellent and served and good quantity and quickly. The daily special + beer + coffee offer is great!

Why when we enter your establishment are we greeted by a disheveled woman who has no sense of welcome? Instead she sharply asks us to push us, then sends us to our table without leading us there. His colleague took over and spontaneously showed us the way. There are jobs that are unfortunately not made for everyone, personnel to review.

The service is more than rotten, Almost no more customers because it's already past 1 p.m. I've already been waiting 15 minutes without being offered anything. The manager on duty is more interested in sending his staff than taking the lead and he stays behind the empty bar at this time then goes to hide in the back. I love the Brasseurs chain but this is the first and last time I'm going to the one in Neuchâtel.

I would like to leave a comment following a 2nd visit! Regarding the room that you make available on the top floor. The service was a disaster, a lot of things happened, Dishes spilled on customer not even replaced, Children's menu wait between main course and dessert 1h30 without exaggeration! After clearing the dishes we had to go to the bar to order coffees. In short, you are completely neglected by the service for a room for 24 people… And finally, on the 2 occasions that I went to this room within 3 months, the problems were recurring! Be careful when paying the bill if you divide the payments, some go to oblivion (cash) both times we find ourselves paying extra because they were missing a balance while everyone has paid! Otherwise the kitchen was really ok.

The restaurant was very full, but it was practically the only option for eating in the area at 3 pm. But we really liked it!

We go there often, the atmosphere is nice, the service is quite quick, and the staff are generally pleasant. The beers are good and as for the food it varies depending on the dishes and depending on the day... I usually have the perch fillets in fritters which I find rather good but I was disappointed the last time I took them. The dish arrived lukewarm and the donuts had a very unusual taste. Probably the frying oil which was outdated. In short, I ate almost nothing and the other people at the table were also generally disappointed with their dishes (cold, poorly served, not very good). I still give it 4 stars because usually the dishes are good but that evening there was something really wrong.

Unfortunately, me and my husband were very disappointed. The ambience and food looked very nice in the pictures. As soon as we entered the restaurant there was a smell and the staff were in a bad mood. We had to wait a long time before we could place the order. They also brought my husband the wrong drink. The burger meat was tasteless, dry and inedible. As well as the bread that was far dry and the salad that was sloppy like it had been sitting around for 5 days. Unfortunately we were also disappointed with the fries. The only positive thing was that the plate came to the table hot! Paid 60.- for 2 inedible burgers. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again and will go straight to Burger King. Best regards Fox family

Saturday night the playlist is raggaeton without interruption, it's really ridiculous, it's anything but a brasserie or a pub, it's shit.

We had reserved for 15, when we arrived there were 7 chairs missing…. The servers had a lot of trouble finding some. Unfriendly waiters. The nachos offered are not nachos… you end up with chips and an old sauce on the side.

Large selection of brasserie dishes (several tartars, hamburgers,flammenkeeche, rösti, etc.) and beers. Too bad the tartar isn't cut with a knife and the mushroom sauce that accompanies the rösti isn't great. The biggest negative point is that the establishment does not offer non-alcoholic beer. Friendly and humorous service who was able to find us two tables even though we had only reserved one. Nice setting, but poorly soundproofed. As it is very busy, it is quite painful to have a discussion.

I was frankly disappointed with the beers...yet I still really like going to this place The food is OK but we mainly go there to drink a craft beer. It's been several times that I haven't found the quality of beers that made me love this place.

Let me start by saying that we were a group of 9 people and we were there the 3rd week of August, but the heat in the room was suffocating, there was no air conditioning or windows, there are only ceiling fans which however do not circulate much air. Leaving this aside, we tasted the Rosti, which were very good. Hamburgers on the other hand are average, hamburger prices between 25-33 fr depending on the internal seasoning

4 empty tables... I arrive with my dog... the waitress looks at me while muttering that this won't be possible.... #never without my dogs! Diplomatically I went back to a real establishment?

My charming companion... Chose the dish of the day... RISOTO with mushrooms (at least with one mushroom...) 19.5frs. Estimated weight of the dish.. 150 grams...plates not included. As for me... Sir, I pay attention to my figure, I had the good idea to choose the August salad.. Yes, it is August and this purely commercial name has awakened an adrenal gland in my little brain. Result of the races.. Beautiful plate.. Until the moment when I had the good idea to mix the salad and the sauce... The emotional shock. Destroyed what my fragile little eyes saw: 2 cherry tomatoes and a quarter of an avocado. No but no... 20.90frs...!!!! Anyway. I don't know.. Am I too demanding?? Maybe and I apologize... But next time. I buy a paper too good to... And I sit by the lake with my beautiful... Goodbye Neuchâtel brewers (oops sorry.. There were also three pieces of tough chicken in the salad..)

Very happy to find this establishment open on a Sunday evening! Because even in more touristy places, Sunday off seems to be sacred in the canton. That said, we were very well received, the beer brewed on site is nice as is the service team. Having been tempted by the burger of the month, I am more mixed about the cuisine. In the burger, a very good Raïta sauce and an original recipe with grilled zucchini, but the breaded chicken is unworthy of the place. While I was expecting a prepared and breaded breast, I had to face an oval of reconstituted chicken, breaded and (too much?) fried. To change urgently... For the rest, the setting and the atmosphere are very pleasant, it is well placed and the bill remains reasonable.
