Les Tilleuls in Genève

We came to 12 apostles to celebrate the 31st supper of our guide. We were very well received by the tavern keeper who was able to meet our expectations because we had a dry throat with lots of beers and 2 large daisy-flavored osties offered by the house! This was followed by several diverse and varied dishes such as pizzas, Sicilian penne which I recommend both for the quantity and quality, penne with crabs which looked succulent. On the other hand, we do not recommend the choice of perch fillets although close to Lake Geneva it is not the local specialty. As for the atmosphere, the apostles were able to sing hymns in praise of our mentor which were sung twice with the birthday of another table... Thank you Mary Magdalene. A big thank you and especially for the traditional Limoncello once again offered to wash away our sins. PS: Given the current situation, we did not crucify the man since Judas was not invited following an oversight by our guru.

Soooooo happy to have discovered this place! Large terrace in the shade and sun. The Saint Jean neighborhood is really cute and quiet. The service is very pleasant and fast The atmosphere is really relaxing! Thank you ! For the main courses I opted for a warm goat cheese salad: magnificently good. As a main course I had perch fillets: tender and delicious! And to finish, a caramel cheesecake...a little killer! To do again :-)

A friend introduced me to this restaurant 6 months ago. I had the pleasure of tasting the baked crab penne with pizza dough on top. Delicious and very atypical dishes every time I go back I can't choose anything else! To taste !

Excellent restaurant, delicious dishes with fresh and carefully crafted ingredients, we were even surprised given the price that it was so good! The restaurant is Kind friendly and offers crayons and drawings to color for our 3 year old daughter. The dishes are served quickly and the servers are very friendly! We will come back without hesitation 👌

Where to start ? An exceptional evening, with unexpected quality of food and the friendliest service. The starter, breaded eggs runny in their centers with a Grana Padano cream could put the restaurant in the Michelin guide as it was so delicious. The dishes, with their generous portions, also satisfied our taste buds and our stomach. The truffle fagottini was to die for. The dessert, a classic Denmark cut, delighted us. In addition, we were offered delicious limoncello to complete this dream meal! Thank you for the quality service that we greatly appreciated! I have nothing to say about this place which definitely charmed me, I will come back!

Generous and particularly careful cuisine, at very reasonable prices. As for the staff, none of the servers are less smiling than the other, in addition to being clearly great professionals. It's a real pleasure. The icing on the cake: I came with my dog, who was as well received as me (including a bowl of water, without this having been requested). I became a die-hard fan.

We ate well, all the dishes were good. The only downside that really bothers me, no more card only QR code and addition to your email or mobile number, for point 1 think of the elderly for point 2 I think it's an intrusion into people's lives.

If the food is generally good, there has been a sharp decline in quality over the years since 2015... in summer 2023 the service there was unpleasant and nervous, with several oversights and the waiter who heavily hit the head of my godmother with a tray without apologizing. Extremely noisy room in winter I no longer recommend. ***Thank you, I am sure you will be able to greet him well before me :) I now live in Belgium, but having lived in Geneva near the restaurant for more than 5 years, I thought I would leave a comment for information purposes. Some Geneva based friends brought me here and it was wonderful. We all had different pizzas, which were very well prepared, great tasting, and plentiful. No room for desert on this occasion, but coffee with a shot of lemon cello made a great end to the meal.

A beautiful terrace but too crowded, you eat from your neighbor's plate, and the quality of the food really leaves something to be desired 👎I think that too much flow, the pizzas not cooked, 7 small fillets of perch for 40 francs 🥵no definitely not to be done again

Beautiful pizzeria, located on the Geneva hills Service attentive to customer needs. Passable pizzas, good cooking, fresh legumes....., it's a shame that the mozzarella is a similar cheese.,...but not the real mozzarella, and unfortunately it distorts the taste of the pizza, for a foreigner it passes, but for a "Italian not" I hope that the owner reads this message, that it does not want to be a destructive criticism, but on the contrary a "constructive criticism" and corrects it next time with real mozzarella.....

