Enjoy your meal. Delicious side salad with melons etc. Really good. But the boss is extremely unfriendly and snappy. The other employees are nice.

A typical Lido restaurant (self-service) with standard dishes and kiosk offerings. Food is always prepared fresh and quickly. They meet the “standards” well. Service/cashier friendly, facilities clean and functional. Shaded terrace, with tables right by the lake and a bar/grill counter.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Lady with blonde hair very aggressive even towards small children. Would therefore never recommend the restaurant. I don't understand how anyone can behave so rudely in a lido? Maybe a change in personnel is in order ;)

A very nice beach resort. There are various attractions, starting with the beautiful lawn, continuing to the diving tower, the water trampoline and the pebble beach and playground for the little ones. The food should also be mentioned positively - we ordered summer salads and were surprised by very generous salad plates. The waves on the beach take some getting used to for the children, although that is a plus point. However, the water pump in the play tower needs repair.

Staying with Andrea and her team is always a great experience and as people from Aargau we are happy to come to Andrea and her team. Great service, friendly and helpful. An insider tip even when the weather isn't great. There is a bit of everything on offer, there are also great vegetarian options.

Yesterday I was at the Lido in Weggis for the first time. Since tastes are different, that's good. But this bathroom isn't mine. I know nicer and better things. A senior in a wheelchair who is otherwise in very poor health has to go out into the storm and get wet. And such a commanding, unusual, arrogant, more than just hateful tone is now part of customer friendliness at Lido Weggis. In any case, the three of us still wanted to eat and drink in the restaurant. But after this incident, what really passed us by was so much toxicity towards the customers, from this older employee from the Lido-Weggis restaurant. Anyone who can at least give honest praise, because the lifeguards' helpfulness and friendliness was great, and they deserve a big thank you, for how they looked after our friend in the wheelchair, is worth a lot of recognition. In any case, as soon as the lady in question had chased us out, the tables were suddenly full of café drinkers. And because I suffered from severe circulatory problems and was afraid of getting hypoglycemic, I bought myself a sandwich and a drink. I heard that the hot kitchen was closed immediately due to a thunderstorm. It's just unclear to me what cooking has to do with the storm. In any case, I don't have fond memories of my first stay at the Lido Bad in Weggis. And I'll think about it several times whether it even makes sense to be a customer at this bathroom after dealing with disabled seniors like that. There are places where I would rather put my retirement money.

May 2022. I was there briefly for coffee and Magnum ice cream. Very nice waiter, nice garden restaurant with a seaside pool (the pool is chargeable), not a restaurant visit and a great view. After a long car journey with a lot of traffic jams, it was wonderful to take a quick dip in the lake before we had dinner on the lakeside terrace. A wonderful stopover with a breathtaking panorama!

What was confusing, however, was the fact that the riding lawn mower was started at 3 p.m. and was mowing vigorously around the bathers. 3-5 leaves were then blown away with a leaf blower and then the fine work around trees and lawn edges began with a hand mower. When we ate in the restaurant, the lifeguard (?) put all of our things on the edge of the lawn (towels, bags, stand-ups, beach towels) in order to mow the lying area too! When I asked him what that was all about, we had paid the entrance fee and expected peace and relaxation and not the noise of his lawnmower and what's more, he didn't have to drape our things around and touch them! He then tried to smile away, but because of my vehemence he quickly became direct and snotty, saying that I could tell him differently and that it was typical again that "the Germans" reacted like that!
