Very expensive draft beers with a maximum size of 25cl per glass, which is very disappointing for a restaurant specializing in beers. For the main course, only 5 ribs with very little meat. Disappointing.

I order a sandwich for 28.60ch, while eating I find a HAIR IN THE SANDWICH and ANOTHER HAIR IN THE MAYONNAISE. I confidentially call the waiter and point this out, he goes to call the manager, the manager comes and tells me that the chef CANNOT make me the same sandwich again, but if I would have taken it he would have made me pay half price, or I they offered a portion of chips. I BELIEVE THIS IS ABSURD, I would have expected another sandwich to arrive the same as the one I ordered (at least that's what other SERIOUS places would have done). The Irish beer seemed to be diluted with water. Well!! DISAPPOINTED BY EVERY EXPECTATION. Positive note: quality of the food. A sandwich, a cordonbleu, a beer and an Italian coke 69.00 francs. Too bad they won't see me again. He didn't even deserve to be paid for what Caccaa did

What a sublime establishment. An atypical decoration of very good taste, the food is more than delicious and the waitresses are always smiling and always have a word for a laugh. To summarize, I first downed four beers after my first day in Fribourg. .four different beers, all in Switzerland or nearby... The waiter who advised me and those who followed, the days after, all had this friendly side that is important for me who travels a lot for work. The next day I tried the brasserie... Without being gastronomic, the menu gives pride of place to traditional and original gastronomy without being exorbitant In short, a place where you feel good and where you eat and drink well and taste good. The people are simply friendly and friendly!

Good drinks, calm place. The online card is for me not the ideal as it kind of kills the bar experience, however there is a very big variety proposed at the bar and the waiters were sympathetic, even at a rush hour. Felt for me a bit more like a gathering spot a bit less designed for young people, which is not usually what I like when I go in a bar. The cocktail I ordered (basil smash) was very good and I'd say worth the 15chf as I never tasted something quite like it :) Overall good experience and would recommend to maybe hang out, enjoy niche beers or for sightseers.

Cozy cult bar in the pedestrian zone of the city of Freiburg. Large selection of different types of beer. Reservation is an advantage.

The brunch was very disappointing unlike my last visits 2 years ago. Scrambled eggs just aren't. It's just grainy, bland egg puree with no seasoning. Nothing to do with scrambled eggs. It is complicated to obstruct this since they represent a large part of the plate that I had taken. The rest was ok but, for the price, I remain disappointed.

I find the application to pay for your drinks simply brilliant.

It is a romantic restaurant. The dishes are simple and not fancy. It was very little and was expensive. I would have expected more side dish. When I wanted to order or pay for something, I had to wait a long time. Not enough staff! Not recommended

The bar's effort to stand out is appreciable, yet it still lacks remarkable features or standout qualities. While they offer a decent beer selection (about 15 on the tap), it's served only in small glasses. The menu being a website detracts from the in-person experience, and seeking recommendations from the unhelpful waitress can be frustrating due to her lack of knowledge and attitude. The atmosphere is decent for a casual time, but overall, the place feel a bit dull and generic. Now in a somewhat dull and limited hangout scene of Fribourg, this spot stands out as one of the better choices for a midweek drink. EDIT (for the owner): Fribourg (that I love!) has long settled for mediocrity, with early closure times (no food service after 21:00, clubs closing at 3am on weekends, popular bars limited or shut down due to noise complaints). These factors result in a city that is dull, even by Swiss standards. You do a good job in this context, but every time I come back, I can only see the city is a bit more boring sadly.

If you want coffee at 9 p.m., don't go there! We won't serve it to you. The boss prefers you to drink beers.

His always “grumpy” opinion is therefore not credible and objective, and comes from a never happy person who writes for free just to hurt and who will never find any positive sides… So move on, Mr. “Lau”, ​​as you often say, and avoid going out, it’s better for everyone! Super disappointed! The food was nothing special, it was bland and uninteresting. Very slow and unpleasant service. They charge 4.- for 75cl for tap water... “YES BUT IT’S FILTERED WATER”. Just know that it is imperative to clearly inform the customer and to include, clearly on the menu, the possible price of running water." Conclusion: move on! 😊

People who overrate restaurants I don't thank you. Honestly, I am so disgusted with my experience. I was looking forward to going there given the grades... The meat of the cordon bleu as well as its interior was very good, but no breading, it was soft and moist. However, the breading of a cordon bleu is still essential... but it was okay. On the other hand, the fish and chips, the unmissable thing, was almost edible. The breading non-existent and soft, but damn, it's the base right?? And the "homemade" fries I find hard to believe and given their taste and texture, it's better to say that they are indistritelles otherwise what a shame. 4 fr tap water (sorry, the bottle is not opened in front of me and in a sort of jug, so for me it's tap water) 4 fr.... How can you miss such simple dishes with only 4 lines on the menu? I ate fish and chips in a shopping center in a chain restaurant that was 100 times better without exaggerating. Soft, impersonal service... very bad experience. Plus, when I see the other place where I had my dessert, the dishes and the prices, I'm disgusted that I didn't eat there...

I adore !! We always have a great time! All the staff as well as the manager are always very welcoming, smiling and attentive to customers. My favorites: the tartar and the elixir! 😋 But there’s something for everyone, even those who don’t like beer. The plus (very practical when you have children)!! Lots of toys available and small portion menus.

Incredible beers and a top 10 sommelier

I rarely share the negative feedback, but this time I would like to raise awareness of the restaraunt. I ordered burger for take away, which greatly disappointed me :( The french fries were so dry as well as burger, that it was extremely difficult to digest it afterwards :( And it came without salad. It is really not worth the 28.- CHF But the service was very nice and kind, and there are a lot of people coming for drink. But for food I would never return there.

After reading good comments about the establishment I decided to come... Unfortunately for me it wasn't incredible. Really disappointed with the brunch given the amount of good comments. I had breakfast NIKI DE SAINT PHALLE it is written with charcuterie.. I ended up with 4 small slices of salami. Lots of yogurt, lots of salad for a lunch. The trout gravelax was good. The person who was with me had lunch JEAN TINGUELY lots of salad for a breakfast...and the scrambled egg special....really disappointed. The decoration is magnificent. This remains just my opinion! I won't come back for brunch again....

A bit expensive, but great service, delicious food and a very beautiful restaurant. Only remark on the brunch I got was that there could've been a bit more pancakes: on the menu it hinted at multiple pancakes with an illustration but only got 2 so I ended up not feeling filled.

Very good selection of draft beers, notably from the Italian brand Baladin (Nora, Super, ...) AND one from the Orvin brewery BLZ <3 <3. The super friendly service as a bonus! In terms of cuisine, the menu is typical brasserie, the burgers are very good. Large and welcoming terrace, they have the last rays of sun at the end of the day ;-).

Friendly atmosphere “like at home” but better. The price is very affordable compared to the quality of the food. I can't say anything about the beers, but they have great lemonades and cola. A bit expensive price. Edit 04.23: passing through for an afterwork party with my newborn, I asked if there was a separate place where I could breastfeed so as not to bother the other customers. I was sent to the toilet, despite an empty upstairs room. So although the toilets were clean, breastfeeding in a toilet is neither hygienic (especially for a baby) nor comfortable, and definitely not intended for taking or giving a meal there.

Magnificent, we had an aperitif dinner upstairs as part of a civil wedding. It was excellent as always, the atmosphere is really relaxing and enjoying the moment.
