The sofa I bought is not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The quality of the material and the workmanship are first class. It fits perfectly in my living room. Customer service was also excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. I can highly recommend Möbel Pfister and will certainly shop there again in the future.

Great, wide range. However, finding a product that you have seen on the Internet is almost impossible without help. Luckily, the very friendly lady at the information desk was able to help us, but only by calling a colleague. Unfortunately, the product, the Valdera chair, didn't convince us. We were never actively asked whether we needed help. A young man sitting behind a computer couldn't help us either. He doesn't know anything about it. We left the business without having achieved anything and only left with the following impression: as expensive as a pharmacy and without really good customer service. We won't come here again.

Noble design, quality Swiss makers... Clear lines feel a bit cool - from memory, the Pfister used to be there Lots of knick-knacks, small items and decorations for the festivities... Nevertheless, it was a pleasure to be able to feast your eyes and experience the beautiful and noble things...

My sofa (ordered in May 2023) was defective and incorrectly delivered with a delivery delay of over 2 months. In addition, spare parts that were listed in the order were not delivered. I had to contact the seller several times to ask where my order was, but I was repeatedly put off and given incorrect timing information. The new sofa was not ordered immediately but only after 3 weeks because there was a misunderstanding in communication between the seller and customer service. The new sofa arrived perfectly fine in mid-February. The management personally addressed my problem and I was adequately compensated.

For my move, I ordered furniture for my bedroom from the Pfister branch in Dübendorf. The on-site advice was extremely professional and pleasant. However, from the moment the order was placed, a number of problems arose: 1) The delivery address was mixed up. 2) The pass-partout for the box did not correspond to the exhibition model. 3) The repeat order was not delivered as agreed. 4) The fitters had no access to the orders and were not informed. Everyone is completely stressed. 5) An employee in the logistics center was very rude. 6) The delivery date was specified incorrectly. 7) To this day I still don't have the legs for my dresser. 8) Despite two complaint emails and a phone call, I have not received any response. Been waiting for a month!!! Overall, my experience with "Pfister" was extremely disappointing. I therefore recommend that anyone interested visit another furniture store.

I have no idea what the reopening means. It's a shame that none of the labels or labels on the products that I saw say "made in..." anymore. Excellent service in the curtain department. First we had extremely friendly and pleasant service from a local employee in Dübendorf. She gave us very competent advice, took a lot of time, we never felt pressured into making a purchase and, thanks to the great advice, we decided to buy 2 curtains. Since we were very unsure about measuring, we also used the home service, which was carried out in an equally competent, friendly and very professional manner by Ms. Schmitt. Möbel Pfister is a brand in that's well known for its quality rather than quantity. Looking for TV cabinet we've visited this place. Unfortunately we could not find the right furniture however there is always something you like and buy from the kitchen or household area. Since it was a day between christmas and new year the store was overrun hence the staff was pretty much stressed, but yet friendly. If you are looking for a good quality furniture, this might be an address to have a look at.

I am really disappointed with Pfister's customer service. I bought 2 box spring beds for my sons. First we went to the store and tried out a similar bed. I then asked the seller if the bed I found online was the same as me, and the answer was it was very similar. The quality of the mattress, bed and topper is catastrophic. I complained to Pfister and got a suggestion that I can return the beds but have to pay 30%. The customer service manager compared it to a Fiat, meaning the quality of the bed is the same as Fiat. The customer service manager wasn't interested in offering me a decent solution either, he kept repeating himself. I will avoid the Pfister furniture store in the future, as there are many other furniture stores that offer better customer service.

Today at Mönel Pfister. Wanted service and advice at Mobitare! The saleswoman ran away from us for 15 minutes :) literally! Since she was on the phone privately and was busy gossiping about ex-boyfriends instead of answering us! My husband ran after her provocatively and kept asking loudly hello, could you serve us? The woman doesn't even answer us! I don't know whether to laugh or cry! Sooo something bad at Möbel Pfister! Afterwards my husband went to complain to another floor and the woman was called out via microphone then she exploded and started swearing on the phone OMG now the idiots are calling me out too, I'll call back straight away! I was waiting next to her with my 4 year old child for my husband. (No sorry! from no one) that was the last time Pfister Dübendort from now on as always Shoppi Tivoli (friendliness is very important there)!!!!!!!!!!!

As a long-time customer, I have been very disappointed the last few times. The curtains ordered worth x thousands of francs were delivered in just under 2 months. Delivered late (over 4 months in total). Some were too short, some were missing, the pleats weren't the right ones... after many calls, home visits and discussions, the curtains weren't hanging to my satisfaction and no one felt responsible. I will definitely not buy from Pfister again despite the nice (but also stressed) employees on site.

I actually belong to the category of "5-star givers" but I really had to get annoyed several times here. I bought a bed and was disappointed several times during the trip. The consultant was very courteous and gave me very good advice. With a little pressure and questionable arguments, he pushed me to complete the deal on the spot (if I don't complete it today, I'll have to wait 3 months longer). So far so good... a salesperson's job. But with the conclusion the service came to an end. It was agreed that he would send me a fabric sample so that I could check the color. I had to check 4 times before this came. But then it worked. Every time I called, I got a dubious voicemail, the "overflow box 44", or at least that's what the text message on the voicemail said. I must have pointed out to Pfister five times that the “overflow box 44” was a bit strange. Nothing has changed. Today I wanted to order something again, but the "overflow box 44" couldn't help me today either. The product delivered, however, is top. That's why, in my anger, I gave it 3 stars.