Beautiful menu and beautiful terrace, really pleasant

It's a very popular spot with a lovely terrace. The service is excellent and the food is great and the portions quite generous, very unlike what you will find in Geneva restaurants. The penne crab was highly recommended and we ordered it but it was ok. What we enjoyed was the Perche (fish) and the veal was very tasty as was the mixed salad. For dessert we had the Strawberry tiramisu which was delicious - creamy and melts in the mouth. The attention to service is exceptional. If you order to take away you get a 20% discount - another great idea as the place is always full!

I've been going to this restaurant for years and it's a sure bet in Geneva. The prices may seem high but when you see the quality (and quantity) you quickly understand why. I often take leftovers to go, especially when I order pasta. Although the servers have changed quite a bit in recent years, the servers are still friendly and ready to give us the best advice. Arthur, who served us this evening, advised us throughout our meal, even though there were many tables! If you're not hungry anymore, don't hesitate to take the dessert away ;)

We have known this restaurant for several years and have always enjoyed eating there whatever the occasion. Unfortunately we returned there on July 8 and we were very disappointed with the drop in quality of service (very long, error in drinks, difficulties, or even impossibility to recommend drinks during service or ask for condiments for the pizza...), The dishes, although good, are below what they were and 2 of us out of 4 were sick afterwards. We will not go back there again and will try to keep the memory of what they were.

My boyfriend and I have been coming for years and we consider it one of the best restaurants in Geneva! The staff is very pleasant, attentive. The dishes are generous and very good, not to mention that the menu offers seasonal dishes so we can discover different dishes quite regularly... or otherwise, return to the house specialties like pizzas, crab penne or ruote al pesto ( my favorites 🤩). We have never been disappointed in the time we have been coming there!

In my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in Geneva. The menu changes according to the seasons. The dishes are served in quantity and are of quality. Special mention for the pizzas and crab penne. As for desserts, special mention to the chocolate fondant and the red fruit cheesecake. The service is excellent (normal waiting, friendly waiters), the setting is pleasant (quiet terrace) and there is very good value for money and carafes of water are free. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Seeing the ratings for this establishment, I was rather confident for this first time. The restaurant offers a wide choice of pizzas and a less Italian menu. My choice fell on the house specialty, truffle fagotini. If you are a fan of Italian cuisine, I think like me you will be disappointed. Half-cooked dough, sticky stuffing and a sauce reminiscent of some tile glue. Nothing to do with transalpine gastronomy. (PS: don't expect a grated truffle at the minute) Quantity yes but when it's not good it's always too much. There were 4 servers that evening, we were lucky not to be served by the two bearded men who did not get a smile all evening, nor a kind word. In short, it was certainly a bad evening.

the restaurant certainly serves good food but not when it comes to proper vegetarian egg free dishes. I ordered pasta a la Sicilienne and received a huge dish with very cheap supermarket pasta with few olives, tiny pieces of aubergines, tomato paste and mozzarella. something i could easily make at home. That dish was greatly overpriced considering the quality of pasta and very small quantity of other ingredients.

Good food, good service but expensive for what it is 44fr for 1 pizza + 1 cocktail

One of the best choices for this area of Geneva. Wide menu selection with several pasta, pizza and meat/fish choices. Good quality and savory food. Generally very generous in terms of portions and ingredients. Fair prices (~26 chf for a pizza) One little note: I had to drink a lot of water the night after my pizza capricciosa, but that is probably due to the fact that it is a pizza very rich in ingredients (likely salty ingredients). Service was very friendly.

We go to Les Tilleuls regularly and we are never disappointed whether it is the quality of the dishes or the service. Yesterday we had a meal there for 25 people and were served quickly and everyone loved the dishes.

The waiters are super welcoming, very helpful, attentive, smiling, we eat really well, everything is good at Tilleuls, never disappointed 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰……. Tuesday evening we celebrated a birthday with a table of 9 people, we didn't even get a good evening from the Boss but hey!!!!!!!!!!!
