Excellent service, delicious and fresh food, a very clean place, and a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed a mixed salad with bread, the chicken speciality of the restaurant with french fries and a delicious curry-based dressing. The ice-cream dessert very tasty, nicely decorated, as well as the fruit tea, cappuccino. The price is reasonable, I included the food, beverages and desert. It was our first visit on the way from Switzerland to Germany, for sure we'll come back again! Highly recommend!

Our chickens came out of the deep fryer. They were edible but not tasty as described in other posts. Salad, sauce and fries were good.

Although the waitress served in the garden several times, we were ignored!!! I went to the buffet and asked for the menu. I mentioned that we had been waiting for 20 minutes and were being ignored!!! I was shouted at by the waitress, apparently they didn't need it!!!

I wanted to call at midday to make a reservation (since you're not allowed to make phone calls while at work) but unfortunately she was brushed off because she didn't seem to have time and was very unfriendly. I'm very disappointed because the food is good and the chef can't do anything about it.

No, I'm sorry! I cannot recommend this restaurant and the food more highly. We were in the garden restaurant after 12:30 and were ignored. When I asked if we could order, I received a harsh and unfriendly answer. The lady was completely overwhelmed and uncoordinated with serving. Minus 5 stars. The "Poulet in Chörbli" is no longer a specialty, it can also be eaten elsewhere. For example, get the chicken in Migros, add the sauce and you're done. Doesn't stand up to comparison with the Pouletburg in Attighausen.

We made our way to Daiwil for chicken in Chörbli. On Sunday afternoon the Sääli was full. We ordered two chickens at Chörbli. We had to wait a long time despite the restaurant being full. The chickens were very good! Both sauces are worth ordering, they are homemade and well seasoned. Despite the restaurant being full, the waitress was in a good mood and took her time with us. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Für ein Poulet im Chörbli machten wir uns auf den Weg nach Daiwil. Am Sonntagnachmittag war das Sääli voll. Wir bestellten zwei Poulet im Chörbli. Wir mussten mich lange warten trotz vollem Restaurant. Die Poulets waren sehr gut! Es lohnt sich beide Saucen zu bestellen, sie sind hausgemacht und gut abgeschmeckt. Trotz vollem Restaurant war die Bedienung gut gelaunt und nahm sich Zeit für uns. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Strange but true! When I wanted to order a fitness plate (which is widely advertised as HIT), it was refused to me on the grounds that the boss was alone in the kitchen today. There is only sauerkraut (at 27.5°C) or wait 30 minutes for a chicken. What's interesting is that a guest at the table to our left had a fitness plate in front of him and, to top it off, 10 minutes later another guest at the next table was able to order one and received one. To me, such behavior is anything but hospitable. This visit counts twice for me, the first and the last.

Per Zufall dort angehalten um zu Essen.Sieht sehr einladend aus mit Kinderspielplatz.Sehr nette Bedienung und die Pouletflügeli mit Haussauce waren sehr fein.Pommes herrlich und zum Hände waschen gab es ein gerolltes feuchtes Waschlümpli.Super wir kommen wieder.

My husband and I were in this restaurant on May 12th. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and were able to express our wishes. The chicken in the Chörbli, an absolute poem. Especially since it's not fried like the other places. Juicy and with a crispy skin, super fine, plus the fine sauce. The salad was very good and nicely prepared. The tomato soup that my husband ordered was sensational, he has never had such a finely prepared soup. We also loved the Gordon bleu and the croquettes. We would also like to thank the extremely nice service specialist. The whole evening was very successful and we will be happy to come back with the whole family

Wir haben das ,,Poulet im chörbli" gegessen, es schmeckte uns sehr sehr gut. Aussen knusprig & innen saftig so wie es sein muss. Der Salat im voraus war ebenfalls gut! Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagmittag dort und haben den Lindenhit (Salat, Poulet im Chörbli und Dessert) bestellt. Der Salat war nicht frisch (wir haben davon 1/4 gegessen), das Poulet war verbrannt und an den Pommes-Frites war nur das Gewürz gut. Zum Dessert gab es drei Sorbets zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns für das Zwetschgen- und Blutorangensorbet entschieden. Das Zwetschgensorbet war gut, das Andere ungeniessbar. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, jedoch uninteressiert. Auf unsere Reklamation erhielten wir zur Antwort, dass der Chef den Fehler suchen wird! Zukünftig einfach daran vorbei fahren!

Beim Vorbeifahren ist mir dieses kleine Restaurant aufgefallen und der Zufall wollte, dass ich um die Mittagszeit wieder vorbeifuhr. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich eingerichtet (gemütliche Stühle, angenehm grosse und stabile Tische) Die Mittagsmenüs sind währschaft. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Wir mussten gut zwei Stunden auf unser Essen warten, wie auch andere Gäste. Dann kam ein Teil des Essens und erst 20 Minuten später bekamen die letzten 3 Kids ihr Essen. Auch fehlte das Brot zum Poulet und auch eine Möglichkeit um die Hände zu waschen. Wir haben mehrmals nachgefragt und bekamen immer zur Antwort das es bald kommt. Bei der Bezahlung haben wir die lange Wartezeit nochmals erwähnt und den Tipp gegeben, dass man die Gäste informieren sollte, wenn ein Engpass besteht. Leider wurde dies nicht angenommen und auch nicht entschuldigt. Für uns war dies der erste und letzte Besuch in der Linde in Daiwil