I wanted to buy a sideboard with my partner today. Sideboard found. Price 1899 chf. At Pfister 1499chf. Good price..!! Then I dared to ask whether something could be done about the price. Because the recommended price a few months ago was 1499chf. Couldn't explain how the price had suddenly increased in 2-3 months..? The lady was visibly upset...told me that raw material prices had risen. When I asked how to get a 400chf price increase from the supplier, the lady said... WE ARE NOT AT THE BAZAAR HERE!!! Could it be because of my southern appearance? Or am I too sensitive? I think it was because of my background!!! VERY AMATEUR, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! CUSTOMER IS KING!! According to stories, that's how it was with Pfister!!!!

bad, worse, Möbel Pfister! Selling patched together as new. The main beam, which is supposed to hold the most water, consists of 2 pieces of wood glued together. Anything broken from the factory is simply stapled together. No wonder the stuff doesn't last. The investigations took 4 months. In the end it turns out that this is standard at Möbel Pfister and that this is not a production defect. It's a shame, I always thought that Möbel Pfister stood for good quality.

We actually wanted to buy 10 new garden chairs and therefore drove an extra 50km to Dübendorf. Criticism #1: The furniture was outside and was all so dirty (Saharan dust a week before) that you couldn't sit down without ruining your clothes. #2: No sales consultant could motivate themselves to serve us (despite the beautiful weather). Only when we actively asked at reception was someone assigned to us. And that's exactly how it felt. What we then experienced was incompetent, uninterested communication that was reduced to the absolute minimum. #3: We weren't even made aware that there was more garden furniture on display inside. We could have easily imagined ordering one of the garden chair models, but that was the absolute opposite of a positive shopping experience. A large part of our furnishings is from Pfister, but unfortunately it won't be more than that. Brick-and-mortar retailers always complain about online retail and shopping in countries that are much closer to us, but they make such fundamental mistakes when it comes to the basics. PS: It was Monday and there were certainly more employees than customers in the store...

Pfister once stood for good service, quality and good - not exactly cheap - products. The second is still true, unfortunately the service is no longer there. I can well understand that products are delayed due to Corona. I can't understand why Pfister only informed us a week - after asking twice - that the sofa was delayed by 5 weeks. Don't we know this 5 weeks in advance? - is certainly no surprise for Pfister. Why is there no proactive customer information sent to the customer as soon as this is known? Inquiries sent by email to customer service as to why they were not informed earlier are not answered at all. This is simply followed by an impersonal standard letter by post (I wrote twice by email 🤔) five days before the agreed delivery date: “Delivery is delayed”. No answer to my questions… Every online shop can do this better. But with Pfister I have higher expectations... but selling is easy, Pfister apparently no longer manages to provide good, active and timely customer information. A pity…

Yesterday I was looking for a mattress with my father and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the workmanship. Poor service, with little interest in selling. No advice and sometimes disrespectful treatment of the customer. (also told the receptionist on the ground floor.) Unfortunately, we left the store a little angry and with a bad feeling. FINALLY I have exactly the tension sheets (30cm deep) for my mattress + topper that I have been looking for for so long. Excellent service (the lady was an expert and was able to explain the differences in cotton to me in detail) and very accommodating, you could also order custom-made items. If that's not service! The only thing I always have to be annoyed about is the dragon who has been at the checkout for ages: grumpy, unfriendly, I would even say dismissive (!) ... the poor Asian customer was overly polite but she didn't smile and of course not a word of English to help him. Unfriendly and unprofessional. We returned a coffee table today and they basically accused us of stealing the table. 30 minutes back and forth... I've always enjoyed buying from Pfister, I think this is the last time. Even Ikea is better!!!

We needed advice in the branch for product information. We were very lucky and got a super competent advisor. She took a lot of time and even clarified a few questions directly with the furniture manufacturer in Switzerland. Ordering process and communication more than great. Buying furniture is fun, especially when you feel welcome as a customer.

Me and my husband we bought all our furniture here. Truly good quality and amazing service. The only thing is that after spending almost 10'000 chf on an order we still had to pay shipping, it wasn't a problem but I think it could had been taken over by the shop. Still my favourite furniture shop in Switzerland.

Good day I was able to receive great advice. Unfortunately, the configuration of the cabinet was no longer available due to a system error. In the future, you can forego the consultation or take photos of everything. The IT system is probably also managed by Facebook. It's a shame that the service is worse than at IKEA.

Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, there was 1 advisor on the entire upper floor that we never saw... pressed the advisor button x times, 1 advisor from Mobitare even made a phone call saying we needed someone... after 50 minutes we gave up, but tried twice more. We were then given brief information about the item we wanted at the Mobilitare. A sofa purchase worth almost 3,000 francs was missed. When I go to other furniture stores, they usually have enough staff to even ask if you need help... especially on Saturdays!! Then we'll just buy it somewhere else...

We received excellent and very competent advice. The seller took a lot of time to answer our questions and find solutions to our needs. Finally we found the right bed, with a good mattress and frame. Such advice is only possible when visiting the store and not when purchasing online. Tasteful furnishings and very friendly staff. Large and free parking spaces in the parking garage. Gladly again.

After a long search for a box spring bed, we finally received the right advice (advantages/disadvantages, variants, our own experiences, calculating different configurations). In other shops it was always “take a look at the exhibition and call me”. At Pfister, the passion for advice led to the purchase.
